Although most of the staff don't speak English, they put in maximum effort to assist you using AI and Google Translate to understand and help. The rooms were new, clean, and warm (I stayed there in autumn). If I visit Ankara again, I would definitely choose this hotel. It is located in a great area, surrounded by shops and restaurants.

The hotel could improve by providing toothpaste in the bathroom and regularly changing the bed sheets and pillowcases. It would also be helpful if the TV were connected to the internet via LAN or pre-configured Wi-Fi (we couldn’t connect it). Additionally, the safe box didn’t work as per the instructions provided (we didn’t ask for help and decided not to use it). Lastly, the breakfast could have more variety, as I’ve seen better options at other hotels.

Breakfast was good bed was really comfortable the AC worked, the location is really central so that you can reach a lot of places by just walking, there are bars in the street which are enough if you want to drink a couple beers in the evening.

The only few issues i have with Sky Hill Hotel are that streaming services like Netflix dont work even tho its listed on the room pages, almost all TV channels have passwords for some reason so you cant use the TV at all. The blanket covers could be better because they dont have buttons at the end so that the blanket slips out the cover over time. The bed covers are a bit too small that we always had to pull it and fixate it between matress and headboard.

Staff were pleasant, breakfast mostly good, wifi is fine, location is good, free parking available, and price is good for the location, and facilities.

After reading the comments we asked for a quiet room and indeed it was totally quiet our room ay third floor. The hotel seems new and modern. We had a warm welcome and had the chance for early checkin as our room was ready at 11 a.m. when we arrived. The next day we could leave our luggage all day long too. The location of the hotel is the best in Ankara.

The breakfast is supposed to end at 10 a.m. but they slowly start to remove things 10 min. before and at 10:05 the coffee machine was already turned off. I could still take a Turkish coffee. I think they can be a bit more flexible for breakfast and coffee hours but other than that all went very well and I would definitely stay in this hotel when I come back to Ankara.

Selda, the breakfast staff was amazing. Hard working and very friendly. The front desk staff, Selda was also very helpful. She checked us in earlier as we had arrived by the overnight train. The breakfast selection was amazing. I would give this hotel 10 out of 10 for their location and service🥰🥰🙏 The room we stayed in was spacious and bed was very comfortable but they need to fix a few things like the night table light, mini fridge was not cold and gave lots of heat to the desk drawer and the desk above so we could not use either area. It did not bother us because we wanted to spend more time outside than inside the hotel but it is a good idea to fix these since the hotel has everything else going well for it. We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in the centre yet quiet enough to sleep. Thank you for the amazing service everyone 🥰🥰🙏

the location is ultra central the staff is most welcoming rooms are clean, everything looks new complete breakfast from fruits to a bunch of type of cheese, french fries, soup, even onion rings, fresh and steamed vegetables, salads, greens, you name it it's probably one of the best places in the area

we were giving a room at the end of the hallway. it's not that we didn't like the extra steps, but the street behind, had one particular venue where they held some sort of a rock/grunge concert till 1 am. at one point I was contemplating attending the event cos it sounded so good but I had to drive early so I stuffed my ears with noise cancelling buds to dim the concert... unsuccessfully however that's the only minus oh and the kettle was missing from the room but I was able to get some hot water from the breakfast serving area

We stayed in a clean and well-maintained room, which was a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, and having access to an underground parking garage was a convenient bonus. The breakfasts were good, although they could have been a bit more varied. We had a minor delay with check-out, but the staff was accommodating and understanding. Overall, it was a good stay with just a few minor inconveniences.

One downside was the noise from the street outside. The hotel is located on a party street, and it was quite loud with music playing until around midnight. Even with the windows closed, the noise was noticeable. However, after midnight, everything quieted down, and it was peaceful for the rest of the night.

Great location! We had a very light room, big windows, not so noisy, warm froor! When we check in the man who works in entrance brought us two free coffee in our room. It’s so nice! Allowed to check in early and check out two hours later. This was an option in my booking, but it was still nice), thanks!

When we entered the hotel, after greeting, the first thing the girl on the reception told us was that everything was occupied and every room is dirty and now we can't check in, we weren't offered to rest, sit in the lobby, have some tea, first - "everything is occupied", this is not a professional approach of the host. The room is very nice and big, but the bed was not fresh, a lot of other people's hair on the bed linen and in the bathroom, the walls in the bathroom were dirty, the floors too. We went to the reception and they quickly changed the bed linen and cleaned up, apologized. When we left, no one paid attention to us, did not say that they were glad to see us again, there was no expression of friendliness. "They left and left", this spoiled the impression a little.

This hotel needs no comments. It's a 10 on ten. Situated in the heart of the capital city, the main attractions such as shopping, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a walking distance away.I regret that I was only for a night as I was transiting from Capadoccia to Istanbul and was driving.I had kept a one-night halt in Ankara to take a break from driving but after seeking the hotel, i regret that i should have had one more night in Ankara.The breakfast was simply superb and the variety they offered kept me going without lunch the next day.The rooms and the bathrooms were fantastic offering the best linens and the toiletries.Staff was courteous.They took care of my luggage right up to the room and also parked my car.Overall a fantastic experience.

Theres nothing that I could complain of.
