When I wanted to pay for the hotel, although I gave the US dollars that were put into circulation in 2006, the accounting department did not accept them, saying that they were old dollars. So I had to pay by credit card. What I liked most about the hotel was the staff. In particular, the attitude of Ferhat Buluc, Yahya Kendirci, Mrs. Mina in the restaurant was very nice. The hotel provides normal service for the money paid. It would be unfair to expect more from a 4-star hotel. The hotel is in the center of the city, you can go everywhere on foot. The hotel has a private beach, the sea is very clean, but the seashore and interior are made of stone, not sand. Bar Barossa was the most fun part of the hotel for me. I also liked Ilhan the bartender. He is a funny person. The hotel management should give more value to the staff. Personally, if I ever come to this hotel, I will come because of the staff.

It would be nice to increase the list of free alcoholic drinks and cocktails. It would be nice to have a shuttle service for guests to the airport.

High cleanliness standards are great to see. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. With great bar and restaurant, food was great. Beach was very clean.

Low noise isolation in rooms, very loud music until the midnight from the bar outside could disturb people which wants to rest in the room.

The staff were very nice, helpful and friendly. Specially Ozcan in reception and The best waiter I have ever seen in my life was Amerhan . He was really polite and professional in his job and helpful. I really appreciate his manner. Cleaner staffs were very good as well.

Reception staff- shocking Didn’t even tried to sort my issue ! I’ve booked comfort room with 2 separate bed but I’ve got 1 bed. When I asked receptionists to change it as I don’t want to sleep with my mum on a same bed !!! I’ve been told that they can change the room but give me economy without balcony. Then I’ve asked for compensation, as price for economy and comfort are different - they said NO and didn’t offer any other alternatives. I’ve advised that I can stay here for a night and then can you change it , the answer is NO! I’m sorry , why you don’t have the room what I’ve asked you and paid for? Why you didn’t even tried to sort it out? Why there was no other suggestions ? So as soon as we arrived the mood was ruined We’ve got 1 cover . Thanks that when we asked we’ve got 1 extra Everyday housekeeping came and took dirty towel(what I’ve put on the floor) but didn’t give clean one (first day we had 5 towels,last day 2) Floor never vacuumed and washed in the room P.S Russian speaking woman , always on her mobile phone ,never pays attention to the guests Restaurants staff ( I think that was manager in white shirt rude)

- Poor service. We were settled in a small room, but solved the problem with the reception staff. The doorman didn't leave the room until we gave him a tip. We didn`t have any small bills except 10 lire. When we gave them to him, he laughed and asked again. It`s offensive - Cleaning was every day at 3-4 pm, it was very inconvenient. - Loud discos until 12 a.m.

The meals are good, especially liked the vegetable meal choices and staff is very helpful. Though the hotel was full, there was no problem.

There is very loud music everyday between 9 pm. until midnight. If you like it quiet, this is not the right place.
