We’ve just returned from a wonderful 16-day stay at the Khai Hotel with our four-year-old twin girls and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the food is truly delicious, with breakfast being a particular highlight. Every member of the team treated us with genuine warmth and kindness, creating a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere throughout our stay. A heartfelt thank you to Firdevs, Batuhan, and Ramazan, whose exceptional hospitality made our holiday even more memorable. Our girls loved playing with them. We very much hope to return in the near future.

This is the most amazing hotel! The beach setting is beautiful, with fully serviced sun lounges on the hotel's own section of beach. Ortakent is a lovely, clean beach away from the crazy and crowded Bodrum town. The food at the hotel is some of the best we have ever had, especially the breakfast, kids' offerings, and vegetarian options. There are heaps of water front dining options within walking distance, but we ended up eating at the hotel every night as it was so good! The service is impeccable - attentive, friendly and catering well to our kids too. The swimming pool is great and a lovely spot to meet other guests. The amenities, service level, food, styling and communal spaces are comparable to a luxury resort, but with the exclusivity of a boutique hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but the shower itself is big with great water pressure and a huge shower head.

Excellent location. Comfortable room. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a traditional Turkish breakfast with your choice of style of eggs (pancakes are extra), bread, cheeses, olives, cucumbers and various spreads. The hotel directly off the beach and beach promenade with easy access to many restaurants. The hotel has a beautiful pool that is used mostly by families with children.

Warm and helpful personal, satisfying and delicious breakfast, good location and great sea! You can find a good bar and restaurant in the hotel but you can also discover the places nearby, as the hotel is located in an active and good location:) Hotel is new and has a very good interior design. Our room could be a bit bigger but it was functional and very clean. We enjoyed our time here and it was pretty comfortable with a little baby. I’d definitely recommend Khai to people looking for a chill and comfortable summer vacation :)

I booked a suite, it was perfect, the rooms is clean and new furnished, the air conditioner is very good and cold (cool) which is good at the summer , the staff very helpful, the restaurant delicious, the beach amazing and located in front the hotel . Swimming pool area was cozy and very nice. Breakfast is perfect. Merve and Onur at the reception are very kind and helpful. Highly recommend. Absolutely i will come again.

Fabulous hotel! Very cozy, not too crowded, excellent rooms, super clean and predominantly occupied by locals. Breakfasts are awesome, and beach is just 20-30 meters from your room. Definitely recommended! The city is just 20 min drive and the taxi is very affordable.

Staff of the hotel is super helpful and very nice generally. One things that wasn't very handy is that there were just a few people who spoke English, particularly in the dinning area. So at times we had to wait a bit extra just to get something until an English-speaking waitress would approach us. Otherwise – everything was perfect.

the place is beautiful and so nice designed, I really love it , the restaurant is nice and the meals well done, the breakfast is really good and you can take it in front of the beach, you can give them your car so they can park it no charge added… we really enjoyed our time there …the bathroom is really small (beautiful, clean, all good but be aware of it if you are tall) in our case it work perfect

The staff was incredible. We were so late for our check-in and we needed to check-out very early in the morning. Because of this normally we weren't able to have our breakfast but they prepared sandwiches for us! Such a nice help really. Also in the night we were so hungry and wanted to eat something and actually the kitchen was closed but they still gave food for us! It couldn't be better after a long day. Definitely 5 stars! I wish we stayed more! We will definitely go back here to stay longer! Thank you so much to everyone! Such nice people!

The staff was super friendly and kind; exceptional service for sure! Everything we tried from their lunch and dinner menu exceeded our expectations. I recommend you visit for a nice dinner even if you plan to stay around and have a great evening.

No pier. They said it has been removed by the municipality. The bathroom was super small and almost inconvenient, unfortunately. There was also a weird smell in the bathroom.

Great hotel, great staff! Clean and modern rooms. Great breakfast. Sea is very nice. Recommend the restaurant in the evening. It is amazing.

They only should put less sun lounger at the beach. They are too close to eachother. The towels need to be renewed.
