This is a great property with good location and amazing staff. I was a very nice experience to live there with young children. The staffs were available all day and helped with everything we needed. They even helped to book taxi when they supposed to be off line that was very kind of them. The flat was nicely decorated and comfy. For my next visit I might request a toaster 🫣. The breakfast was delicious and more than adequate. But if they changed the menu a bit during our week long stay adding meat then it would have been too good. Thanks a lot. We hope to see you again.

I chose this apartment because of its location in relation to a dental clinic where I was getting some treatment while combining with a family holiday. The apartment was clean and well presented on arrival. Cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen every second. Situated on a quiet road but within short walking distance of Supermarkets (Migros), Shopping Centre (Terra City) and numerous restaurants. A short stroll to the coast and a short taxi ride (300lira) to the old city or Lara beach. I would recommend taking the short walk (15mins) to Pekiyi, a fantastic 24 hour bakery. You will be spoilt for choice. If you want the most divine lamb kebab you have to visit KOC CAG KEBAP, on the way to the bakery. No menu, one dish only, but only one needed. In summary we were delighted with Letstay Sweet Home Yellow and would have no hesitation in recommending. Good accommodation can make a holiday so much better. Thank you.

The location was good. Very central. Supposedly a new area, FENER,,. The apartment was very nice, comfortable, ample space, good terrace, internet was okish. Staff was cooperative, Only Mr Yousaf spoke and understood English, and was very cooperative

The breakfast. I would advise to not opt for the breakfast, instead grocery stores are nearby, and all cooking ameneties are available in the apartment

The place was easy to find, nice residential location and walking distance from the main places. Its a cosy building block, not very touristic and local Turkish residents live around. The apartment is well maintained and host is very responsive. We arrived at 2 am and they were there to receive us and help us to settle in.

The property is exactly as seen in the photos. Very clean and spacious and comfortable beds. It is quite unique as whilst being central, (very close to Terra City), it’s still quiet and calm. The staff are courteous and polite and clearly understand good customer service.

This is really a master piece. The one which will force you to say Waoo. Everything was amazing and believe me it is really worth staying in this place.

The blankets need to be improved, they are so thin and in actual looks like big towels.

Clean and comfortable apartment. Perfect for us with two tweens. The location is great, near Lara beach, sights and also near many shops and restaurants. Terracity mall is a 10 minute walk away. We had a car so we drove to nearby restaurants (Haci Saad was excellent). There is no breakfast, but there are many shops near by and we stocked on water and cereal etc. Many guests mentioned in their reviews that the internet was not working well. We did not have any issues with the internet. Infact, it was one of the best from the several places we stayed across Turkey

Not much to dislike. There is a slight smell at the entrance of the apartments but when you enter is is clean and smells nice. Was not a major issue

The sea view was a perfect setting for the family holiday which we had planned. It was well-equipped, clean and well-positioned. The staff couldn't do enough for you. My family and I will be returning next year!
