Kartal Hotel, Antalya My stay at **Kartal Hotel** in Antalya was truly memorable, largely due to the exceptional hospitality of the staff and the hotel's perfect location. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my stay was comfortable . Damla is the best part of the Kartal experience. Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness made me feel like a valued guest from start to finish. They were always ready to assist with a smile, offering great recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant team, everyone was eager to help and ensure that I had everything I needed. The hotel itself is also fantastic. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering beautiful views of either the sea or the city. The location is ideal for anyone looking to explore Antalya, as it’s close to the beach, local markets, and key attractions. Despite being centrally located, the hotel provided a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation after a long day. Overall, I highly recommend Kartal Hotel to anyone visiting Antalya. The combination of an excellent team, great location, and comfortable facilities made my stay one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I will definitely return on my next trip to Antalya! Wanna stay longer 😭😭

Relatively quiet place, not too far from the beach (even if not at first line of beach hotels), not far from Migros supermarket and a lot of small restaurants nearby. Good and polite staff. Almost always they had a stockpile of cold bottled water. Breakfast is good to acceptable, except of few details (below). Hotel has a swimming pool and good shadow terrace with dining tables. Lift worked all the time I stayed there. Hotel offers inexpensive taxi service to airport.

Some bath equipment are highly worn out and require replacement. There were no milky products for breakfast, except of milk (not everyone can drink it), like kefir, yoghurt or ayran. Strange, but cold or mineral water was not available too, only tea or coffee, despite very hot weather (I think this can be improved easily). Internet connection sometimes was quite slow, not enough to watch YouTube videos, and unstable.

The morning breakfast was simple but the serving lady was so good. She didnt understand english well, however tried alll methods to make me welcome. Using all gestures and making sure I eat and try on most of the varieties. This was so kind of her and i really appreciate her

The WiFi is on but it gets to skip up sometimes. There is room for improvement The type of showering soap can be improved as well.

The owner and his family were very friendly and took time to talk to me about Antalya, which I had never visited. The owner became the shuttle driver whom I easily reserved the night before to drive me to the airport. The Turkish breakfast was delicious. The room was clean, warm (important in January), bed comfortable, refrigerator perfect to store my groceries for meals when I was not eating out, a lift available, very affordable; it was an ideal place for a 4 day stay. When I return I hope to stay there again.

Nothing was bad

I really liked this family-run hotel as it was quaint, relaxing and lovely & peaceful which is exactly what I needed from my holiday!! Staff and management are very accommodating no matter the time of day, and I felt totally safe which was perfect as a female holidaying alone. The location was brilliant too - less than 5-minutes walk to local shops & restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to the local beach! The

There is no kettle in the room, nor telephone in case of emergency. Although the hotel only has three floors you have to go downstairs/take lift to the ground floor to access reception.

Damla and her family were very kind and welcoming. It's a great place to stay if you want to spend time at the beach and do hiking in the nearby mountains. The hotel is clean and I could clearly see they pay attention to it. I recommend this place if you are looking for a basic yet comfortable option in Antalya close to the beach. There is a great fish place as well around the corner, Balikci Murat, also worth a try!

When I arrived, I felt smoke in my room, however when I opened the windows the smell soon went away so I didn't signal this to staff. I really can't say there was anything that caught my attention in a negative manner in particular!

Convenient location. Fast going to the best beach. Always clean rooms! I'll be back again. See you later!

The staff were so lovely and helpful. They changed my room to a much better one, and were very obliging with requests. Excellent proximity to beach, restaurants and supermarket,. Also a nice long walk to the Old Town along the beach. It was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely come back

The photos show a swimming pool, but there was no water. The photos show a lush breakfast with fruits and a lot of choice, but it was very basic and the same every day

Thank you to the owners, this place run by wonderful family. They are super helpful, always there for you, whatever you need, they can organize and manage. I want to come back, It feels cozy even to compare with 5 star hotel, this place has a soul. The location is walkable 5min to the beach. It’s quit area. A lot of stores, cafes and restaurants around. Value money/location/comfort — 10/10! The room is simple, not fancy, but has everything you need. Even a balcony. AC works good. swimming pool. elevator. And the room is clean. Simple Turkish breakfast included. If you are not seeking for a fancy hotel, this one is a super deal!

Since I liked this hotel and the hotel’s owners, I decided to come back again, for the second time, as a guest. The hotel owners are exceptional, and they helped me with the airport-hotel transfers (the price for airport shuttles is very good and I highly recommend), and with other requests which I had during my stay. Once you get to know the hotel owners you will feel like you are part of their family. I like this hotel because it is very quiet, clean, and safe. The rooms are spacious, with a balcony, and equipped with TV, refrigerator, and air-conditioning. Kartal hotel is very close to the beach (about a 10-minute walk) and to many restaurants and shops. The hotel has a beautiful inner garden with a pool and shower where you can relax or eat – there is the possibility to order food from restaurants. I felt very good staying at Kartal hotel and definitely will come back again for my holidays.
