Exterior and interior. Remote from noisy streets, quiet neighbors. A/C in every room. Host is a very generous man that can help you with any questions. There is an agreement with the owners of Kailani beach & restaurant, that gusts can have free sunbeds and umbrellas at the beach.

Quite remote from the sea. 20 minutes by foot under the sun - can be exhausting. The overall look of the village tekirova - unpleasant. Many unfinished buildings. Some rubbish on the streets. And the main drawback of the apartment: despite the fact it was designed to accommodate 4 person (2 bedroom, : beds) it was not possible to have lunch for 4 person at a time. There just no big table, nor 4 chairs.

The kitchen, the washer and rack, the location.

The unit should come with a sofa bed, but we didn't manage to make it as a bed. There's no additional pillows or duvet given for the sofa bed too. Usually the host will demonstrate some functions in the apartment, but this doesn't. We also only knew that the sliding doors have motorized roller shutters on the morning we were about to check out.

Great apartment. Nice garden. Very clean. Good interior design. There were even some non-white light LEDs. The facilities were good. In the bathroom everything was still shiny.

There was no one there upon arrival. We waited around 5 minutes after contacting the place. Unexpectedly we had to pay in cash, we hadn't prepared for this and had to walk to town to draw some cash.

Very very good value for money. The rooms are very spacious and have everything you would need (including a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine). We were kindly upgraded too due to them not being fully booked. There are plenty of places to eat and supermarkets around close by too.

Nice clean appartment, containig everything you need in pleasant surroundings with very friendly staff. The garden an patio were fantastic.

Sadly we ended up in a basement appartment which had a terrace with a skylight in lieu of a balcony. The communal patio kind of made up for this.

The unit was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and with everything we needed. The gardens the the balconies overlook were very well kept and the apartments are walking distance to numerous supermarkets and shops. This is a great choice for a rest day if walking the alternate route on the Lycian Way.

Great place for a quiet holiday. Freshly renovated, all amenities in the room, including for a long stay. The hospitality of the hosts is at its best. Thank you for the comfort and cleanliness in the rooms and on the territory!

The room was clean and comfortable, also the garden was nice.

Our room was in the basement so we had no view on the garden because it was on top of us.

Very nice place, friendly and helpful host. Clean place with everything you need. Children loved playing with cats that came to visit us there. Orange trees nearby, hiking paths and beach in walking distance.

It had all the required facilities and was clean. We had a free parking just behind the property. There are good supermarkets just 5 mins walk from the property.
