Totally Refurbished to a very High Standard in 2024. Delicious Food and drinks served in Hotel Restaurants. Staff and Management very accommodating and professional. Bedrooms and beds very comfortable with tea and coffee, tridge, complimentary water supplied daily. 10 out of 10 Highly recommend to my friends and family and will definitely be booking another stay on my return.

This was our first trip to Antalya and we couldnt have chosen a nicer place than Casa Sur. The hotel location is the best, in the old town right next to Hadrian's gate along the stone wall. The hotel garden was so charming with orange trees, lots of garden seating and quiet. So we walked everywhere, even to the lovely Konyaalti Beach half hour away. Or one can take the Nostalgik tram, which we did on the way back. The team at the hotel were warm and made us feel at home. Nava, Aysa, Nilgun were always present and gave the best suggestions for beach visits, the trek to Lycian Way, organized a guide, airports transfers...everything was smooth and seamless. The food at the resturent was so good, the staff very knowledgeable about th efood and wines. Although we were shocked by how expensive Turkish wines are!! Will definitely choose Casa Sur if we visit the region again. Big thank you!

While the rooms were well appointed and the beds were so comfortable, the coffee and bath salts were not refilled regularly. We also would've preferred filtered water over plastic bottled water. Possibily a big suggestion for the hotel to look at.

We regularly visit Antalya, and Casa Sur Antalya is undoubtedly the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the old town of Kaleiçi. This was our second stay at this charming boutique hotel with its beautiful garden, and it remains a favorite. Pros: • Location: Perfectly central, right next to the Uç Kapılar, with everything within easy reach. • Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, and you truly feel welcome here. • Breakfast & kitchen: Everything is delicious and of high quality—a true culinary delight. • Cleanliness: Special mention for the housekeeper, who made sure our room was impeccably clean every single day. The hotel is beautifully designed and exudes a unique atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next visit. Minor downside: The only issue we experienced was with the hot water supply. This seemed to be a structural problem, as we encountered the same issue during our stay a year ago. After reporting it to the reception, the issue was temporarily resolved, but unfortunately, the next morning we had to shower with cold water again. For those who enjoy cold showers, this won’t be a problem, but we would have preferred warm water. Conclusion: Casa Sur Antalya comes very close to perfection. Despite the hot water issue, we would absolutely recommend this hotel. If that problem is resolved, we would happily give it a 10/10. We’ll definitely be back!

We visited Antalya, my wife and I, end of December 2023 and stayed here for a week. I looked at a lot of the all inclusive resorts before finally booking with Casa Sur. This hotel has so much more character. Located just behind Hadrian’s gate and just inside the Kaleci, it’s perfectly located to explore the old town. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with all the basic amenities. We had a garden view room with a lovely view of their orange trees. The staff, all of them, were very friendly and made our stay extremely enjoyable. Thank you to all of them. Shiela, their adopted dog, was a darling. As were the cats that move in and out. While we didn’t have a lot of food here, what we did have was all very good. The kaymak on the breakfast menu was absolutely delicious and I would highly recommend it.

Housekeeping could be improved a little. The only real problem was the pub around the corner with their live music. It can be a little noisy. I can only imagine what it might be like in peak tourist season.

The staff were impeccable and very friendly. We had amazing recommendations from the delightfully friendly and warm lady at reception Nilgün Güneş, who showed us around the property, local customs and culture. She’s very good at her job and made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor seating at the hotel restaurant, Cava, is stunning and very well looked after by Zoltan, whom was very knowledgeable with wines and super helpful answering all our questions. Gorgeous place, would return and highly recommend! Thank you to the whole team at Casa Sur!

Stepping into the hotel courtyard felt a world away from the bustling streets on the other side of the wall. The rooms are well appointed and designed with consideration. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable e.g., bringing us an ice bucket for our wine, and looking after our luggage when we checked out but had a later flight. The bed was great - firm mattress with softer mattress topper. Shower pressure was incredible. We had the Design Room that was named Natura, which I think was designed to mimic living in nature. It's well done, but the bed was close to the floor (very low base) and the bathroom vanity was approximately 1m high. For someone who is tall like me, it became uncomfortable to use over time. It was wonderful to sit up on the terrace bar, which overlooks Hadrian's Gate. Casa Sur is perfectly located to explore Kaleiçi Old Town, and is very close to the Tram. Would stay here again if back in Antalya.

The shower curb was very low and did not go all the way to the end, so water was spilling out onto the rest of the bathroom. Not a huge issue as the shower recess is deep. The noise complaints (especially the abominable karaoke at a nearby venue) are valid, but I used ear plugs and they worked a treat.

The staff were incredible. From the reception team to the housekeeping to the restaurant staff. Everyone was incredible and super friendly

I had an issue with the A/C in my room but the staff moved me into another room straight away. They also gave me an upgrade on my last 2 nights for the inconvenience. They handled it so well and made sure to go over and beyond for us. I enjoyed my first time with them so much that I’m planning to stay here again in a couple of months

The second half of our stay here was great. The design room was very spacious. The setting is top notch - it's a large, gorgeous back yard with plenty of seating areas. Despite being in the middle of the downtown area, it feels very secluded. The design is very bohemian and thoughtful. Volkan was a very helpful server at the restaurant.

Staff could have been more helpful. They were very laid back and had limited English, so it made conversing difficult at times. It was disappointing that breakfast wasn't included. The housekeeper missed restocking coffee and removing dirty coffee cups from the room, and I had to restock these items myself.

This hotel is amazing and I simply cannot recommend it enough! The property is absolutely stunning--the rooms are stylish and spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor space is worth the stay alone. The hotel backs up to the old city wall and there is a large lawn and seating area for guests. The attached restaurant is absolutely delightful and reasonably priced. I would 100% stay here again if I am ever back in Antalya.

The only complaint we have is that the water in the shower did not get very hot. But given how much we loved the property, and the fact that it's an old building, I could overlook this minor flaw.

Our stay at Casa Sur Antalya was incredible. The room was comfortable, the bathroom beautiful. The staff friendly and the vibe even better. The restaurant was the highlight... we ate there for breakfast 2x, lunch x1 and dinner 2x as well in 3 days! We gave a couple of other places a chance but this restaurant is THE best in Antalya so make sure you try all the food. Our favourite foods, - Duck Baklava - Menemen - Limonades

Sadly the place is VERY noisy in evening until passed midnight... Because it is in the center of Antalya and the bar next door is ridiculously loud, it does make the experience a little less nice if you want to sleep early. We were working and sleeping before 00:30 was a challenge. (We told the staff but not much they can do for now). Take this into consideration if you sleep early or have children. The mattress could also be a little softer or have a topper but aside from that the rest of our stay was perfect!
