Very familiar small hotel. Ateş in the reception is a very helpful and nice guy, and so is his boss. Quiet place very close to the old town and in the middle of the modern downtown. There is a kitchen in the small garden where you can prepare simpler meals (for the rooms without own kitchenette). Garden is a nice place to sit in as well. Clean room and seems to be newly renovated. Recommended!

The room was furnished for your comfort, but with bed, sofa, small table and a thick partition wall it is a tad cramped. Manageable even with two persons though. The bed was too hard in our opinion, but that is to be expected in Turkiye. Smaller version of double bed. It is difficult to understand what room you book from looking at the pictures on Booking.

The Two-bedroom apartment where we stayed at was in a nice quiet location in the city centre with restaurants and shops around the corner. It has everything we needed for a nice short stay. The garden area was pretty chic with an open kitchen and a fridge and coffee machine where you pick drinks. Ates our receptionist/host was also a cool dude with a lot of recommendations and tips. Spent a good time chatting up when we had the chance.

The location is excellent, the owner is super friendly, and it is located in the centre of the city with a very cosy location. The apartment is ok with modern furniture. The kitchen tools aren't really enough to cook. They need to deep clean the apartment as it so dusty. Sheets and towels are clean, though. I would come back.

I have stayed here a few times now and its perfect for me. Its right near to the centre of town and about 15 minutes from the airport. No.9 has its own entrance with a lovely communal garden and an orange tree to sit under. Bed is comfy, hot shower, small kitchen, good WIFI, everything you could need, not far from Hadrian's Gate.

a few more kitchen utensils would be good. It is in town so it can be a little noisy.

This place is excellent. The location is great near public transport and close to old town and BIM. Originally I had booked for one night and I just kept adding nights because I liked it so much. Nice clean and well-appointed rooms, great attitudes from the staff, beautiful courtyard, the host speaks English well, and excellent flexibility in letting me stay in the same room when adding additional nights. I really loved my stays here.

Excellent location and the spacious balcony. Clean and comfortable room for a good night sleep. Receptionist & staff were friendly, polite & helpful and dealt with all enquiries professionally.

Nothing really except the kitchen felt a bit under equipped for family with kids staying over a week, but perfectly fine for smaller group.

I think, it was our best stay in Antalya! Very nice villa with great internal garden, nice rooms and very very very nice and pleasant staff! Thank you for everything!

Room number 3 has windows facing karaoke club, working till 01 am. If you are not comfortable with noise at night, ask for another room. All other was amazing!

This place has multiple great features: - The location is perfect (in the city centre but in a side street so it’s quiet at night). - The public area as well as the room are all clean, modern and offer all the equipment you need. - The staff is extremely friendly and will always give you advice if needed :)

We have booked appartment # 10 for 3 nights The flat was really spacious for a family of 4 members Cleanliness is remarkable Almost every essential toiletries and kitchen equipment are available The location is amazing, actually it is the most positive thing. The windows’ curtains have poor sun proof, and own privacy is limited. The washing machine have no drier option, and no place to dry the clothes.

Loved the central Location.. very close but not directly in Old Town Kaleici.. so nice and quiet.. A 1 minute walk to shops , restaurants...Modern, very clean, comfortable. I was on the 1st floor , one flight of stairs up .

The bed linen kept coming off, fitted sheets would work better.. but everything else was great ..
