Thank you to the hotel. We appreciated attention and quick responses to all our requests and comments. The food in the main restaurant was fantastic - compliments to the chef. The grounds of the hotel are exquisite - so green and beautiful air. Fast cleaning of the rooms always.

When we arrived it was just few days after the opening of the season, only one restaurant was open and we found that small restaurant and its facilities to keep food hot were not enough so we were a bit disappointed and commented to the manager Ulya when she approached us. Saying all that - all our moments were implemented next 2 days, so we were very happy with the service and the rest of our holiday. Other small thing to be aware - it is an older resort, so some things are not brand new, but overall have a good vibe of very nice family place.

The hotel territory is really nice and green, the food at the restaurant was good, lots of fresh and diverse dishes. The staff is very helpful too - they are friendly and always ready to assist. Special thanks to the guest relation team!

Some parts of the hotel/interior details of the room could use some renovation. Nevertheless, everything was clean and you can see that part of the communal area has been recently renovated.

The whole vibe of the hotel is amazing, feels like you're in a jungle, the staff is very friendly, food is really nice, although we expected more seafood, the selection was really good. The hotel itself is really beautiful.

One huge drawback - if you're not used to animal behavior there might be some cultural shock as there is an insane amount of russians. Staff addresses people in russian assuming they are them and this is not a good look for the hotel if we speak of reputation. A real turn off for the civilized world.

Overall a great hotel. The stuff was friendly, the food was good, the beach was excellent. The property itself is beautiful, large pine trees, very serene.

The room cleaning was ridiciously bad, sometime the room wasn't cleaned for days. The hotel is pretty old, needs urgent renovation for sure. Horrible smell of sewage in bathroom. The biggest problem was: if you don't smoke -- this hotel will be your personal nightmare. Smoking is allowed everywhere, EVEN in the children's pool! Which is absolutely horrible, but the stuff doesn't care at all.

I loved that there was Sport's Academy there, with the BEST INSTRUCTORS: Victoria, Dariia, Elena and their very good Manager. If You want to upgrade your holidays into the active ones, then Do their classess- they are all super professional and fantastic to relax, learn new moves or stay fit🥰 This should be broadcasted, as all the active people would go there. The area is like a Gorgeous jungle and beautifully maintained. Well done, Gardeners BlueWorld diving is a place to go! Great instructors with the best approach and sense of humour:) Reception staff is Top. Lots of activities for absolutely Everyone. Staff is so lovely and accommodating. Food is Great and I loved the various choice.. Will be back 100%.

We came to celebrate our anniversary and we communicated this with the hotel via booking.com they wrote back to us saying they would do their best ....... We got to the hotel at half 9/10 they checked us in super fast drinks were available at the lobby food was even available for a late dinner from 11pm onwards which was perfect as we had a toddler with us. We met with Ulya and Volkan both guest relations managers who looked after us from start to finish, we enquired about where to go shopping Volkan told us how to get to the old town bazaar via taxi or bus. Ulya kept checking in on us and ensuring our stay was pleasant, we were met with drinks and a fruit basket when we arrived at our room which was very spacious and clean. The hotel itself is soooo beautiful nothing like the others we have been to in Antalya it's surrounded by trees and greenery the views are breathtaking we are so sad to be leaving and are already planning our next trip here.plenty for the kids to do and nothing is too much for them.

From the moment we arrived felt very welcome and taken care of. The hotel is in a beautiful place, all around trees and flowers, and everything is clean. All services were great, our waiters always remembered what we liked to drink and always kept our tables clean. In the Spa, we tried Tai massage which was really good, would love to come back there! Highly recommend it! Guest Relations not just help, answered questions but also made my two-year-old son very happy with them attention. Little ones have a lot of things to do there. Every evening DJ played great music at the beach club. Same as life music and other events was really nice! Animators did the great job too, there were plenty of activities to do, even at the day time. We enjoyed dinner at Casa Mexicana and Stake house food was really worth our attention! Honestly 10/10, we needed even from 8 days of vacation to extend to 11 days, how nice it was and we did really recover of our life routines. Thank you to the team for a great job!

Perfect location,very nice environment,very kind stuff,good foods,lot of entertaining program,so you can not be bored!

When we got to our room on the first day the purity wasn't 100%.The stuff cleaned up the room every day,so after that everything was fine.

We loved how green the location is, exactly like on pictures, you can choose to sit on one of the lawns or under trees or in one of the chill areas, all with plenty of shade! We didn’t have any issue with finding free spot on the beach either (though late May, out of season I guess?). The place is perfect for families with small kids which are plenty there, it’s easy to move the stroller around the hotel. Not too loud for early baby nights (we stayed in building 10 which is a bit further from the center). Baby seats always available at the restaurant; clean. The food was typical for the region, more for the meat-eaters, we did not get bored in 10 days! Especially during Turkish days which are every Monday. Fresh pastry at the breakfast was amazing. However you won’t find too much sea food or exotic fruits there (which was not critical for us but would be nice to have a better variety of both providing you are on the sea side). Turkish coffee and ice cream in the stand alone caffe was a nice touch. Our parents enjoyed the evening shows. Finally, the sea was superb, super clean and warm for the season. Though mind it’s pebbles at the entrance. They have sand by the beach beds. We used spa for massages and it’s on a very good quality, enjoyed a lot!

The rooms are spacious but require refreshment, everything was well-maintained and working just need to be newer, including small pieces like kettle etc. The swimming pools were cold even kids ones, we preferred sea! Also would be nice to have Turkish coffee at the main restaurant too, the coffee from machines was not great (or newer machines). We were not much for the alcohol, but there were only 2 wines available (red and white), one beer (no alcohol-free option, which I’m sure many families with small kids like us would appreciate). I would also expect the Mexican restaurant to serve margaritas! Our room didn’t have bath robes but we were advised you need to ask for ones if you need.

This is our 3rd time here with friends and family. We will be back for a 4th time. Even though there are more luxurious resorts or better coves for swimming, I don't think you can beat the all around price-performance ratio: First, the landscape is more lush than pretty much anywhere else around. It has a tropical feel, just walking around will make you happy. If you decide to swim, the mountains provide a great view, especially in the morning light. The food is plenty and consistently good. I don't mean that everything is good, but every meal there are several dishes that are excellent. When the hotel is full, the dining area feels crowded, but at other times there is plenty space to spread out to. Last but not least, ever since our first visit, the staff has been tremendous. I would like to specifically mention Ayten Hanım at the front desk, who always helps us with our complicated room arrangements, and Karanfil Hanım from the wait staff. Also the spa and kindergarden staff is lovely. It's a great place for kids in general. Note: We always come in late May, early June. Late September would be an even better time. Lower prices, less crowds, better weather, less bugs, and the sea is warm enough. I have not experienced high season here.

I'm a light sleeper so my complaints are noise related. The room doors are too loud. There is no way to leave or enter the room without waking up people. A much easier fix is for the chairs on the balconies: They definitely need furniture pads. Also, water sports boats sometimes play loud music that echoes in the whole bay. Nobody needs techno on the beach in the morning. This is not that kinda crowd anyway. The beach area should be calm. Ban the boat music.
