Very nice place, spacious rooms (we lived on ground floor), cozy, all facilities were ok. Clean bed sheets and towels. Personnel were very polite and helpful, with attention to any request from us. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful garden, it was a pleasure to go around the territory in shade or have breakfast under the trees. Breakfast was the same every day (and very good) with various cheese, vegetables, fruits, eggs, and homemade jam. And of course we very much liked the pool, all families had a lot of fun there every day, and personnel were very hardworking to keep it clean and comfortable every day. We want to come back here soon and will recommend the place to friends.

Very good location A lot of vegetation

As we arrived to the first of our 6 nights, we were welcomed by who we assumed is the owner of the place. He didn't check our passports, just proceeded to tell someone else, who didn't speak English nor turkish, to show us the room. We weren't informed of the breakfast times, wifi (very much needed for travelers in Turkey) or the room service/cleaning. The room (ground floor) was sad to look at and dirty, especially the bathroom, where we couldn't find any soap/shampoo. The shower kept switching from either hot or cold, irrelevant where the dial was placed. The next morning we asked for the room we booked (upper floor with balcony), and also mentioned the problem with the shower, but it looks like the whole place has that issue as the second room was the same. The second room was as bad as the first one, if not worse, as it wasn't cleaned at all and the shower was clogged. We also found an used bar of soap that matched the grime of the shower floor (see pictures). In the 6 nights that we spent there, we were never provided with clean towels or cleaning of the room. Also be prepared for constant electricity shut downs (which doesn't run while you aren't in the room, so the fridge/chargers/etc won't work). The breakfast was revolting, instant coffe from a common jar, stale bread (not even a toaster available), funky cheeses and milk, and boiled eggs hard enough to be used as weapons. Towards the end of our stay the hot water machine for the instant coffee got tinted with tea, so you could have the most disgusting beverage possible. The pool was always being cleaned by the robot, we tried it though, but be careful if you come with children. The staff was alright, but the "boss" was always around drinking raki (turkish liquor, 45%, not exactly a beer) and having naps while everybody else was working. Although he had the ability to disappear whenever he was needed.
