Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice room.

We booked two rooms. One room was perfect, 10/10, but the other room was not so great -- it has bed bugs and kids were bitten all over the body.

The location was perfect. Easy to go walking everything was nearby. The room and bathroom were spacious. The team were so helpful and nice even the restaurant manager was sweet we thank them a lot !

The pillows were to rough not confortable to sleep with, causing neck pain. The shower jet must be fixed.

Delight Deluxe Apartment is near the restaurants, the shops, pharmacy, supermarket and very easy to access transport to visit other places. This Apartment is right in the middle of Old Town Kalice which is very pretty with many things to do and visit. There are 2 Historical Museums to visit in Old Town, Markantalya Mall (Shopping Centre) is about 15 minutes walk or by the main Tram (grey one - you can pay by card ) there are nice shops and top floor in this Mall you´ll find restaurants and fast food places, all delicious food. Mermerli Beach is like 5 minutes walk down the hill with a lovely restaurant at the top with amazing view and close to the Marina which you can go for boat trips. Konyaalti Beach is 15 minutes by Tram (historical red Tram ) you can pay by card which is only 18 TRY. It is a lovely beach to sunbed with lots of restaurant facility and fresh drink along your walk. This place are clean and very tidy. There are Mosques to visit as everyone are welcome and there are Christian Churches services on Sundays to attend around the Town and Orthodox Church open during office hours. Everywhere you go in Town is clean and tidy, amazing weather, happy people always there to help you even those who dos not speak English, food is also amazing.

Very helpful staff, and communication during the stay was very good. The location is great - right in the center.

We were moved to a hotel room instead of the apartment that we booked and only were informed upon arrival. The new room was good as well though smaller. It was ok for us for only one night but I would appreciate it if I would be informed upfront about the changes.

I really liked the hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, everything you needed was at hand. The breakfast was delicious, with different food options. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The location is convenient — the city center, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Everything went great, and I would come back here again.

Great location. So many choices of F&B nearby. Easy access to tram station.

Maybe the smell of our room on the 1st floor. But our room on the 2nd floor was perfect.

The property has very central location with close access to all amenities. Staff was very helpful and friendly, big thanks to Baran , who helped to resolve the issue with misalignment on my booking.

The room was a bit smaller than expected

It is a good place in the city center. It takes 5 mins to get to tramvay station, which goes to airport. A lot of cute cafes and restaurants are close to it. Rooms are clean and big. All nessesary things are there. Breakfast rather good, but there is no so big choiсe.

Our windows were on the side of the street and there was a restaurant with loud music, which was on till 12pm. It wasnt a big problem, because we stayed not for a long time, but for visitors with children it can be.

Everything fine. Very friendly and cheerful staff at the restaurant. I would go there again.
