There is nothing not to like about this very nice place. The location is next to a small park, minutes away from the busiest part of the old town and hundreds of great restaurants. All staff were extremely lovely and helpful. The owner or manager gave us her mobile number and answered any reasonable and even out of way questions. There were 12 of us who got together for a family reunion from different parts of the world. They went beyond their way to help us. The breakfast was so good and plenty that most of us often skipped lunch. They provided us with small packed sandwiches because some of us were departing early morning.

I am honestly writing this not as a complaint but only as something that could be better even though it was not bad. My brother and I are early risers even if we go to bed at 3 a.m. Some snacks until breakfast could go a long way.

Traveled with my mom and brother, and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit small for three people, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We asked for a late check-out before arriving, and they kindly gave it to us free of charge. We also received a delicious complimentary breakfast upon arrival and were treated to fresh fruit from their own garden. The hotel is located right next to a park and in the town center, which made it easy to reach local attractions and beaches.

Location on the door step of the park was perfect for a really quick walk into the old town. Lovely big room. Very clean, decent air con. Comfortable bed. Fridge, water & tea/coffee making facilities as well as clean towels and toiletries. Lovely fresh Turkish breakfast in the morning. All in all, amazing value for money!

No black out curtains in the bedroom so a little too light in the morning. From a personal taste point of view, floor tiles were a little dated, that said, it was so cheap to stay you really wouldn't care!!

Everything, clean rooms and great staff

There is absolutely nothing negative about the place and the people running it.

This is the best value for money you can get in Antalya. Located next to the park and 3 minutes away from the beach and the old town, yet it is perfectly quiet and nothing will disturb your sleep during the night. The hotel is recently renovated so everything is fresh and pristine - the furniture, bathroom appliances, the linen - everything is spotless. All in all it is very well maintained. And finally the staff - oh my god I felt like I was visiting old friends! The breakfast which is served every morning is homemade and delicious. You feel like you are surrounded by love and care. Many thanks to the staff, good job you guys! So I definitely recommend this hotel, you won’t be disappointed!

Reserved the room in the Rate Park Hotel Rooms & Apart for my mom. From her words: “The location of the hotel is ideal, close to all attractions, public transport stops, many restaurants, cafes, shops, the center, but at the same time quiet, close to a park, sea, old town. The hotel is small, cozy, you feel at home. The room is large, clean, and had everything you needed. The breakfasts are good, you won’t go hungry.:) The staff is hospitable, responsive, always ready to help, issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Everyone is very friendly. I especially wanted to mention Elvira- she will tell you everything, explain how to get to the beaches, the tram, the attractions, etc. Huge gratitude to her. The holiday went great, I liked everything! I will definitely return to this hotel.”

The location of the hotel is its great advantage. It is located next to the Kaleiçi and Karaalioglu Park, but in a quiet side street. Moreover, there is the Adalar beach club near the hotel. Thanks to the location of the hotel, I noticed it in my previous staying in Antalya. The hotel has very friendly and helpful staff - reception, cleaning service. The buffet breakfast, included with my stay, was excellent. The room was basic but had everything you needed. I stayed for one night, but I think the hotel is suitable for a long stay at any time of the year. I would stay at Park Hotel again and recommend it to others.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location is great - we were able to easily walk to restaurants and sites in the area. For as much noise the neighborhood had, we didn't have trouble with sounds in the room. There is no lift, but staff carried our luggage for us, starting when he met us outside by our car when we arrived. The room was very large and clean. Unfortunately we did not have time for breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

Took a long time for hot water, but it didn't run out once it came.

Whether it was additional toiletries, fresh towels, or even just some local recommendations, they were always ready to assist promptly. An exceptional stay! The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff is warm and attentive, the rooms clean, and well-equipped. The location is perfect, close to main .
