This was a very memorable trip. Staff are very warm and welcoming. I cant help but notice how good looking all the staff were, as if they are ready to take acting job and working as a side job. It had a private beach as expected which we were using most of the time. Food, beverage were amazing. Some nights, there was a traditional folklore Turkish dance in the yard, super entertaining. Very happy with this trip and mostly because of the choice of this particular hotel.

It is not hotel's fault, but wifi was working only in the lobby and not in the rooms, which is uncomfortable. Sometimes the cleaning lady was overwhelmed and the room was not cleaned, but we asked her and she very quickly took care of it.

Great location and super friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere and place to spend a few days. Shot our to Umut for being a great host and show me around the city 👍

i wish it has gym, even a couple of benches and some dumbbells would have been amazing. The WiFi could be faster too, but if you Re on holidays it’s fine

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff is exceptionally nice, friendly and responsive. Especially Sehar went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is great. The breakfast and the other meals were good. Plenty of options to choose from. Hotel has a small private beach which is great to hang out in the evening and to go swimming during the day. The hotel is clean but a bit outdated and the rooms need updating for sure. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend the hotel.

The only thing I did not like were the bathrooms. Even though they are clean they need some serious renovation. We booked the spa for a turkish bath and a massage which was a total disappointment and a waste of money.

Wonderful location, very family friendly. The pool and the private beach were perfect. Also, the meals provided by the hotel were all delicious and had a good variety, better than some of the more expensive on inclusive resorts we have stayed at elsewhere in Turkey. There was convenient parking near the hotel for a very affordable rate.  The hotel staff were very friendly and helped us arrange two excursions from the hotel, both of which were very enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for us! 

This place is truly beautiful - the facility is located at a private beach in the beautiful bay of Bodrum - Bitez. The view is amazing, the sea being so clean we could swim with the fishes. Our room was nice, clean and spacious. The hotel restaurant was just wonderful - it served delicious turkish food with a great variety each day - Also we, being (mainly) vegetarians came to our taste. However - what makes this place so unique is the wonderful staff - they were highly professional, kind and attentive and did their best to make us feel comfortable. They were also fond of children - as a matter of fact : our little 4-year- old simply didn't want to leave :-) All-in-all: Costa Bitezhan is a wonderful place - it definitely deserves more than 10 stars! We would love to come back in a heartbeat!

The reception team was very helpful. Nurullah has been very welcoming always with a smile on his face. His manager helped us get a day trip to the Orak island which was very good.

We got their best room with pool and sea view but reality is that the room has an old furnishing and decoration and an a queen size bed (not very confortable) + another single bed that we didn’t need. The buffet for the breakfast was not good. We did not try lunch or dinner at the hotel.

We had the best stay at Costa Bitezhan! The staff is absolutely amazing! They were all super nice, treated us like family and helped with any questions or requests we had. We had a complicated check in with family coming from different places at different times, in different rooms and the staff were super accommodating, they did such a great job. The hotel is very cute and cozy, Mediterranean architecture style, lots of flowers and greenery. It’s almost right on the beach with a great boardwalk to walk along and check out the different restaurants along the beach. The beach is very clean and water is warm since it’s shallow, beach chairs are set out for hotel guests, beach towels free if you book on booking, it was never too crowded. The food was really good, similar every day, but very hearty, Mediterranean style, no complaints. The drinks were excellent, especially considering they’re usually terrible at all-inclusives. Deniz and the other bartenders were awesome. We loved the gazebos they set up and the belly dancer that entertained one of the nights, every night there was Turkish music and dancing till about 11, after that it was very quiet. We had such a great experience, highly recommend!

It’s very family oriented, there were many kids there, maybe since the beach is shallow for like a quarter mile out so it’s perfect for kids. The walls are thin so you can hear pretty much everything. The sea-view rooms are on top of breakfast so we were woken up by breakfast preparations around 6:45 or kids eating around 8:30. The economy rooms are facing the morning prayer call so they were woken up at 5:45 most mornings. A couple times they didn’t clean our rooms, but we just asked the front desk and they did it for us.

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days. It lacks renovation and the food is not good. However, the staff are extraordinary. Two people at reception made a big impression on me: —> Sude who is a very professional girl, caring and likes to help a lot. She's the only person in the hotel who speaks English very well. I really appreciated her attitude and professionalism, and I hope to see her again at this hotel. —>yussof who is also very professional. He has done us a lot of very efficient services, he's so respectful and very caring, I hope to find him in this hotel too! thank you very much Sude and Youssouf!

The most amazing thing is the staff ( Ferhat , Melek and Nurallah ) and the special team ( Sema and batuhan ) also the girl on a bar ( Dujla ) she always did a magic drink to me they are all friendly guys and helping us whenever we need if u go there .. dont forget to eat their breakfast with tea on the pools Really thank u all guys

At first I was not sure to book because of the bad comments. We travel a lot with my boyfriend and I am very picky actually. Hotel is old but it's not bad at all. They clean every day and also they are very hygienic while cleaning and also cooking. Best part of the hotel is it's being all inclusive. For this concept it's one of the cheapest hotels in Bodrum. Bitez is really calm and it's beautiful to walk around and have dinner. There are a lot of places you can enjoy your dinner around hotel. However hotel's food is good so it's not very necessary. Staff was always helpful to us. Thanks to them!
