Excellent location, crystal clear sea, helpful staff, very good food (big choice and well prepared, I truly enjoyed every meal), everything is well organised onsite, very clean everywhere, plenty of activities to choose of. Perfect stay for a family. Hoping to come back one day.

Quite noisy at night due to nearby discotec of other resorts, and the street next door was also quite busy. Intrusive people passing on the beach everyday suggesting to go to a clothes shop.

-Perfect location in the Kemer town wonderful sea -nice park with cats and chickens -Good quality of meal -excellent housekeeping by Akile -We had very professional massage and other spa procedures by Nedim and Seline in SPA

-It’s not 5 stars hotel : No minibar, no shampoo, hair conditioner , body lotion in the room, also in SPA, old towels in the room. Bath robes on request. No water in bottles on the beach In the restaurant - easier to take drinks by yourself , than wait a service -Kids club is open 10.00-12.30 and 15.00-17.30. very boring - no program, no outdoor activities , only mini disco 30 min. -Rooms with odd number have no view- the wall of next hotel. -Before arriving I ask three questions ( no answers on Inet site) - the answer was always the same „look Inet site“ .

Excellent facilities, and friendly staff, specially the reception desk staff are exceptional.

I would suggest and prefer to reduce the pricing level little bits. So it would be worthy.

The view from the restaurant balcony overlooking the sea and the hotel's pier is superb. Nothing better than eating freshly cooked fish while looking out to sea. The food on the whole was excellent. I stayed at other "inclusive" hotels and this was much better. Although Fore was good Hydros was very good, better on all fronts. Amera's gul beach was absolute trash. Hydros was real luxury. Entertainment was actually funny and entertaining. And, most of the facilities such as steam room and water slides were actually on and working.

Indoor heated pool wasn't working.

I Stay 8 nights on this hotel late in April 25 and was wonderful Stay. My propose was relax and see another culture than mine(portuguese). The weather was great, not too much heat but enough to get a sunburn. This hotel its between mountains and sea so the views were fenomenal. A lot of pools, very nice deck above sea, private beach, a lot of activities for every kind of guest and the Spa... Everyone of the staff was wonderful but Tony and Nüriz from Spa welcome guest are amazing. The buffet, pool bar, coffee bar and other facilities were 5 stars. WiFi works very well all hotel.

The hotel had a lovely balcony with a beautiful view. The rooms were spacious, bright, and felt very comfortable. The beds were new, and the hotel was exceptionally clean throughout our 6-day stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The nearby beaches were the best in the area – they were wide, peaceful, and uncrowded. The music volume at the hotel was just right, never intrusive or disturbing. Beach service was available and exceptionally fast, with the beach and sea both being very clean. The crowd staying at the hotel was polite and respectable, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The towels provided were clean, and the entire facility felt extremely safe. Overall, it was a fantastic stay in a well-maintained and guest-oriented environment. The food was simply delicious. Every day, we enjoyed hearty meals without any discomfort. The restaurant was spotless, offering breathtaking views. On certain days, themed dining events were organized, which added a delightful touch. The restaurant exceeded all expectations in quality and service. The animation team was outstanding, with activities and performances we eagerly looked forward to each day.

The only downside of the hotel is its à la carte restaurant. It seems to exist just for the sake of having one, without adding much value. Additionally, water is served in plastic cups instead of proper glassware, which detracts from the overall experience.

Everything about our stay was close to perfect. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time and were pleasantly surprised to be checked in immediately. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious and varied, offering something for every taste. Every two days we had thematic dinner: Mexican, Italian, Turkish, Asian and Gala Night. The hotel’s location is excellent — close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. Additional facilities were also great and contributed to an overall wonderful experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back!

The room was a bit small and slightly tired. Also, the minibar only included water, which was a bit surprising. However, these were very minor issues and didn’t affect our overall wonderful experience at the hotel.

This holliday was our first in Turkey. At first we booked a different hotel in Kemer. This hotel was not as we aspected it to be, so we went to Hydros Club to ask for a small tour. After we spoke with the manager Ali, who really gave us a good feeling about the accommodation, we booked this hotel. We had a great week at a really nice place and location. It was better than expected and really one of a kind. The food they serve is really good and the a la carte restaurant was amazing. At first we would like to special thank Ali for the good start and Mr. Bülent, for helping us to manage a late check out before departure. Also we would like to thank the front office team: Korayhan, Nargiz, Mert, Eyüp, Yunus and Emine for their great service. The hotel is right next to the beach, and also close to the mountains, so the view was spectacular! The hotel's territory was quite big too, with a lot of locations for taking nice photos. The food buffet was amazing, so many options and very delicious. The had pancakes every day we stayed! And also a spa, two swimming pools, water slides, and a pier - enough to keep you occupied for a week for sure!

The alcohol cocktails included in the all-inclusive package aren't something I would recommend drinking. The one alcoholic drink that was bearable was beer and cocktails made with it. But this is something that you expect when visiting Turkey, as alcohol usually isn't Turkey’s best-quality product. But I believe the drinks that you pay additionally for must be better, didn't try though.

Good location, lots of interesting activities - tennis/kangoo jump/archery. The sea was cold, but we were never bored. Food in the buffet was amazing and plenty of variety. We also tried a la carte, but for us regular buffet was better

SPA facilities are a bit dull and there’s no indoor pool. We were kinda hoping for the good spa as the weather was pretty cold. We needed to change the room because there were no sockets in it except for the bathroom, and also really loud disco at night.
