- Great location in the pedestrian part of the old town on a tiny side street, so quiet and close to all attractions - Good facilities, well equipped kitchen - Reasonable size studio with a separate kitchen and a nice room with windows on three sides, mine was on the top floor and had tremendous views over the mountains and the old town + a huge terrace, great for dinners and enjoying the sunset. - good internet - friendly and helpful staff

- water pressure in the shower was at times a bit low - there often was a smell of smoke in the lobby and hallway, one could feel it even from the top floor. Fortunately, it didn't get into the room but would make sense if the staff who smoke did it in a separate room or outside the building as this smell is very obvious and unpleasant for non-smokers.

This was my dad's third time staying at this hotel, and he absolutely loves it. The location is unbeatable – right in the old city center, with supermarkets and everything you need just a short walk away. The room is comfortable, well-equipped, and has all the necessary facilities to make the stay pleasant. What makes this place even more special is the host. My dad has built a great friendship with him, and his kindness and hospitality are truly outstanding. It’s a place that feels like home, and I’m sure we’ll be coming back again! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya!

Location! You are def paying for location here, nice sized room with 3 beds which is a bonus with 2 kids. The 2 verandas were lovely for morning coffee/evening drinks with a bonus grape and avocado tree. In the heart of old town on a cute side street Fridge and kettle were great. AC was cold. Parking access a huge bonus Our host Jim ju (sorry probably spelled wrong) was such a sweet man. Very welcoming and so kind to our kids.

It’s a bit run down and in need up upkeep. Paint and wallpaper is peeling, floor sinking in places with the planks coming loose. Sheets were clean but extra blanket was questionable. If you are new to the area it was tricky to find. Should include that you must pass through a gated entrance to get to the area. We thought the road was closed to all cars and drove around trying to find an alternative way in.

Great kind hearted staff who work hard to help you with everything. This place is a modest kind of facilities so expect it to be according to the price you paid. Shower works very well. They have kitchen you can use. Very very kind people so this made my stay so much better I felt comforted by the warm hearte d people who try their best always. The lady cleaner feeds omeless cats so I left little money for cats food as she earns only a minimum fee but has been very kind. This has been pleasing and rare to witness.

Location is amazing, in a side street off one of the main walking streets that leads to the sea in 8 minutes. Quiet at night and during the day. spacious room with a fridge included. Staff was friendly, helpful and spoke good English. Amazing value for money!

There were some imperfections in the room such as a loose plank in the floor but it didn’t bother us. For this price we didn’t expect any luxery. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing but sufficient. Hot water worked well.

Cosy place in the middle of the down town. 400 meters from marina beach. The rest is just nearby. We really enjoyed the place despite of the building was a bit old. We arrived in the midnight and it took us few minutes to check in to the room. The furniture was new and comfy.

There was no hot water in the shower but since it was hot outside we did not pay much attention to that. The room needs to be renovated, beds and sofas do not belong to their places, need to swap up.If the owner needs a professional advice I’d love to improve some features. ))

I cooked my own food. Very central location. A few minutes walk to Hadrian's Gate, tram lines and buses. The staff were very friendly and helpful . I like the shared kitchen facilities. Enables the budget conscious traveller to keep costs down. Any unused food was left in the kitchen by staff/other travellers, for everyones use, handy if you needed some extra oil, pasta, rice etc.

Very good, hospitable, flexible and pleasant staff speaking the perfect English. There is one woman who speaks Russian (if it is important for your visit). I liked the cozy and clean rooms, air conditioning and refrigerator. Location in the old town, 5-10 minutes from the sea is also a great bonus.

The only reason I’m not happy is because of the shower. It took quite a long time (5+ min) to wait for hot or at least warm water:). As for other amenities, such as furniture or interior, it is obvious that the hotel is not a luxury spa, etc. At its price and location all interiors and services are good! If you prefer to stay on the street during the day, walking the old town or at sea prices, this will certainly work for you).

Small and sweet accommodation within old city area. For the price in Old city this property was a good deal. Pretty basic facilities but it felt comfortable. Location was very good.

Could do with little work in bathroom. Also night time there should be someone on the shift who stays awake. I had to leave close to 3 in the morning for airport and the man who was on reception had reception door locked and was sleeping. Main door was locked too. I din’t feel good about waking him up but had no other option. He was polite though but still the experience wasn’t ideal.

The room was spacious given the price. it had a small kitchen attached to it with basic utensils and a gas stove. It's located inside the old town so the viewpoint was just a walk away. Overall experience is good. it's not a luxury place I would recommend coming here if you want to just stay the night and roam around the city during the day.

The watchman is an old person. He does not like people going in or out late at night overall if you come late he has no problem but since he is an aged person he doesn't appreciate it if you have to come to your room multiple times during the night. So plan accordingly. Overall he is a very nice person though.
