Hotel is situated very close to city center with all the authentic markets, sightseeing spots and bus/tram stops. Reception is available 24/7 and all are very kind and helpful. We also received a room with charming view towards mountains and the sea :). Breakfast were fine, served between 8-10 AM by very nice and kind lady.

The double bed wasnt very wide. For us (2 not very huge girls), its was OK, but I can imagine that for some pair of people the space may be insufficient. Also, there was no coffee machine, neither during breakfast. Only available coffee are nescafé packages.

This hotel was at such a convenient spot! Everything was nearby restaurants, attractions, entertainment. The staff here are so kind, they helped with every little issue. (Hulia, the boy who worked at night & the other male staff was really kind he held our bags for us on our last day. They are all so helpful and will help with whatever you need! Just feel free to ask and be polite. The room had air conditioning which was lovely and the beds were really comfortable. The house keeper was also an angel! So helpful and kind :) there’s even a local taxi place right next to the hotel! The breakfast was always nice& the lady who served it would also provide you with extra food you want. This is such a lovely hotel and I would visit here again.

The only real issue is that the sink was quite small so you keep splashing yourself when trying to wash your face. Any other issue was easily fixed by speaking to staff members.

I enjoyed the vibrant nightlife without having to travel long distances. Overall, my stay at this hotel was an absolute pleasure. The combination of helpful staff, excellent location, immaculate cleanliness, delicious breakfast, and proximity to entertainment options made my time here truly memorable. A scent dispenser i the rooms would be a nice addition, but this is a minor detail.

The Family room was really very spacious with wonderful views across the sea. we had a dining area for 4 including a wing seat area with a coffee table. There was basin in the room with a breakfast bar area and fridge. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Although our family room was huge, the bathroom was very small, almost like a wet room, which means the toilet and floor was constantly wet following a shower and no where to place dry items. I think the hotel can consider to extend the bathroom.

The staff is great, they are very helpful. There is a woman called Hulia, she is always ready to guide you; She is just great. The location is amazing. They pass daily to clean your room. Very clean. The breakfast is good enough comparing to other hotels in the area.

At late night it is little noisy from the clubs near but it is not a big deal.

A very nice new property in the city center, pricing is very good. Their employee called Mirazh was very helpful and welcoming, improving our experience.

The showers don’t have a separate cabin, so the water spills all over the room.

Amazing staff. Couldn't do enough for us. Our flight was late at night and we asked for a late check out. They said we could could stay as long as we need. Highly recommend this hotel. Very near to the city centre.

Great location in the centre,nearby restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staffs. Very clean room and shower. Good wifi. Ii would definitely stay here again if I visit Antalya again!
