We really enjoyed the breakfast — cheeses, 3–4 types of fresh greens, incredibly sweet tomatoes, olives, eggs, cold cuts, various jams, chocolate spread, tea, coffee, and freshly baked crusty bread. Everything was very tasty. You can have breakfast either in a beautifully decorated indoor area or outside by a small fountain. The rooms match the photos, they are spacious and cozy. We stayed as a group of three and had plenty of space. There were slippers, shampoo, fresh towels, clean bed linen, and a balcony with a table. Some rooms have a kitchenette. If you need anything, just ask at the reception — the staff are responsive and do their best to fulfill any request. Cleaning is available on request. It’s a 5-minute walk to the sea. The beach is probably the best in Antalya: fine pebbles, easy to walk in, and perfect for children. The area has lots of restaurants and shops nearby, yet the hotel itself is located in a peaceful and quiet place. The staff are kind and caring. For example, after breakfast, they made us coffee just so we could sit and chat with a new friend we met at the hotel — a small gesture, but very thoughtful and memorable. Big thanks to the staff member who took care of us! They are also helpful with early check-ins, late check-outs, and any questions you might have. Genuine care for the guests is felt in everything. If you’re looking for a shiny, luxurious 5-star hotel — this is not it. But if you appreciate a simpler, cozy, and peaceful place with a warm, friendly atmosphere, this is a great choice. A nice bonus — you can borrow a beach umbrella. And there’s also a sweet little kitten, which our child absolutely adored.

good location, 7-10 min to the beach, really calm and quite district, the interior doesn’t seem too old, bedsheets and towels are clean, there was a balcony, which we liked very much, aaand the little stove area and all the dishes, so we could cook for ourselves

the breakfast wasn’t starting at 8:30 as it written at their policy, some days there is no cucumbers or eggs for breakfast (even though i accidentally saw them in the fridge, oopsie), we stayed there for 5 nights, and they didn’t do the room service, sad,sometimes i had to ask for toilet papers or trash bags, once i asked the cleaner lady to borrow vacuum cleaner, and make it for myself. also sad, but cleaner lady was very polite, in general it’s fine.

If someone is looking for a nearest budget hotel to the best beach of Antalya then this should be your choice. Reception service was awesome, breakfast was really fresh and healthy. I have to checkout really early and they just asked me to drop key without any issues. 10/10: location 10/10: Service 9/10 cleanliness

Nothing tbh as in this price it was really fine. but I think if they improve mattress quality a bit and also toilet basin size then it would become an ideal option.

Looks like a family run hotel which I love because they are very friendly and caring. They provided us with a good room and good air conditioning which was essentially to sleep in such weather. Breakfast was good too.

Not a serious big problem but Just a note that to fix maybe the fridge because it wasn’t fix during the stay and I needed to put my medication in the fridge but thankfully they let me use a different fridge downstairs. I’m sure it was just an unlucky situation

The location is great, very short distance from the lovely beach, many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. I had a balcony with a really nice view to the walnut, olive and pomegranate trees! Breakfast was simple but filling.

The hotel is close to the beach, maybe beach towels for guests would be a good idea.

- First off, the owner is super friendly. He is a very warm host that tries his best to ensure that you are satisfied as a guest. I will not forget his efforts to find a taxi for us (because the taxi station responsible for our area were unresponsive) when we were late to the main bus station for our domestic bus ride. - Perfect location, Konyaalti beach is reachable by foot in 8-10 mins, Kaleici (old town) by taxi in 15 mins - Clean and public/private beach available nearby. We enjoyed our time in Konyaalti beach and rented sun bed and umbrella for ~5 € per person per day. - Very clean room with two A/Cs that were properly functioning in our room (we stayed in an "apartment" room which had 4 beds with a separate room and kitchen)

- Nothing really. One should not expect a top-level comfort and quality like you would find in a 5-star suite, but price/performance ratio is very good

Smooth check-in after a long two days of travelling. Very comfy bed and quiet area. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is served from 8-10 and when we went down at 8:20 nothing was available due to there being a power outage. This was soon sorted out though and the staff were very apologetic.

The location was perfect for us. The manager and his wife were excellent hosts. Breakfast was plentiful and typical for Turkey. We stayed for 29 nights and really enjoyed ourselves.

The rooms are a little tired, but new mattresses were being brought into the rooms while we were there. Everything worked as it should.

It's good hotel for that price, beach is nearby, hosts are very friendly.

Chairs on balcony, but they changed chairs for better ones on our demand.
