The location was very good, staff was incredibly kind and friendly, food spread was good in all days. All the other offerings were good too. Beach and pool are definitely a plus point. Concept of all-inclusive works.

The facilities in the room were still an area of improvement. Our AC cooling was not good; despite complaining about it and in the heat of August, it was a considerable issue. We had two rooms side by side and one room had this problem. Some other paid facilities like some game room activities and some water sports (not all) could've been part of all-inclusive.

This place is family heaven. The pools and facilities was great. Loved that the main kids' area is slightly separate from the main area. You can hop between pools, beach and restaurants at this facility. Staff were super friendly and helpful at all times. Most amazing food spread during mealtimes; we enjoyed the top-quality food very much!There literally is something for everybody, everything always fresh and tasty. We chose this hotel as we have a 12-year-old, and she had a blast!!!!

Rooms were comfortable, but very basic. Found the bathroom very small.

Very far from city center, it cost 120€ to go to Bodrum and come back. Rooms are okay but not fully sound isolated windows and furniture is very old They charge me 90€ for airport shuttle while there was no AC on the car for 1 hour trip from airport to resort while I talk to the receptionist and gust relation and they confirm to look into it but nothing happen

The scenery from the hotel was very nice

During our entire stay, we were only once lucky to get sun beds on the pool. Guests book the sunbeds from very early morning and many sun beds are just kept booked all day by towels whilst the people don’t show up. The water park closes from 1200 to 1500 hrs, but they never clean the stairs leading to the slides… The public toilets around floors B6 and B7 needs to be more regularly cleaned and freshened up.

The multiple activities for kids in the hotel and having multiple pools, the different food outlets in the hotel and all day entertainment options for all the family

The cleanliness of the room was way below 5 stars standard and some of the common area toilets and changing rooms needed maintenance. Also, there is only one transportation company who are not professional and do not offer 5 stars service. I also expected to find a coffee machine in the room being a 5 stars hotel.

Good food and drinks included. Pool and ocean setup is amazing. Nice gym.

Far away from the airport, worth the drive though.

the most beautiful location , lots to do , kids loved it , night entertainment was excellent, food was fantastic, staff were amazing.

not enough sun beds for everyone, people were putting towels down at night to reserve sun beds , this should not be aloud !!!

The rooms need renovation and look old No accessories(toothbrush soap Cotton pieces. ) Only once given when we requested Although I sit in suit nothing there for the bathroom not replaced everyday
