The family and all staff here are wonderful. They made our stay with their big smiles, and friendliness. The Pool is lovely, air conditioning very good. Location is perfect, we really couldn't fault our stay here. The breakfast was amazing, fresh watermelon and omelette cooked to order. great location, a tidy and big apartment with a small balcony (with a clothes-drying rack). there was a kitchen with utensils and a small fridge with a freezer. breakfasts were definitely a highlight of the trip - the cooks were so helpful and friendly, the food was incredible. the administrator was very helpful as well and suggested great tours to nearby attractions, which we enjoyed a lot. overall, we were satisfied with the accommodation

some minor issues such as a loose outlet in the kitchen, loose towel holders in the bathroom (which broke on the first day, but were fixed later), no soap holder on top of the sink and no dishwasher detergent (we bought one and used 5% of it max. is it so difficult to provide one to the guests, especially when all the other kitchen utensils are already there?)

City center, comfortable room, good sound insulation, air conditioner, friendly staff, very nice public place, clean pool, shopping street to the sea, Good breakfast. I recommend.

Only one stove ring in apt. Bring cash with you as it's how they take payment. I can understand this as the bank I have heard takes nearly 20% fees. Welcome to Turkey. You can be charged nearly 10% in most ATMs for withdrawals. There are some like PTT and Halkbank that don't take fees but sometimes only give a limited amount of cash.

I had a wonderful stay at Melissa Moment Apart. The hotel is located in the center of Kemer, literally 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the nearby hills. The host was very friendly and helpful and the rooms tidy. We were offered free coffee and tea, which is also nice.

The water could have been warmer on some of the days.

We had a feeling like we stayed at the place of our friends. The atmosphere is very positive and staff is super friendly. Our son loved the small swimming pool. The attitude was like to best friends or family members. Tasty breakfasts and unlimited tea or coffee during the day. All our requests were resolved almost imidiately. Thank you very much! It was one of the best vacations we had.

Location was excellent, room spacious and comfortable, staff couldn't do enough for you. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Lovely pool with good quality furniture and very big umbrellas. Very nice bathroom and excellent shower pressure

Kitchen facilities could do with a little updating but still functional.

It was very clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. Few minutes walk from the center and 15 min from the beach. The owner Hakan was very helpful and always available to assist. I want to thank all staff of this nice apartment house for their constant support. We would definitely come back next year.

It was a wonderful stay, the facility is beautiful with a spacious pool and restaurant. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. The staff is very friendly, the food is very tasty. Absolutely positive experience, I would come again and recommend it to everyone.
