Second time here, and everything met our expectations! Would highly recommend to everyone.

1. Absolutely no activities or entertainment on the beach – everything takes place only near the main pool. 2. The beach area lacks proper security during lunchtime, which creates a risk of locals entering and taking unattended items from the sunbeds — for example, our swim goggles were stolen.

Excellent location, crystal clear sea, helpful staff, very good food (big choice and well prepared, I truly enjoyed every meal), everything is well organised onsite, very clean everywhere, plenty of activities to choose of. Perfect stay for a family. Hoping to come back one day.

Quite noisy at night due to nearby discotec of other resorts, and the street next door was also quite busy. Intrusive people passing on the beach everyday suggesting to go to a clothes shop.

Very clean, great beach line, absolutely clear and fantastic sea area, personnel maximally friendly and hospitable. All required is provided - restaurants, buffet, bar. Amazing pool area with regular and not annoying animation. Special regards to Animation Team - Mr. Max - you are the best Animator for Aquadancing!! Ms. Tae - you are the best Shake, Shake Coach for Aqua Aerobics!! Pool Games- marvelous challlenges full of laughter and water splashes)) Utterly arranged for entertaining evening shows! Very lovely dancing teams come regularly to perform - really adore these shows!!!! Restaurant - that's a very separate reason to love this hotel!!! Shortly to say - amazingly tasty, full abundance of food, always varying selection of food!! Great job by Catering Team of Cooks and Waiters. Our special appraise and regards to Ms. Railya Kara!! You have been providing an utmost level of service and care!! SPA section - My back was really recovered due to just three massage sessions by Mr. Jusuf!! My wife vitality was boosted by massages from Mr. Nedim. Very hospitable SPAreception desk team - Ms. Elena, Ms. Kani and other personnel - thanks for your tea and lovely chat. Unexpectedly well equipped gym! You can make real training sessions here. So, generally , we have discovered a fantastic hotel with the greatest people working there!!

1. No welcome drinks. Room's fridge on arrival - amazingly empty!! A bottle of beer + few cans of soft drinks could make a greatest welcoming gesture to new arrived. 2. Three restaurants on a territory. During our 11 days we managed to get a booking to only one of them! What if to inform on such jams right on check in ?

-Perfect location in the Kemer town wonderful sea -nice park with cats and chickens -Good quality of meal -excellent housekeeping by Akile -We had very professional massage and other spa procedures by Nedim and Seline in SPA

-It’s not 5 stars hotel : No minibar, no shampoo, hair conditioner , body lotion in the room, also in SPA, old towels in the room. Bath robes on request. No water in bottles on the beach In the restaurant - easier to take drinks by yourself , than wait a service -Kids club is open 10.00-12.30 and 15.00-17.30. very boring - no program, no outdoor activities , only mini disco 30 min. -Rooms with odd number have no view- the wall of next hotel. -Before arriving I ask three questions ( no answers on Inet site) - the answer was always the same „look Inet site“ .

Excellent facilities, and friendly staff, specially the reception desk staff are exceptional.

I would suggest and prefer to reduce the pricing level little bits. So it would be worthy.

The view from the restaurant balcony overlooking the sea and the hotel's pier is superb. Nothing better than eating freshly cooked fish while looking out to sea. The food on the whole was excellent. I stayed at other "inclusive" hotels and this was much better. Although Fore was good Hydros was very good, better on all fronts. Amera's gul beach was absolute trash. Hydros was real luxury. Entertainment was actually funny and entertaining. And, most of the facilities such as steam room and water slides were actually on and working.

Indoor heated pool wasn't working.

The only issue was the difficulty in getting a taxi when checking out — I mean the resort doesn't have a dedicated transport line to the airport

The service staff was nice, as always. Restaurant food, as usual, varied and plentiful, with options to fit any diet. Beautiful scenery, short walk to Kemer provides a welcome variety. Clear sea, balmy weather, not too crowded (relatively spacious resort area and well maintained grounds). Ideal for a week of unpretentious relaxation with kids.

Our room had a view of a parking lot, with no possibility to change (my kid taught me to make peace with it: mom, look up, do not look down :)) When we arrived, we waited until 2pm to check in, but still the room was not clean when we entered. The problem was resolved, however. Cleaning staff is very nice and helpful, but they are obviously overwhelmed.

Very beautiful hotel, amazing palms and garden, private beach few steps from swimming pools and all dining area. Drinks coffee can be taken to the beach. No problem with beach beds, which is great comparing to previous hotels that I ve stayed in. Great food, variety and amazing tastes. Room cleaned every day, fresh towel and very friendly cleaning personnel. Almost every day was a show for 1 hour after dinner: dancing, acrobatic, very professional dancers.

Animators team, disco: every day same music, DJ could be putting not only techno but just normal pop music. Coffee shop girl, not friendly: every time if I ask for coffee making a favor with no smile.

I Stay 8 nights on this hotel late in April 25 and was wonderful Stay. My propose was relax and see another culture than mine(portuguese). The weather was great, not too much heat but enough to get a sunburn. This hotel its between mountains and sea so the views were fenomenal. A lot of pools, very nice deck above sea, private beach, a lot of activities for every kind of guest and the Spa... Everyone of the staff was wonderful but Tony and Nüriz from Spa welcome guest are amazing. The buffet, pool bar, coffee bar and other facilities were 5 stars. WiFi works very well all hotel.
