It is a rare case when the pictures of the hotel correspond with reality, you would not be disappointed. Yusuf and other members of the stuff are very helpful and friendly. I booked the hotel last minute and came to Antalya unprepared, but they helped me immediately over the messenger and ordered me a transfer cheaper than in the airport. There is a supermarket Carrefour next door (it has even vegan options) and you can cook some simple dishes in the room. It is much cheaper than in cafes and better than in all-inclusive options where you have to queue.

The wi-fi doesn't work in the rooms on the last floor. So if you need to work, make sure you don't live there. But if you don't need internet, the room is very nice and is more isolated from others. On the ground floor the connection is good, but however, the hot water didn't work well, it took couple of minutes to warm up.

The hotel is just renovated. Very clean and nice. The kitchenette is well equipped, there are enough dishes for 4 and the wardrobes are spacious too. We booked a Suite and it's even better than it looks in the photos. The staff are hospitable and were responsive to our needs. I'm a light sleeper but slept well-the street in quiet, no noise from the bars, the rooms are soundproof. You can hear those in the pool, though. Shops, beach, centre-everything is in walking distance. Good value for money. Highly recommended. We will definitely come again.

The toilette is close to the shower, which might be unconfortable for big people. No shower gel or shampoo but it was promptly provided upon request.

A Cozy Family Hotel We arrived earlier than the scheduled check-in time and were pleasantly surprised to be given a room right away. The hotel features a swimming pool and a restaurant, both of which added to the comfort of our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, addressing all our concerns quickly and efficiently. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard, and each day the bed was beautifully decorated with different towel art — something we've never experienced to this extent in over ten years of vacationing in Turkey. A big thank you to the housekeeping team! The restaurant cuisine was excellent — every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The hotel also offers reliable, high-speed internet. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! 😊

Great location and great rooms and great prices. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff....... they're available all hours of the day and night.

We had an excellent stay! The welcome was warm and professional (the receptionists team were so helpful and warm), and the rooms have been recently renovated, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed. The pool area was never crowded, and while the pool temperature was cooler than usual, I actually enjoyed it—though some might prefer it a bit warmer. A special thanks to the receptionist who went out of their way to assist me with phone calls after my flight was canceled. The internet speed was fast, which was a huge plus. We stayed in the rooms below pool level and found them comfortable and enjoyable. I’m not sure why others had negative opinions about these rooms. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of everything, including the harbor, where you can catch daily boat tours without waiting for transportation. A heads-up: it’s better to avoid buying clothes and perfumes from local shops, as prices can be quite high. For groceries, nearby supermarkets like A101, Migros, Şok, and BIM offer better prices, and there’s also a Carrefour very close by. All in all, a great experience!

There were a few areas that could be improved. The water in the shower didn’t drain well, which was a bit inconvenient. The walls could use better soundproofing, as we could hear noises from neighboring rooms, including private sounds. The house-keeping staff didn’t seem very professional in their communication, and their attention to cleaning was inconsistent. Towels, sheets, and floor mopping weren’t done daily, sometimes going 2-3 days without being refreshed. One suggestion would be to offer complimentary tea in the cafeteria. They have a lovely space, and providing free drinks for hotel guests would attract more people and keep the atmosphere lively.

I spent with my husband a fantastic week in the Hostel: firstly, we want to say THANK YOU: words cannot express our gratitude. We really needed to rest and relax and the hostel's staff made it possible in every aspect. The host is a fantastic guy (with a cute dog :) ) who is very helpful. For every our request he was founding solution immediately. The staff had exatly the same approach: very polite and always happy to find a solution (sometimes very creative one :) ) for a client. This is a great option for people looking for a quiet, nice place but in the city center. The hotel itself is very clean as well as the swimming pool. For sure we are planning to go back there. Orange Gardens was a perfect hotel for us, Everything was perfect Spotless clean rooms with everything we needed for our stay , clean pool. the restaurant was very well accommodated and relaxing when having breakfast or a drink. The location of the hotel was perfect right in the centre of all shops/ restaurants and the beach. All the staff we came across was very friendly and helpful especially the owner Yusuf Bey who was also very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return back to this little gem in Kemer Thank you for a wonderful stay.

There really isn’t much to say about the property, Maybe some complimentary toiletries and more cutlery in the cupboards Also more sockets which we only had one near the bed and one which was for the kettle. But these are minor things as we managed well throughout our stay.

Staff was very helpful. We reported 2 problems (safe not working and a problem with the shower) and they fixed one immediately and the other one as soon as the bayram ended and they could get the replacement part. Air conditioning worked well and the fridge was useful.

Proactive maintenance would be good, even if they quickly fix reported problems, as it gives a bad first impression. Also we had to ask for toiletries and to fill the empty soap dispenser, and for some reason we got slippers and bathrobes only on the third day (without asking). The overhead shower is also low and at 183cm/6ft I need to bend a bit to get under it.
