The staff was really welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The location is perfect, seconds away from the beach, lots of restaurants, supermarkets, cafes in the area. Very calm and convenient hotel, has lots of amenities and a good wifi.

The only improvement I could see would be the cleaning. The rooms are cleaned every day, but it seems like they only mop, and do not swipe. It would be perfect if they could swipe from time to time, as the mop does not catch everything. The bathroom could use a little renovating as well, but the room was clean overall and the cleaning personnel was really helpful and nice !

I must say this is a great find! It is perfectly located right next to the beach. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are comfortable. The breakfast was great and has everything you need. The pool was also open and perfect size and water temperature. The staff was great. They were all very friendly and welcoming especially the man working evenings In the reception that spoke Spanish, Ilik I think his name was, And also the man making the coffee every morning at breakfast was super friendly and could teach me some basic words in Turkish. I really enjoyed my stay here and If I come back I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Zeynel hotel If you plan to visit Antalya and enjoy Konyaalti beach!

The cleaning of the room could be a bit better, The bathroom could’ve been a bit more clean. But considering the overall experience and the price, I think this is just a minor thing not to be taken into consideration.

I am writing this review as an advanced-level booking.com customer from England. I stayed at the Zeynel Hotel for seven nights with my Russian lady. I will recommend a stay at this accommodation to all future visitors. I experienced excellent service and treatment by the members of staff who have a decent grasp of the English business language and are multilingual. The hospitality team offers a constant, beautiful smile and is very eager to be helpful. I would also like to thank Mr. Mehmet of the catering team. I received great advice and guidance regarding tourist activities and overall general information. The breakfast buffet was decent, with many varieties. Top-notch cleaning, and with a two-minute walking distance to the beach. Modern furniture and high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. This hotel can easily exceed a 4-star rating, without a doubt. And the beautiful balcony view during sunrise and sunset was a strawberry on top of the cake. Thank you.

It was slightly before the main season starts, but it was a quiet hotel and peaceful stay. Great pool which was pretty much to ourselves. Staff were great. Very cheerful & helpful. Food was very good. Very short walk to the beach.

We had a late flight and arrived at the hotel at 00:30 hrs. After a long day we were disappointed to be told we could not get a cup of tea or coffee on arrival. The bar had shut half hour before, however a staff member just walked past us with a coffee in his hand. Would have been nice to have been able to get a drink, especially since there is no kettle in the room.

It was in a very good location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also the beach was so close only 2 mins walk which was amazing. The pool was nice but it tends to get busy all the time so it was hard to use.

Bed bugs on one of the beds we stayed in which made it very itchy… also there were no towels in my room when we entered and had to keep asking to change them once dirty. Also the breakfast was really nice but it didn’t get filled after empty very quickly.

Location is very good. Short walk to the beach. Many restaurants/bars nearby, also small shops and some supermarkets. I stayed around Eid holiday, the price was not that bad. Reception was nice, very friendly guys. Breakfast was very good, I like omelet and all the green leaf salad and all kinds of olives. Airco was good. Shower was strong.

Cleaning lady came to clean my room around 3 pm most of the time. She did not brush/vacuum the floor. I could see some long hair (not mine) on the floor for my whole stay. Shower tube had a leaking spot at the connection of the tap and shower tube. I told the reception 3 times, they said someone would come to fix but never happened. So, I just gave up on the leaking shower tube (I could still shower). I stayed in a Triple room, it would be nicer if there would be more chairs in the room and chairs at the balcony (there was only 1 chair in my room).

Very good value for the money. Great location very close to popular beach, shops, restorants. Kind and helpful staff. We requested a double bed as we are a couple and they upgrated our room to a triple room with a double bed, even if we paid only for a double room. Very kind of them, we really loved the room with the sea view also. Thank you very much! Also very good breakfast, and nice terrace where you will take your breakfast, very clean. Also the bed is just wonderful, I slept like a baby there. Modern furniture from the room is very nice and looks as in the pictures on site.

Bathroom facilities needs to be improved. The room is modern and nice but bathroom facilities needs improvments. Also the cleaning needs to be improved. I would say that the cleaning it is done 80% as it should be done for a nice hotel. Needs improvments, even if they have a lot of cleaners they need to clean better the rooms.

The best hotel ever😍 Such nice people and perfect location! I am completely in love with your service! Restaurant food in the morning as a free breakfast was just great. The elevator was a nice thing to have. The beach and a nice area for youth with skaters, sports people and cycles for rent are really close.

The room was wrong. I wanted the one with a balcony. I paid extra. Just in case — I paid before. So you could be sure I'm coming and prepare the correct room with both the sea view and the balcony for me. Once some people were smoking inside. Had to wake up at 4 am and it continued until I went down to complain to the reception at 9.

Extremely friendly and attentive staff members who went above and beyond for us. Throughout our stay the service was remarkable and consistent. You get a lovely sea view, large double bed, TV, free wifi (very strong connection), large lounge area and nice sized en suite. We left our phone charger at home and didn't want to pay for another one, so the hotel provided us with a charger to use during our stay. The lovely young lady who checked us in was amazing, always had a smile and went above & beyond for us. We had to catch an early flight, which meant we were going to miss breakfast. However, the hotel very kindly gave us a packed lunch to take away with us. We would definitely stay here again despite a few hiccups with the cleaning.

Cleanliness was an issue for us. Although this is a 3 star hotel, we dont expect to use a dirty toilet. This was never cleaned throughout or stay. We also ran out of toilet roll, and had to ask for some more. Marks on the walls, and shower not clean either. Under average cleaning standards which let the place down.

Very nice room with a view. Good location of the air conditioner, not freezing you out. Location is perfect: quiet but close to the beach and lively areas.

Could be more hooks and shelves in the bathroom. There is basically no place to put your things. Door cards stopped working every day and we had to go down to recharge them.
