Staff. They are always there to help and also smile every time. On our last day, we had early back flight, they allowed us to have our breakfast one hour earlier (starts at 8, we were there at 7 am). Offered their transfer to the airport. If there is any problem or question, we just wrote to Whatsapp them and received an answer in a short time. Cleaning everyday: changing towels, adding toilet papers, toiletries, changing bed clothes, adding water in the fridge. They wait while we leave the room in order not to disturb us. Air-conditioning. Just in 2 mins, there is an old town you can visit. All the clubs and places to eat, bazaars, money exchange, markets and etc. can be easily found.

As the hotel is new, there were sometimes problems with power cut, no water or no cold water. No warm blanket, only thin one. I hope they will take that into account. 🙏🏼 No balcony, no windows to open. There is a beach the hotel, but it is fee-paying. Marmara beach 250 tl. To reach KonyaltI public beach, we used red tramway (about 15-20 min). Everyday same breakfast 😅

The location is great. You can get there from the airport in 30 minutes by tram. Nearby is the old town, a good mall, a private beach for 200 lira.The breakfast is standard, you will be able to eat your fill. The staff is friendly.

The bathroom didn't have such standard appliances as a toothpick. The hallway was too hot, it was impossible to wait for the elevator for more than a minute. But I think these nuances were because the hotel was new and they hadn't had time to fully equip everything yet.

Fantastic location!! Right in the heart of the old town. Very close to the shops, markets, a little supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Room was a good size. Clean and comfortable. Majority of staff were friendly.

The breakfast was below average unfortunately. Staff weren’t really a fan of allowing the use of the water dispenser. When the room was cleaned, dirty towels weren’t replaced. No balcony

It is a very nice newly opened hotel in Antalya city center. Very luxurious compared to other hotels. The breakfast is open buffet and the products are fresh and hot. The staff is very interested. We didn't have any problems during our stay. It is 2 minutes walk from the clock tower, city center, castle. It is a hotel that I will always come to the center during the Antalya holidays. Thank you also for their treats, they are very kind.

A pleasant experience, from the following points of view: -The room looks like in the pictures; -Excellent location (close to tourist attractions, restaurants, supermarkets); -Nicely decorated hotel; -It was quiet throughout the stay (special requests are taken into account); -The staff is very thoughtful and nice; -Water is supplied daily and the minibar is free.

Improvements are needed for the following: -Cleaning is done daily, but it is only the bare minimum, there is no vacuuming and the bedding is not replaced (especially for long-term stays where applicable); -The price is a bit expensive, but overall it was worth it due to the location and the jacuzzi; -There are not bathrobes; -As a mention, one of the 2 air conditioners could not cope with the heat (the hotel facade being made of glass).

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old town, with everything you need just a short walk away. There are plenty of great places to eat nearby, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The hotel itself is clean, stylish, and well-maintained, with a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast was perfectly adequate to start the day. What truly set this place apart, though, was Turgay. His service was outstanding. He was warm, friendly, and always willing to help. I genuinely enjoyed chatting with him and would return just to see him again.

AC wasn't as strong as I would like.

Location , staff and rooms are perfect for vacation , money wise it was worth it and not expensive , i highly recommend it

The breakfast was quite bad and simple for being Türkiye so I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel location was the best‼️ Super central and was a very comfortable stay. It was also very central to the tram lines and close to the Bazaar. A lot of sites were within walking distance and the reception staff like Hakan and Helin were super kind, helpful and friendly. The lady that helps set out the breakfast is very friendly and a super hard worker, my dad in law even tried to help her with clearing some of the tables (would be great if she can get help). .

The breakfast can be changed up a bit to add more variety. It's more of the same everyday.
