We recently stayed at Casa Sur in Antalya’s beautiful Old Town (Kaleici), and honestly, we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Nilgun and Nava, who were both absolutely brilliant. Super friendly, helpful, and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. We had originally booked the Cosy Room, which was lovely clean, charming, and nicely decorated – but we found it a little too small for us. Nilgun and Nava were great in helping us arrange an upgrade to a larger room as soon as one became available. There ended up being a small issue with the AC in the Cosy Room, and despite their best efforts to fix it, they kindly moved us that night to the Romantic Room which was a beautifully styled, spacious room with a bathtub and all the comfort we needed. As it was our 18-year wedding anniversary, the hotel really went above and beyond, the chef prepared a special sharing dessert for us, which was brought to our room on the first night. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay feel extra special. The hotel is in a perfect location, just a short walk to everything, Hadrian’s Gate, the Old Bazaar, lovely restaurants, cafes, and bars – yet it's tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. We booked room only, but I did have breakfast at the hotel a couple of times and it was excellent fresh, tasty, and beautifully served. We would have happily eaten there more often, but with so many great food options around, we ended up exploring the local spots most days. We visit Antalya every year and have stayed in quite a few places in Kaleici, but without a doubt, Casa Sur is the best hotel we've stayed at so far. Between the amazing team, the beautiful rooms, and the thoughtful little touches, it truly made our trip unforgettable. Already looking forward to returning next year.

This was our first trip to Antalya and we couldnt have chosen a nicer place than Casa Sur. The hotel location is the best, in the old town right next to Hadrian's gate along the stone wall. The hotel garden was so charming with orange trees, lots of garden seating and quiet. So we walked everywhere, even to the lovely Konyaalti Beach half hour away. Or one can take the Nostalgik tram, which we did on the way back. The team at the hotel were warm and made us feel at home. Nava, Aysa, Nilgun were always present and gave the best suggestions for beach visits, the trek to Lycian Way, organized a guide, airports transfers...everything was smooth and seamless. The food at the resturent was so good, the staff very knowledgeable about th efood and wines. Although we were shocked by how expensive Turkish wines are!! Will definitely choose Casa Sur if we visit the region again. Big thank you!

While the rooms were well appointed and the beds were so comfortable, the coffee and bath salts were not refilled regularly. We also would've preferred filtered water over plastic bottled water. Possibily a big suggestion for the hotel to look at.

Totally Refurbished to a very High Standard in 2024. Delicious Food and drinks served in Hotel Restaurants. Staff and Management very accommodating and professional. Bedrooms and beds very comfortable with tea and coffee, tridge, complimentary water supplied daily. 10 out of 10 Highly recommend to my friends and family and will definitely be booking another stay on my return.

Do not hesitate, if you are looking for a place to stay in old town Antalya, there is no better. The people are just so amazingly kind, the grounds are so beautifully kept and peaceful and the location is perfect in old town, adjacent to all the restaurants but without the noise. The staff consistently went out of their way to help make our visit better, in fact they saved our holiday after one of our party forgot their travel documents in the hotel after we had already checked out. The staff retrieved them and sent it via a taxi to the airport to meet us.

Nothing. If you have a car, parking and navigating Old Town can be a challenge due to its tight streets.

Stunning restoration of a historic building. The property has been tastefully thoughtfully designed, combining contemporary design whilst retaining all the characters of the old. Outstanding location, incredible views of Hadrian's Gate. The room was gorgeous, and gardens are a green oasis, which we very much appreciated as an escape from the hustle, bustle, and heat of Antalya. What made our stay exceptional was the incredible restaurant Cava. From fabulous cocktails in the garden to exquisitely executed menu and wine list. The service was outstanding the best we experienced on our trip. The attention to detail, relaxed vibe, like everything at the hotel was thoughtful and inspired. We loved our stay!

As a personal preference, I would have liked the temperature of the hot water in the shower to be a little warmer.

Beautiful property, with rooms decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Also a gorgeous outside seating area and garden. A little oasis! Fantastic location in the Own ToWn. Unbelievably amazing restaurant (we didn’t eat anywhere else), and the most lovely staff - very professional and friendly. Would stay here again and would recommend in a heartbeat.

A couple of very small things. The hot water supply was little intermittent, but in the hot weather this wasn’t too much of an issue. There is also a bar very closeby, but again we are deep sleepers so wasn’t an issue. The garden requires a lot of maintenance, which meant spraying plants and cutting the grass etc close to dinner, which detracted a little from the ambiance if you’re trying to chill

We regularly visit Antalya, and Casa Sur Antalya is undoubtedly the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the old town of Kaleiçi. This was our second stay at this charming boutique hotel with its beautiful garden, and it remains a favorite. Pros: • Location: Perfectly central, right next to the Uç Kapılar, with everything within easy reach. • Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble, and you truly feel welcome here. • Breakfast & kitchen: Everything is delicious and of high quality—a true culinary delight. • Cleanliness: Special mention for the housekeeper, who made sure our room was impeccably clean every single day. The hotel is beautifully designed and exudes a unique atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next visit. Minor downside: The only issue we experienced was with the hot water supply. This seemed to be a structural problem, as we encountered the same issue during our stay a year ago. After reporting it to the reception, the issue was temporarily resolved, but unfortunately, the next morning we had to shower with cold water again. For those who enjoy cold showers, this won’t be a problem, but we would have preferred warm water. Conclusion: Casa Sur Antalya comes very close to perfection. Despite the hot water issue, we would absolutely recommend this hotel. If that problem is resolved, we would happily give it a 10/10. We’ll definitely be back!

The staff were impeccable and very friendly. We had amazing recommendations from the delightfully friendly and warm lady at reception Nilgün Güneş, who showed us around the property, local customs and culture. She’s very good at her job and made us feel very welcomed. The outdoor seating at the hotel restaurant, Cava, is stunning and very well looked after by Zoltan, whom was very knowledgeable with wines and super helpful answering all our questions. Gorgeous place, would return and highly recommend! Thank you to the whole team at Casa Sur!

Staff genuinely very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very boutique and has bohemian rooms styled in different and unique ways. Breakfast is great and is ala carte. The outdoor seating area is really nice. Our room had a bathtub which was very much enjoyed by my fiance.

The a/c was not delivering super cold air and the flow was on the weak side - I suspect from just being on all the time. It is very humid in Antalaya. The toilet occasionally did not flush properly but the staff were quick to fix it.

Suite: Spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable — exactly as expected. Outdoor area: Surrounded by plenty of greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Food & Dining: Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and the restaurant served consistently delicious meals. Staff: Professional, friendly, and welcoming — always attentive and ready to help. Location: Set in a lovely area with lots of shops, restaurants, and everything you could possibly need within walking distance.
