The restaurant was amazing, and the food was remarkable, offering a variety of dishes all throughout the day. The hotel was in a nice area, where all local amenties were accessible. It had its own hammam and spa service, which was run by very capable and caring staff. The beach was a stone throw away, even though it was not clearly advertised. A special shout out to Velat Bagi, who went out of his way to communicate with us and help us to the best of his ability. The hotel staff at Reception were very helpful, especially the bell boy who again spoke little English, but still tried his best to communicate with us using Google Translate.

The lack of English speaking staff on the front desk made it very difficult to communicate our needs effectively. Furthermore, it was not made clear that there would be loud music every night. I don't feel it was a good place for a family holiday, looking for a peaceful place to recharge. .
