We liked the service. The staff were helpful and friendly. They accommodated us with best room available. It was very spacious, comfortable with a huge balcony. The location was excellent. A red tram at the bottom of the road taking us straight to Konnyati Beach, buses also in both directs taking us to and from Lara Beach ( must see!), the famous park at the end of the road, countless tasty cafes, food shops, tourist stands, and even clothes shops from the end of the road all the all the way to BIG shopping mall/area (15 min walk) Should also mention location is pretty much part of Old Town which has old Roman ruins as well as leads to Marina. You can also take tram directly into airport with just 1 exchange. The location was so good we cancelled our other hotel and extended our stay here. Definitely recommend for everyone looking for value for money as well as 1st time visiting Antalya.

It was a very pleasant stay. The good definitely overtakes the slight imperfections. Tiny improvements are needed to maintain the room. A couple of things had cracks like the shower holder also, no cracks but remove step to shower to make it a walk-in shower as basically is this and create a larger drain for water to flow out as can get very wet on floor after showering however it is so hot in Antalya this will dry up in no time. Lamp shade in bedroom needs replacing as this is the only other thing that had cracks. This tiny changes will be good for the hotel and guests. Just needs a little polishing but such a lovely foundation of a room and location perfectly in the vibrant area of Antalya yet away from crowds.

- Exceptional staff, especially Zehra and Berkay. They are super friendly with kids, that my 4-year-old noticed immediately and started playing with them (he definitely had fun). Personal approach to every client and you just immediately start feeling like being at home. - Clean - Good location, close to the beach (around 10 minutes walk through the Old Town), close to a shopping street and cafes - No noise from outside

Noise comes to the room when neighbors start talking in the hall which is annoying in the early morning. The room is not fancy, with very simple furniture. Still, great value for money.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even facilitated an early check in. The bed was somewhat confortable. Lastly, the location was a big plus for us, being central.

The bath needs some renovation and a good worker . For us it wasn't a problem, but I can understand why some people criticize it.

The staff was friendly and helpful! The location is nice, but the outside view was a meh. You look at other buildings, but that’s fine since you’re most of the time outside. The room itself was clean and super comfortable! WiFi was also super fast!

The toilet was useable, but the water was constantly dripping. So like, you’d hear this water splash sound as if someone were performing the natural obligations. Also, the shower drains were clogged.

Great Location, great value of money, good staff, and big balconies.

Improve the toilet, and do cleaning everyday instead of every 2 days. Nonetheless, they provide new towels, shampoo, etc. everyday on request which was good.

Great location, spacious room and nice balcony. Tram and Bus are only 2 minutes walk away and will bring you directly to Konalty or Lara beach. The old city is only minutes walk away and also there are many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is not the newest but still kept nice and clean. I would definitly stay again at Ramona.

Very nice hotel if you are planning to stay in Antalya, super close downtown Kaleiçi and other shopping and see-sighting areas! Very clean and quiet neighborhood surrendered with couple of local restaurants which made it my night easy not to look for something to grab! The Stuff was really helpful and friendly, they were always there when l needed something! With this price you get the top Service! I enjoyed my stay here and l can recommend it Thanks for your hospitality! :))

A water Boiler/kettle would be super nice in the room!
