The hotel is nice and clean. There is a tasty restaurant inside, so you can have lunch and/or dinner there. The hotel is located in 100 meters from a great public beach, which is by far not the most crowded that I've seen, so we were always comfortable and always had plenty of space to ourselves there. There are many restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance.

Not the best and greatest choice of food for breakfast, the coffee machine was often broken and always poured hot water instead of hot chocolate. If you turn off the A/C, you need to call the reception and ask them to turn it back on, you can't do it yourself. Both times that we ate at the restaurant, one of our ordered food was forgotten and we needed to remind them what we ordered. Some items in the room were not perfectly clean, some stains were seen. Overall I'd say it's definitely not a 4 star hotel, 3 at most.

The facilities are nice, the service was good and the food was delicious.

They offered us a tour with lunch included and they didn't give us lunch. When we complained at the reception, the person got angry because according to the guide, they didn't see us, but they wanted to charge us. Finally that day we had to eat on our own because the hotel didn't respond to us, even though they had sold us the tour there.

Location was amazing, it is really close to the beach and beach park and just a small uber ride from the centre! The property is also very beautiful and clean, the renovated rooms that are on booking are very stylish.

I loved so much, the personal was very nice, esmail also such a good man helping us extending our check out, the restaurant provides good food, and the location is just perfect for someone who doesnt want to use transportation. Thank you so much💜

Clean rooms and the guy at the reception Ismail helpt us with the reservation there was a mistake from our side with the number of persons but he handles it quickly the pool was great

Good location, close to the beach, aquarium, waterhill, 5M Migros comercial center and the ajtur park, this was very nice to be able to walk to all of these. people working there are nice and helpful, they also know english pretty good.the view from the room was nice also and the elevator was very useful.

the only minor things that i didnt liked was the wifi, because it was very slow ans rhe breakfast because is wasn’t that diversified.

Great location, 1 minute walk from the beach. Staff were very helpful, especially Ismail. The apartment we had was very spacious and was comfortable.
