The room was clean, nice and comfortable. It's a great option for its price.

There aren't any nets on the windows. The room door can be locked only with a card. I think there must be another, additional locker to feel myself safer.

Seyda was very welcoming and helpful. The cats are nice too.

There was a leak in the bathroom. The shower was broken. The room in dire need of attention but clean. No tea/coffee facilities. No charging points, bed too small, hard pillows and poor quality. BUT towels very nice and hot water in shower. Air con worked and very cold but tv rubbish.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The location is somewhat nice and close to some important spots, but unfortunately, the experience was not what I expected. The room was not clean, the wooden floor was very old, and the mattress was uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. The bathroom was in poor condition, with no shower curtain—just a broken glass panel. The worst part was the strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, which made it very hard to sleep. The pictures I saw before booking did not reflect the reality. The only positive thing was the man who welcomed me—he was very kind and helpful. On the other hand, the woman working there was not friendly at all. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness and comfort.

The toom (family suite) was reserved for 3 people. But only the twin bed was ready for use. For the third guest there were No sheets or blankets for the couch bed available. They knew we were with 3 persons and we notified them in advance. We had to ask 3 times for it. Also the room and bathroom were dirty. Not hygienic at all. The only nice person was the lady Semiha. Without her it all was disastrous.
