- great location on the west side of the city where you get the local experience. Away from the Lara area which is more artificial and made for tourists. - pool / spa facilities are great and super clean - rooms with sea view were amazing - staff was super friendly. - breakfast was great as well.

Overall great place. - food from outside was not allowed so that was a bit nummer especially with small kids. - the beach across the street is a pebble Beach so not the best place for kids to build sand castles

Amazing sea view room with balcony with the most gorgeous sea view, pool view & mountain view & a breathtaking sunrise almost every day. Breakfast has a excellent variety for everyone, the rooms are extremely comfortable & well serviced. We expected nothing less from this 5 star hotel with convenient walking access to beach via underground tunnel directly from pool area of hotel. 24/7 room service for pizza, wine, burgers is always useful when you return from a full day of touring. The area around the hotel is very festive & full of locals & tourists having a good time, day & night. Extremely safe all hours of day & night & even though hotel has BIG sign that no food & drink is allowed from the outside, we definitely managed to bring in our leftover food & snacks from nearby restaurants & a couple bottles of wine from a local store so that was very pleasant that there no security guards inspecting bags as I've heard from previous guests. We definitely supported the hotel bar & restaurant but also didn't abuse the rule of bringing in too much food & drinks in. The hotel is quite big with an indoor heated pool gym for guys in the basement & massive outdoor pool. What we enjoyed most about hotel & is not really promoted properly is the amazing sunset view you get from the balcony of the fine dining restaurant on the 10th floor. Such amazing views of the ocean, beachfront, mountains, city, etc, I would honestly advertise this feature more as there is plenty of revenue to be made by the restaurant & bar on 10th floor & if I had a say, I would rename that section to Sunset Terrance or Bar, probably the best view of sunset in Antalya we've come across :-) Finally, whilst we are on vacation, we always make friends with the waiters, reception, tour guides, chefs, bar staff, cleaners, etc.

Not much we didn't like, it would be nice to engage staff in English so that we can thank them better & maybe tip them but when language is a barrier, we not sure if we are being complimentary or offensive so decided to keep communication down to a minimum & dealt mainly with hotel reception, restaurant & bar staff.

Location - 5/5 Cleanliness - 5/5 Pool - 5/5 Noise - it's not the hotel it's the area it can stay noisy till early morning. But our stay was amazing all in all. Love to come back again

I had one major issue, the travel agency in the hotel . They booked a day tour for us for 40euro pp but rest everyone who came along to same tour had paid 30. It felt like a scam. Also the tour was so bad.. the guide dint explain anything, the boat tour literally was for 5 mins. So felt 40 euro was waste of money. I thought since the booking was done from hotel it should be good.

Customer service and hospitality was absolutely brilliant

I didn't like that they are muslim and serve alcohol. Alcohol is prohibited.

We liked the cleaner who cleaned room 205 - she was very friendly and we became friends - we did a big goodbye. We liked Mr Mehmet - he served us at dinner time and also his colleague. We also made friends with a very nice concierge We loved the honey and nuts Great steam room - very refreshing

However - in the steam room there was hot water dripping onto our skin which hurt. We would have preferred it if there was fresh omelets made in front of you We would recommend to downsize the cheeseburger on the menu it was bigger than my face.

Very friendly in the hotel and excellent service at the pool for drinks - no charge for bottled water and they regularly brought chilled wet face towels to keep you cool. Room cleaned daily and an abundance of toiletries including disposable razor and cream, toothpaste and brush, slippers, bottles of water daily. The spa was reasonably priced and my wife visited on several occasions when I waited at the internal pool. Both restaurants were good and reasonably priced. Concierge was great and would get a taxi for you within seconds.

Not a criticism per say but it is very quiet and the bar lacked atmosphere which we were OK with until it got a bit boring. Nice local restaurants of which Food in Box was our favourite.

I really enjoyed our stay, love the location and friendly staff. I would like to say a personal thank you to Receptionist Erhan and Mehmet who looked after us, then our own lively and lovely Battal. During our breakfast and dinner Ali and Songul looked after us and they both are very hard working and asset to your hotel. Would love to stay when we visit again Thank you again

The air-conditioning of our room wasn't working and even though they have told us it's been fixed but ot wasn't and couldn't sleep whole night, but next day they have given us better room when we complaind. Every five star hotel offered you fresh omlet of your choice which normally they make it on the spot but it wasn't available at this hotel. Next important thing they should polish or upgrade their furniture but I understand because due to covid our tourism industry suffered a lot but hopefully soon they'll manage to change it

The breakfast was excellent lots of choice and very fresh beautifully presented.location was perfect everything was within walking distance and the views from this hotel was amazing.

There is nothing I could fault with this hotel

I stayed at the hotel for 7 days with my two 9 year olds and we had a wonderful time. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful and out of the 30 or so staff members I saw on my stay all but one were extremely welcoming and cheerful. The hotel is great quality with beautiful interior, very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is great as is the fairly empty beach that you can access via the beach tunnel at the hotel. Everything was within walking distance for us (beach, water park, cable cars, aktur theme park) and with the service and spa it definitely feels like a 5 * hotel. The breakfast was of a good standard and we ate there everyday of our stay. Thanks for the great hospitality I would definitely recommend for a family.
