This hotel is a little gem. Staff were amazing (no, they don't all have perfect English, but why should they!) nothing too much trouble and very professional. Brilliant location in heart of old town. Small pool but deep and perfect unless you like to do laps. Buffet food traditional Turkish and varied each day (don't expect English) and all nicely presented and clean. Large shower with good pressure, good firm bed. Special mention for Sinan, Hamdi and Ali.

Only single downside was noise at night from outside hotel as we were in original old building. (We did not ask to move as liked everything else so no idea if this could have been resolved). Suggest if noise matters to you you make this clear when booking. No kettle etc in room but didn't expect one.

Amazing historic building right in the centre of the old town. It was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, very turkish but lots of choices and we enjoyed it every day. . Reception staff were very helpful and the guest relations manager Selin, was so attentive and very good at her job.

Some rooms aren't as nice as the pictures , I got moved into a nicer room thank goodness. No tea or coffee facilties in the rooms as advertised. Water not replenished in the fridge.The rooms needed a very good dust. restaurant for lunch and dinner and bar i think is ran by another company. The staff weren't very friendly and didn't give us the 10% off discount hotel guests are meant to have and when we asked, one girl was quite miffed that we asked for it. Put us off dining there.

The workers at the reception were exceptionally amazing, very friendly and accomadating. The cleaning lady was very sweet and warm always ready to clean and help out. Room was very clean, aircon worked well, wifi was good too. Had a laundry service available at an extra charge. You do get what you pay for online, if not more. The place was really good but the staff is what makes me want to visit and book this hotel again as I didnt feel lost or alone. My sim stopped working and a worker explained how to sort it out, booked taxis for us, reccomended places, humerous and funny and helped with any issues especially as it was our first time in turkey. If what he was saying was lost in translation he used a translating app and ensured we had all the information we needed. The restaurant boys were also kind and greeted us everyday.

The fact that the pool closes so early at 6. It would be nice to be able to swim and use pool by 8pm as in the day we liked to go out to touristy cafes/food places but couldnt do this and use pool in same hours. The breakfast buffet was bland and overcharged. Should be an iron available to use even if we have to pay for it however this was dependent on which rooms you are booked in.

Breakfast was buffet style very good and lots of choices. The hotel is in a great location, and very nicely set out. The room was lovely traditional very spacious, and nice big bathroom and shower. Staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed 4 nights and ate there on two occasions. The food was good. Would definitely stay there again. Ramazan our waiter was particularly nice and friendly, so were all the other staff. The hotel is quite quirky which we love. Every day so many tourists were walking past the entrance taking photos of the lovely courtyard and pool.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. There are so many cute details to it and its beautifully decorated. Having breakfast by the pool in the garden is such a great start for the day. Location makes it a great and easily accessible place to stay. Housekeeping does really good job and are also extremely friendly people!

Unfortunately it is an old building so it was not very quiet. You can hear noise from the streets, bars next door as well as other quests on the corridors. Also I was surprised to see cockroaches in my shower/toilet. The toilet/shower overall could use a bit of deep cleaning and touch ups but it was not so bad that I would have felt uneasy about it, except for the bug visitor.

the housekeeping ladies were amazing. every day we had a surprise package of towels in the shape of hearts, flowers and animals (swans, birds). every day the room was perfectly clean, tidy and romantically decorated with fresh flower leaves. really amazing. they knew (saw) we were in love and gave us their love and attention. especially the young lady Housekeepster Annaka made our stay special with her hospitality and smile. the hotel in general is delightful and a beautiful place to relax. the architecture gives you a journey through ottoman times and the food is very reasonable in quality and variety for a half pension arrangement.

I had to remind the receptionist that she didn’t give me the room I especially did book. after my complaint I got the Fatih suite as I booked and paid. I really don’t understand why she tried to fool me. not nice she tried.

This was our second visit to this hotel. It is a lovely boutique hotel, rooms very spacious, very nice, pleasant seating areas. Staff very helpful food, we just had breakfast, was very good. Plenty of choices. It is perfectly situated, close to bars, restaurants and shops.

It was very crowded at breakfast, but obviously it is a popular place. Some mornings, even though it was not near time for end of breakfast, things were running out and needed replenishing.

The location and the style of the hotel were exceptional. There's always staff available whether that be at reception or at the bars and restaurants and everyone is friendly and helpful. The vibe is constantly relaxing, stress just melts away! The partnership with Lara Beach (L'Arena Beach) was useful and within a short taxi ride away we were relaxing on a gorgeous beach with free sunbeds and parasols, and a discount on food and drink at the beach.

There was nothing we didn't like! Our entire stay was brilliant and we would highly recommend it. The Alp Pasa exceeded our expectations and we there were no negatives, we will be back for sure and telling our friends and family!

i loved the location , sadly they arent close to Konyaalti beach nor Lara Beach, there is a private beach nearby but its not the same like the big beaches sadly The location was amazing. Surrouned by the old shops and architecture in old town Kaleici

the wifi Connection did not reach the rooms, only the general areas sadly so i had to sit in the hallway or any other general areas. Also connecting to wifi is a hassle. U have to give in ure room number ure passpoort number or phone number and half of the time its not connecting properly especially for iPhone users.

The location is superb. A few steps from everything in the old city and the busy shopping street. Beautiful serene courtyard with pool and soft music. Lovely helpful dark haired lady at the reception. Nice breakfast.

The pool towels were thin and stained, Strictly limited to one per guest. Some of the male staff felt a bit awkward - one gentleman at the reception in particular. As my check out was later, I asked for my one piece of hand luggage to be picked up from my 3rd floor room and stored for later pick up (as i heard this request accepted for other guests at the reception before with no problem) and he burst into laughter and asked "You want US to do that, to bring it down?". I asked if that was a problem. He awkwardly agreed that not. Other uncomfortable sitaution with the same person at the actual luggage pick up later that night.
