Exceptional Hospitality for my Group! We were a group of 46 people, and our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and everyone felt right at home. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, offering each of us a perfect place to relax after our busy days. The hotel's location is excellent, with everything we needed close by. A big thank you to Hasan, the owner, for his incredible attentiveness and for catering to all our needs. Managing such a large group is no easy task, but he and his team made everything perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier stay. We all had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

It was just opposite to the beach

The pictures shown in booking.com were wrong, the rooms were very different & there was no value for the money I paid for that room

The location is insanely good, in front of the beach. The lobby and other common spaces are kept very well and clean. The suite was spacious and very well planned out so there are complete privacy from other suited on the same floor. The manager was very helpful and professional, there were some negative experience (mainly the utility and facility) but she fixed things and made the stay so much better. Also the top floor (6th) you need to walk up/down 1 floor from 5th. Not a big problem for us, just heads up. The suite with private whirlpool is probably one of the best choices I made for this year‘s vacation, when it‘s 40 degrees out there. It had the most amazing sea view and was so accessible to everything on the beach. The terrace is HUGE as well.

The view was great. Most of the staff working were helpful, live music was great.

Some staff were not helpful and was irritable. I paid for dinner and it was the same menu with very limited selection for the 3 days we were there and most of the items in the limited menu was not It that great. The taps makes loud noise sometimes. We were 4 people but they only provided soap and water for 2.

We reserved the deluxe suite and the balcony with the jacuzzi was amazing. The room was very well equipped (except the wasn’t any blankets) and we got coffee, tea and water every day. The location of the hotel is amazing the beach is just 2 minutes away. The pool and the the pool area is spacious it is nice to hang out there. The breakfast was nice and varied.

The room was not very clean. Although they came for “cleaning” daily it was more about changing the towels and the filling up the things than cleaning. We ended up buying Domestos with my husband because the bathroom and the toilet was very old, yellow and dirty. The floor was not mopped or vacuumed for a week. The furniture on the balcony was broken and also very dirty. Also it was a bit disappointing that we reserved the most expensive room for more than a week but haven’t got any special treatment from the staff. One night we asked the receptionist to help us to open a wine and she said we must bring it to the bar and ask it there because they can’t provide bottle opener. Or at least it would be nice to be offered a late check out when our flight was at 11pm.

I really like the variety of breakfast everyday, and the view from our room was just stunning, we loved waking up to the sunrise and the beach.

During our stay, we experienced significant noise disruptions due to a loud party taking place in the hotel. As a family with young children, this greatly impacted our ability to rest and enjoy our stay. We would appreciate better noise management in the future or the option to be accommodated in a quieter area of the hotel.

The geographical location close to a beautiful beach, The stay went very well.. a big thank you to the receptionists, the girl with blue eyes and the other with tattoos I forgot their names, always attentive, the room was clean,, the house keeping on the 3rd floor was superb. The air conditioning works perfectly. Succulent breakfast very rich in savory products. A big salute to the gentleman and girl in the breakfast service who welcomes you with a big smile.. in short, me and my sister are very satisfied with our stay

Breakfast has a variety of food, staffs were helpful. Our room was clean and nice, the place is just 5 minutes walk to the beach and you can see jelly fishes, kids loved it!. They supplied brush/paste, shaving kit, ear buds, conditioner, scrub and indoor slippers. The sea view is spectacular. It has a good sound proof room. Many restaurants along the beach. We would definitely come back again. The girl at the reception speaks good English and very helpful with our queries.

Air conditioner was not that great, it was not that cold even in the lowest setting. There was a mis-communication about the mini bar usage, they didn't mention when we checked in other than plastic bottles are chargeable. We ended up paying when we checked out
