Just back from a very enjoyable 7 night stay in this hotel in Antalya. The hotel is perfectly situated, set just one street back from the lovely streets of the old town, conveniently situated for the local buses or trams to travel around Antalya, but is nice and peaceful. The hotel itself only has 4 rooms which though basic and needing a little updating are clean and comfortable. If you're looking for luxury or a 5 star stay this is not for you but if you are looking for value for money this is perfect. What makes this hotel is the lovely staff and the great meals in the restaurant which were better than any of the other restaurants we visited.

As noted in previous comments there is no soundproofing and there is noise from the other rooms but we were lucky in that everyone was quiet from 11pm onwards.

The staff? amazing. The location? phenomenal. The restaurant attached? the best one we ate at our entire trip. The night staff (the 2 younger men) at the restaurant were amazing! they chatted to us every night, made us feel welcome and remembered us when we came back. one even made a rose for my partner with a napkin, SUPER CUTE! back to the room. It was clean, really adorable, the wifi and air conditioning worked well. Defiantly worth the money spent as it is a very affordable stay!

The bed and pillows were the only thing I can think of that I did not enjoy, I have a really bad back and it was like a rock, with the option of a super flat pillow or a super thick pillow, both very firm and only a sheet to cover up at night which in the turkey heat is actually not a bad thing LOL.

Fantastic Stay at Fatma Sultan Hotel Fatma Sultan Hotel was an absolute gem and a fantastic find! While not exactly in the heart of Kaleiçi, it’s still very close, offering a peaceful retreat just off the beaten track. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to all the amenities in the area, as well as transport links, including two trams that take you directly to the airport and Alanya. The room itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a kettle, fridge, wardrobe, and a comfy king-size bed. The recently renovated bathroom was spotless, providing a great space to relax after a day of exploring. While there was no balcony in our room, guests are welcome to enjoy the lovely terrace. We had our own key to access both the room and the restaurant, which made it incredibly convenient to enter the building through the terrace. The restaurant was a real highlight of the stay, offering homemade food that was both delicious and comforting. The homemade ayran was a nice touch and added to the authentic experience. Overall, this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in, providing the perfect base for our adventure in Antalya. As seasoned travelers, we highly recommend Fatma Sultan Hotel — it’s an absolute bang for your buck!

Location was absolutely perfect. It was within a 5-10 minute walk of all the sites in old town that I had wanted to visit. The restaurant was closed on Sunday so no breakfast but we had dinner there and it was authentic Turkish food which tasted lovely and reasonably priced. Walk in any direction and there is an array of restaurants to choose if needed, even the McDonalds and Burger King for the kids. The price of the 2 rooms was incredible value for money. My daughter is 13 so we were given 2 rooms and they are all next to each other above the restaurant. For a 1 night stay, this was great as we moved to the beach for the rest of the trip.

I liked everything, the friendly owners, the fabulous home cooked fine dining meals. My room was really clean, spacious, light and airy and a very comfortable King size bed. It is just off the Main Street, less than a five minute walk to the shops, restaurants, main attractions, therefore very central, but in a quieter spot. I have visited Antalya many times, and this hotel is definitely one of my favourites for sure, and I would return without any hesitation. Thank-you, Deborah.

There was nothing not to like!!

Very clean, comfortable and in good location. Good facilities. Quiet environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant downstairs with relaxing music.

Hot water was coming only from shower head. No hot water in the shower above the head or in sink. I had a problem to turn on the TV and once I did it, I couldn’t get any channel. This wasn’t a problem for me at all. I suppose the staff would help with it if I asked.

The location is perfect for Antalya old town, the marina and shopping. I went to have Turkey teeth so felt a bit out of sorts, and spent quite a lot of time at the property. It served my needs completely. Good wifi and aircon along with tv and a restaurant downstairs, where the foods delicious.

The heat. Nothing to do with hotel.

Very spacey room and big bed, mini fridge, hair dryer and kettle are available in the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Bathroom is small but nice and very clean. Internet is good, I worked remotely with no problem. Nice garden cafe if you want to stay outside. Location is superb, next to main street and 10 mins to old city center. For short stay very good.

As some already mentioned, smell can come from the kitchen. Sheets on the bed are not that comfortable because of spools on the material. Shower is a bit complicated, and not that comfortable to enter, especially if you are big man, no hot water in the sink.

The host was really helpful and friendly. The room is a bit small, more of a hotel room than a “deluxe studio”; but it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay. Soft bed, private bathroom with hot water, mini fridge and a kettle. The internet was good. It’s a great location and ideal for a short stay exploring Antalya. I will stay again.

🇧🇩 The property is located in a very good place, it's just a few minutes walk to the Old Town and the beach. The rooms are very well decorated and cleaned. We requested for additional blankets and they provided without any additional charges. Lastly about the internet, they keeps their name and provides very fast internet.

They could have provided sandals for room.
