My parents were going to visit Ankara and intended to stay at Radisson. I also booked a room for myself to stay a day before their arrival and surprise my parents. I told the staff that I will wait for my parents in the lobby and asked them if we can add a bed in their room for the next days as I wanted to stay with them. All the reception staff and especially Ms. Nagme helped me facilitate the surprise! I was told that I can do a late checkout from the first room and when my parents came, we were upgraded to a suit room thanks to Ms. Nagme and the room was amazing! All the staff I interacted with, staff helping with the luggage, car parking, receptionists, bartender at the lobby bar - they were all extremely kind and helpful which made our stay very pleasant! Also, I had to work on my laptop for my business meetings, the area dedicated for work in the lobby is very nice. I wanted to get myself a coffee from the bar behind the working area, the gentlemen at the bar greeted me so nicely and offered coffee as a treat. Top notch customer satisfaction and super professional people everywhere at this hotel! In addition to all that, I had a brief chance to use the gym facility and it was more than I expected. They have cable machine, lots of dumbbells, elliptical trainer, lateral pulldown machine and few others. In general, rooms were super clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable. One other highlight is that I wanted to feed a cat who was roaming in the garden on the side of the building. A hotel staff who was having a break from work in that area offered to bring a bowl for me to feed the cat. I found this gesture really kind. He told me the cat is always there and they feed it. I hope the cat will stay there and they continue to feed. I want to thank Radisson Blu Cankaya staff for their politeness and help which made this surprise a special moment <3

Our family had an unforgettable stay at the Point Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the exceptionally kind and attentive staff. The entire hotel was immaculately clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout our visit. Special mention goes to Buğra and Ömer, who went above and beyond to assist us. Their professionalism and friendliness truly stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast quality was high, offering a variety of options that pleased both adults and children alike. Overall, the Point Hotel provided an excellent experience for our family. The combination of friendly staff, cleanliness, and outstanding breakfast made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Stayed with my mom for 3 days. I liked everyrhing in this hotel. The customer experience was in high level. Meals were very tasty.

We stayed as a couple, -The room was very clean, pillows and sheets were high quality. Bathroom was very new , clean and the shower was great . We could sleep very comfortably, the room was very quiet and the bed was super comfy. -The personnel are very professional, always keen to help and they solved all are problems and met all our requests. We appreciate that . -Great location , very convenient .

Friendly polite helpful staff, including reception, valet, waiter/ress, the gym attendant and cleaning staff. Everyone! Facilities all very comfortable. The location was convenient for the university campuses and local shops and restaurants.

A swimming pool.would have been perfect for this hot summer weather - there wasnt one. Location was quite far from.the mature center of Ankara.

Absolutely excellent stay at Radisson Blu Ankara Çankaya — a well-deserved 10/10. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Everyone, especially Mr Oytun and the lady at guesrelations (forgot her name unfortunately) were really helpful, they were all going beyond in their role, which was a nice suprise. We really enjoyed our stay. We got a nice room with a beautiful Ankara scenery. Everything was neat, clean and new. Lastly, hotel is in a decent neighbourhood.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Blu Ankara Çankaya. The hotel fully deserves a 10/10 rating. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended!

The staff was super welcoming! They were quick to greet me and seeking to serve. They all were accommodating to English only speakers. They even smiled. The breakfast had a very great selection with fantastic views.

The only two downsides were: the bathroom was a little tight; and I could not seem to get the AC to work, so I had to keep the window open, or else the room was warm and stuffy.
