Location was great, nice hotel area, good yoga, tennis court, good pools, beautiful beach. Good facilities, great staff, always helping and smiling.

It would be nice to mark more food options, we are vegetarians, and only couple of dishes were marked, otherwise we had to find the restaurant staff and ask in person.

The room was clean and comfortable, just right for our stay. The hotel’s location was excellent -easy to get around- and the sea view was lovely.

The service at reception felt quite unprofessional, and the staff didn’t engage with guests in a welcoming way. Unfortunately, the food didn’t reflect the quality of Turkish cuisine -there was a good variety, but it lacked flavour. It was also quite clear that low-quality ingredients were used in the kitchen. Snack times were oddly scheduled, and the snacks themselves were very disappointing.

A lot of russians, I felt unsafe. Stuff don’t even know numbers in English, asked me repeat my room number in russian which I don't speak

Сlean bed linen and towels, good sea view (if living on 4-5 floor) and some mountains around, clear sea.

1. Rooms are looking like they haven't been changed for 15 years - old furniture with with chipped corners (probably from the attempts of opening beer or soda), poor lights, horrible marks from trying to mend seams or fix something that was broken. 2. Lights in the bathroom are BAD + they have a tinted mirror for some reason that is not reflecting this poor light. The shower head and taps are "tired" and loose in some places. The staff is not cleaning all the corners (web) and there are stains on mirrors and walls. 3. Couple of days there was SALT water coming from the taps and during these days you had to take salt shower, drink salt water (coffee, tea) and eat salt food (because everything is washed with the same salt water). 4. During my first day I've got a food poisoning frome something during the dinner. The other days, well, I've shitted a lot since the the sanitary conditions are not very good, I guess. Only freshly cooked food is somewhat safe to eat (something that was fried or made in the owen). 5. If something bad will happen to your health (like food poisoning or falling on slipping floor) and you will need an urgent healthcare service, then - you're better consider yourself dead. Local "nurse" will first check your insurance (30-40 minutes) and only if it's good to go she will call the doctor (taht will take 30-40 minutes to reach the hotel). So you 100% need to have medicines with you at least to stay alive. 6. Beach side has sand and overall in the normal condition but the staff is not cleaning it wery well so sometimes you can see used diapers, cigarettes, etc. 7. This hotel is not for the calm rest - loud music will follow you everywhere you go. And from 21:00 to 01:00 it will be loud and won't let you sleep at all (even with the earplugs).
