Our family had an unforgettable stay at the Point Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the exceptionally kind and attentive staff. The entire hotel was immaculately clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout our visit. Special mention goes to Buğra and Ömer, who went above and beyond to assist us. Their professionalism and friendliness truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast quality was high, offering a variety of options that pleased both adults and children alike. Overall, the Point Hotel provided an excellent experience for our family. The combination of friendly staff, cleanliness, and outstanding breakfast made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

One of the best 5* hotels I stayed in. The service is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has an extensive variety and is very tasty. Definitely recommend this hotel, great value for the price. Rooms are incredibly comfy and pleasant, you'll even get three types of pillows + we got a big fruit platter as a welcome gift. Water in the room was included, the mini-bar is extra, but this is normal.

Friendly polite helpful staff, including reception, valet, waiter/ress, the gym attendant and cleaning staff. Everyone! Facilities all very comfortable. The location was convenient for the university campuses and local shops and restaurants.

A swimming pool.would have been perfect for this hot summer weather - there wasnt one. Location was quite far from.the mature center of Ankara.

I would like to say thanks to whole team of the hotel. They've made my stay really enjoyable. The facilities were great, room is well furnished and has all amenities you would need. Everything were just perfect. I think its my best travel experience.

Maybe the staff was knocking my door too often to help with room service, bar refilling, etc. But that's not really an issue, just my personal preferences

The staff was super welcoming! They were quick to greet me and seeking to serve. They all were accommodating to English only speakers. They even smiled. The breakfast had a very great selection with fantastic views.

The only two downsides were: the bathroom was a little tight; and I could not seem to get the AC to work, so I had to keep the window open, or else the room was warm and stuffy.

Very comfortable rooms and quiet hotel, ideal for a business trip. The personnel is in general very polite and helpful

Location is far from any restaurant or shopping area, but easily accessible by Taxi. Communication in English is not always fluid, but not a big issue

absolutely everything! exceptional welcome from staff from the second we arrived until the minute we left the staff could not do enough for us. we were given coffee on arrival and departure compliments of the hotel. I’ve been to many many hotels and to be honest the service received from point hotel was outstanding. many thanks and I highly recommend this hotel in Ankara.

very minor but the towels were not soft. in my opinion they need renewing. but that’s me being fussy.
