⸻ I had a lovely stay at Reo Spa Hotel. The accommodation was comfortable and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I want to especially thank Suda and Batuhan from the reception team – they were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made my experience even better. the hotel facilities were beautiful, and I truly enjoyed my time there. There were a few minor issues in the bathroom – the sink and toilet valve had slight water leaks, and the floor cleanliness could be improved

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The sea-view suite was perfect for our family of four — very spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with two separate bedrooms and a comfortable living room. The highlight was definitely the stunning sea view, which we enjoyed every morning and evening from our large balcony! The location is unbeatable — just across the road from the beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout our two-week stay, always ready to help with a smile and make us feel welcome. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options to suit everyone in the family. Highly recommended for families looking for a beautiful beachside retreat!

- could be cleaner - rooms need renovation - in january the price was ok but would not pay 150€| room in the summer - spa is dark and not charming, it is at level -1 beside the kitchen

The Hotel is very nice. just on the other side of the road from the large and well organized Konyaalti beach. the structure of the hotel is very nice, with very good spaces and very polite and helpful staff. the girls and the guy at the reception, Yosmur, Sude and Ginor, were very kind and super helpful above all one night when I was sick with high fever and they helped us finding a 24hour pharmacy and called it by phone to make sure they were open and they had the medicines I needed. The pool is nice and the restaurant by the pool, even if open only for dinner, is very very good (one of the best we have tried during our 3 weeks stay in Turkey). the room was a suite (we are a family of 4) and it was extremely spacious and well furnished with a spacious balcony looking at the sea. Last but not least, the AC worked properly. most AC in hotels are noisy and polar freezing (so you have to contiuously turn on and off), In this hotel the AC was super silent and the temperature control was working very well creating an extremely comfortable environment.

there are small things that could be improved: in the room there were pieces of plaster missing from the wall. the furnitures, above all the table in the living room, where very scratched. These are small things that could be fixed with few euros but that leave the impression of poor maintenance. and it's a pity cause the hotel overall is really really nice.

Everything the staff was absolutely amazing the two guys was on reception was so helpful and kind . Made our stay more pleasant.

Breakfast would we nicer if you did have to pay extra just to have toast bread and avocado it should all be included in price . I hardly ate only had toast and ham . Would be good if they had a English breakfast and fresh fruit cut up only one day there was watermelon which I love . I definitely think they could do better in breakfast choices.

Adnan employee was very friendly and professional. I had problems with my flight and he greeted me at the hotel with a free drink to help me unwind and also when I lost my phone and some earrings from the balcony. Very comfortable to speak to and made my stay better.

The furniture was a little outdated but it’s not really a problem since it worked fine. The breakfast sometimes didn’t have much variety but it was still delicious.

The room was spacious, clean and airy. The bathroom with walk-in shower was perfect for my mum and we were provided with all the bits and bobs like toothbrushes, toothpaste, bath sponges. Comfortable mattress. Very good breakfast with some variety every morning. Very attentive staff. Excellent spa - their massage service has a real value for money.

We had to ask for hangers for the room (and they provided them). The balcony door could not be locked in the open position, so on windy days it would just slam, making noise. There was no choice of pillows and those provided were too hard.

The staff at reception were fabulous..nothing was too much. The restaurant was very good.. food and menu spot on staff very attentive throwing in a 🪄 magician as extra. Entertainment on the weekend too. We stayed in king suite which is being renovated bed was large and comfortable when renovation to terrace And jacuzzi is complete it will be amazing.We experienced the Strawberry moon from the terrace..once in lifetime.

The smell that often came up through shower drain...this can be Problem when in Turkey

The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to make the stay comfortable. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions, yet it remains peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast, rich and varied, was a delightful way to start the day. The team has been absolutely fantastic. Adnan and Batuhan at the reception were extremely kind and helpful, and the housekeeping staff was just as great. As for the location, the hotel is perfect — close to the beach, the city center, and plenty of restaurants.

The rooms could use thicker blankets, but the bedding was good anyway. Breakfast could be served a bit later, 10:30 AM feels early when you're on holiday. A big thank you to Evren for his kindness and attentiveness during breakfast.
