We arrived a little bit late than we had mentioned. It was so nice that they checked us, and ask if everything OK. I feel myself being cared. The customer service is really well-trained. Thank you so much for your lovely response to all my maybe boring, silly questions. The hotel has a pool and it is so clean. Not sure if we are in their lucky term, but most of the guests are from UK and Europe. We went dinner together with our new friends. I was so pleased on the environment. The staff has a quality service. They are not chasing always for other drinks while you are enjoying nice weather in the beautiful hotel garden, (which could probably make me cross) but they are just there when you need them. I feel so comfortable. I do highly recommend this hotel. If quality and cleaning are your mandatories, you are in the right hands guys. Kemer Royal Hotel is the best option for you.

It was quite nice experience. One of the best budget hotel in Kemer. The location is amazing but better than this, you always can find a smiley face around you. Love the staff. They were beyond being helpful. Love the spotless clean room. Staff gave me so many tricks about the environment. I discovered amazing natural habitats. My partner and the hotel owner are now friends. it is our one and only address in Turkey from now on. If you think cared, it is the best address.

The location and overall experience was very good. Since the hotel is not too big you can have the whole pool to yourself like a private pool. The staff is really kind and cooperative. They were really running around us and did everything possible.

Unfortunately during our stay there was a small renovation taking place. It was a bit loud and the garden was not decorated with furniture because of construction. But that should not be a problem for future guests because the renovation was expected to finish in two days.

From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, paying close attention to every detail. Check-in was quick and easy. The location was perfect, too — close to all the main attractions! We felt truly pampered and valued throughout our stay. This hotel sets the standard for hospitality, and we will be returning. Highly recommended!

Accommodation is nice and clean, coffe is cheap. Staff is smiling and kind.

PLEASE Remove option for free airport shuttle DURING booking of the hotel, becuase it isn't free (40 eur for 2 persons). To give them credit hotel staff DID arrange free return transfer (from hotel to Antalya airport).

It is as its photo. The staff were friendly, the room was spotless clean. The location is just in the hearth of Kemer. Totally matching with my expections. Thank you so much.

The swimmingpool was so clean and the enviroment was silent. There were couples and families. I do feel myself comfortable.
