We really liked staying in Alp Pasa Hotel the staff was friendly and always willing to help with everything. Our cleaning lady was so nice and made the cutest figurines on the bed with our towels. Everything was clean and the food was good. We got a discount of the restaurant because we were staying in the hotel and the cocktails were nice. We also loved staying by the private pool, relaxing in the sun with food and cocktails from the pool bar. They had 2 pools. Good location close walking distance to main attractions

They had some issues with there fire alarm wich gave us a bit of a scare waking up to in the middle of the night, hope they can sort that out. The clubs next to the hotel play loud music reccomend earplugs

Great location in the centre of the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious in a recently completed new block. Courtyard enclosure with a private swimming pool but close to the main hotel. Breakfasts were good quality and the freshly cooked eggs were excellent

Being a newly completed block there were a few "teething" troubles including no hot water on our first night! However these were very rapidly resolved by the apologetic and attentive staff. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would be an improvement. We had a great rapport with the hotel's Guest Manager

This hotel is a little gem. Staff were amazing (no, they don't all have perfect English, but why should they!) nothing too much trouble and very professional. Brilliant location in heart of old town. Small pool but deep and perfect unless you like to do laps. Buffet food traditional Turkish and varied each day (don't expect English) and all nicely presented and clean. Large shower with good pressure, good firm bed. Special mention for Sinan, Hamdi and Ali.

Only single downside was noise at night from outside hotel as we were in original old building. (We did not ask to move as liked everything else so no idea if this could have been resolved). Suggest if noise matters to you you make this clear when booking. No kettle etc in room but didn't expect one.

Amazing historic building right in the centre of the old town. It was beautiful. The breakfast was delicious, very turkish but lots of choices and we enjoyed it every day. . Reception staff were very helpful and the guest relations manager Selin, was so attentive and very good at her job.

Some rooms aren't as nice as the pictures , I got moved into a nicer room thank goodness. No tea or coffee facilties in the rooms as advertised. Water not replenished in the fridge.The rooms needed a very good dust. restaurant for lunch and dinner and bar i think is ran by another company. The staff weren't very friendly and didn't give us the 10% off discount hotel guests are meant to have and when we asked, one girl was quite miffed that we asked for it. Put us off dining there.

The workers at the reception were exceptionally amazing, very friendly and accomadating. The cleaning lady was very sweet and warm always ready to clean and help out. Room was very clean, aircon worked well, wifi was good too. Had a laundry service available at an extra charge. You do get what you pay for online, if not more. The place was really good but the staff is what makes me want to visit and book this hotel again as I didnt feel lost or alone. My sim stopped working and a worker explained how to sort it out, booked taxis for us, reccomended places, humerous and funny and helped with any issues especially as it was our first time in turkey. If what he was saying was lost in translation he used a translating app and ensured we had all the information we needed. The restaurant boys were also kind and greeted us everyday.

The fact that the pool closes so early at 6. It would be nice to be able to swim and use pool by 8pm as in the day we liked to go out to touristy cafes/food places but couldnt do this and use pool in same hours. The breakfast buffet was bland and overcharged. Should be an iron available to use even if we have to pay for it however this was dependent on which rooms you are booked in.

The staff were very good, couldn't do enough for you. Also the breakfast had a great spread of food hot and cold options. We arrived late in the evening, and our initial room was right near where the live music was, we just asked politely if there is another rum available. Lovely room in the other building across the way and it was very comfortable and no noise for the old town. We will definitely stay there again and recommend to our friends.

Both the swimming pools are inadequate!!!! For elderly people they difficult to access .far too deep I’m 6ft3 and could only just stand in pools with head above water . Many others like ourselves found the very difficult to get in and out..it was 47degrees on our visit so the metal supports on pool steps literally burnt your hands when trying to pull yourself out

Breakfast was buffet style very good and lots of choices. The hotel is in a great location, and very nicely set out. The room was lovely traditional very spacious, and nice big bathroom and shower. Staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed 4 nights and ate there on two occasions. The food was good. Would definitely stay there again. Ramazan our waiter was particularly nice and friendly, so were all the other staff. The hotel is quite quirky which we love. Every day so many tourists were walking past the entrance taking photos of the lovely courtyard and pool.

I just loved this charming hotel, in a beautiful old town location. The interior has a touch of a retro style, with many pieces of ancient monuments scattered around the patio. Everything was spotlessly clean. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel very welcome. The pool area was perfect for a relaxing break. We also appreciated the lovely shaded terraces that offered a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful property! It’s in the middle of the old town beautiful property . I highly recommend this hotel for old town lovers. Mermerli beach is only 10 min walk and it’s a beautiful beach. Dianna the property manager is amazing in every way. She is so kind, friendly and extremely helpful and speaks arabic English and turkish fluent.big thanks to Celin and Orhan amazing staff too.
