The Staff were friendly. Hotel is really near the Beach, Supermarket is near, Restaurants too. The Room war comfy and spacious, TV is hidden behind the mirror. You become 2 Bottles of Water every day and Coffee, too. You can use Turkish-Hammam and Sauna.

The smell from the Bathroom bothered us from time to time. The Balcony was almost useless with only one chair and small table, no place for Towels or Clothes to dry. We had a room with Sea -Sideview, we were on the 1st Floor and it was not ideal. Turkish-Hammam and Sauna are free of charge, you have to pay if you want a Massage. In Turkey NOBODY speaks English!

So the hotel is absolutely well located I don't think I could have not got a better location it was 20 minutes the furthest place I needed to go right on the beach the beach was not private but it was always available to us. It's located on a Boulevard which has anything and everything you can think of you could walk for just 20 minutes and you get a whole range of services from your first minute to your last. It was absolute value for money and the breakfast was not a grand spread but perfect to start your day .the name of the hotel changed to sea and city Devran from Paco Sea and city so same name did I mention right on the beach walk 20 mins each direction for the best of Konyalti beach

The rooms are quite tiny and the hotel is quite a boutique hotel so don't expect a grand palace but nevertheless perfect 3 star value for a 3-star price. You cannot go wrong . Some staff could have been more friendly reception and house keeping were great if you are wider then 38 inches on the waist opt for a room with a larger shower 🚿

The location of the property was just 2 mins to the beach, right below the hotel is a bar, supermarket, restaurants etc. The hotel is always kept clean, the staff are very kind, helpful, informative, available 24x7 and speaks English. The view from the balcony was good enough. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel also offered clean beach towels. We were a group of 6 and we all enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews about this hotel. It's a 2 star but I would easily give it 4 stars. The people at the hotel are all simple and very friendly and helpful. from the cleaning woman to the breakfast lady to the always helpful receptionists. They don't give good service for tips, they give from the heart. Every day the room is super clean, there is always free water every day. See that they do things with the intention of wanting to do them well. We were unlucky that our air conditioning stopped working the same night they gave me another room to sleep with air conditioning. the next day they gave us a superior room and helped us carry our bags. We were super happy and when we return to Antalya it will be again at this hotel where we were so well received.

The hotel was really nicely placed close to the sea, a walk away from the old town or plenty of places for food or some shopping. The breakfast provided was plentiful and delicious. The rooms were very clean and modern with very powerful showers (big plus) The staff were also so incredibly friendly and willing to help with any and all requests speaking multiple languages.

The elevator was a little small, that's the only fault I could think of. It was truly a lovely hotel.

A location is very good for tourists. Personal was pleasant. Breakfasts were tasty. Tea, coffee, water in the room were free. And refilled everyday. The shower was good.

It was very noisy from 8.40 pm to 1.30 am from the nearest restorant. Also dogs barked regularly all night. All conversations and tv from another rooms were heard. The floor in the room was dirty. And nobody didn't clean up it 4 days.

During Our third stay in Antalya we chose this hotel because of its location and it was worth it! Clean, comfortable and very attractively priced. Very tasty and fresh breakfast included. The biggest advantage of this place is the very friendly, very helpful and polite hotel Staff. Mr. "Stefan" 😊 Top Class Man!!! We were a group of 6 friends with children and everyone was very happy with their stay. We will definitely go back there! Highly recommend!!!!

Honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed inn the staff really makes the hotel better than any other place in Antalya… I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world some really great and some not bad however I’ve never ever written reviews so believe me this is the first time I have just to say thank you for the hospitality and help to all the staff as specially (Sefa) the hotel manager the man is a credit to the exceptional hotel… so thank you Arby Sefa

The breakfast was all fresh and healthy most people would enjoy it but I’m fussy and love a greasy fry up but it’s only my opinion I would not change anything about the hotel the restaurant underneath is excellent food and staff are really great 10/10 I’ve nothing bad to say about anything it’s truly amazing

The reception staff, breakfast staff and the evening restaurant staff were very kind and helpful and with a smile all the time. There are beach restaurants that does have their private beaches and it's at an additional cost of 250 TRY or 500 TRY for VIP ones. The nicest one was Double Tree by Hilton beach and they have very nice food and the sunbeds are around 400 TKY for simple ones. A nearby restaurant Nobel that is open for dinner and they have good Turkish food and tasty calamari for who isn't a foodie person but does likes calamari. Barcelona beach on Thursdays is open for Bachata dance and it's lovely. Overall a relaxing holiday as we went there just to relax and not browse around or eat a lot.

The rooms aren't soundproof and there was a noise from outside (i.e music noise, car noise, guests outside were having breakfast/dinner and we could hear them, otherwise the hotel location was OK). The bathroom is quite small for 2 but if planning to be out most of the time then it's good. The room itself is quite small but we didn't have expectations.

Hotel location and room itself and available facilities were up to our expectations. We have also enjoyed turkish bath with scrubbing and Turkish woman who did it was amazing! Room cleaning was also good.

Coffee at breakfast was really bad, so that we couldn't drink it at all, food at breakfast was finishing really fast, while breakfast was starting at 7:30, some items would be already missing by 7:40 and kitchen staff was struggling to refill it. On arrival we were given cars for free beach towels that we supposedly could take every morning. But on some days they were not available, as I believe laundry service could have been delayed. Besides that, everything was good and and would definitely stay in this hotel again.
