I have never felt so safe in a hotel, Ercan, Enes and Naqib are gentlemen and immediately took it in their hands when I had a problem with my partner, they took me aside, took time to speak to me and even found me a new room in another part of the property for my safety. These men only showed me kindness, a type of kindness which is extremely rare today, the kindest men I have met in my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you made my trip exceptional, I have no words to describe how amazing the staff is here, they care about you and will do everything to ensure your safety. The property is stunning and everything is within walking distance, the rooms are impeccable and gorgeous, the whole experience was incredible. Thank you thank you to the gentlemen Enes, Ercan and Naqib, you are amazing men and I am so thankful I met you. I will only stay here in the future when I come back to Antalya. Thank you so much, I am so sad to leave my new friends. Thank you.

Hotel was in centre of the old town of Kaleici, there was some noise from passers by in the evenings as would be expected in a hotel in a busy area but it was not excessive and by 11pm it was quiet. Hotel has a lovely entrance hall and dining area, room was spacious and comfortable. All areas were clean. Staff were lovely and happy to assist with questions and advice on how to get around. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to Roman Harbour and old town sites and some of the other main sites like Antalya Museum were about 40 minutes along with the nearest beaches. Other tourist attractions like Perge, Sandlands, Duden Waterfalls are easily reachable by public transport - buses/trams - use Google maps it will take you to the stops and tell you what bus/tram to get on. You can pay on the transport with our bank card or buy a pre-loaded pass at the machines at main stops. Hotel staff can also book you tours to these sites or those further away. There is a small pool on site but it isn't big enough to swim in unless you are a child and it sits in the middle of the dinning area so wouldn't be somewhere I would sit to sunbathe etc. but this didn't impact on my stay. Overall good value for money.

Location , decoration , comfort , cleanliness

Despite the location is perfect, the hotel is on the cars main entrance to the old town , and their is a manhole cover in front of the hotel which is need to fix to avoid the noise each time passed over by the cars , its so disturbing which you have to forget taking a nap or sleep during the day time , even at the late time at the night , except this issue every thing was perfect .

We missed a day in this hotel due to flight delay but we were upgraded to a suite which was a lovely gesture. Suite was spacious, luxurious, and immaculately clean. Breakfast buffet was wonderful and fresh. And most importantly the staffs are accommodating

The suite bathroom need some small reparation as some things are falling apart although it did not create a grand inconvenience. But the important issue that needs to be addressed quickly is the bathroom clogging and not being able to flush at some point. They did a quick fix on that, but we believe something needs to be fix internally

location is awesome you are directly in the city center. don't forget to pet the cat frequently visits the hotel garden named 'zeytin'(olive)

our room had a smell problem, coming from bathroom. First day they put so many chemicals for cleaning that we didn't feel the smell but second day it showed up. It could be better but staff was so lovely that we could bear it for a couple of days.

Central location in the historical center of Antalya, also close to one of the gates to the center so it was easy to get out into the more modern part of the city. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of food. The staff were helpful whenever we needed anything. Unlike many other hotels in this area, there is no nightclub right next door so the music you could hear was at a tolerable volume in the evenings.

The room really is quite small and with a ceiling of about 2 meters. Soundproofing is poor - you can hear people from the staircase and upstairs; the hotel has a notice saying that this is a historical building that can't be soundproofed, but they could choose a door that doesn't have such a large gap and pad the floors. While the breakfast food is good, the drinks selection is just tea and a coffee pot; if you want juice or other coffee, you need to pay extra. The pool is small and more of a decorative feature, it's not really meant for use.

It’s located very centrally in the old town. They have an exclusive parking arrangement which can be difficult in that side of the town The breakfast was very well laid in the mornings. The support of the reception in booking or rather guiding on things to do or tours was very timely. The rooms were very well maintained The property has a lot of history attached to it.

The access to some rooms is only via stairs even though we don’t mind it, while booking one should be mindful of it.

Staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They certainly go the extra mile to ensure guests feel at home. Breakfast is super. Pool area is clean , but really just a plunge pool. Fab location, just off the main street, but quiet and comfortable. Great value for money. We will return.

The property was clean, very aesthetic and well-equipped. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Nouman. They also courteously upgraded us to a deluxe suite which was fantastic - staff made some really nice origami with our towels which we looked forward to every return to the hotel. We always felt safe once we were back at our hotel.

Very good place; staff was very nice and friendly; they upgraded our room for free; there are 3 nice cats on the territory and everyone takes care of them.Room decoration was authentic and different design, hotel has it's own atmosphere. 10 mins walking from the beach; and in the heart of downtown nightlife; they have tea/coffee/water available 24/7 for free; Room servise makes cleaning/change towels every day. There's a small swimming pool inside - it was written that it is not working, but in fact it works - good surprise, and they let you swim even late.

the only thing that needs improvement is breakfast. The table seem full but there is not much to eat. There is no fresh bakery at all (but you can make toasts) and they don't have porridge (but they have cornflakes). a lot of pickled vegetables, french fries, onion rings, but it's not what you expect for breakfast. Food is the same each day. Breakfast is till 10-30, but if you come at 9-50, cooked food (like omelette) is finished
