The property was so beautiful. It was clear that it was new (maybe 2 years old). It’s better than the pictures! It had everything we needed (like a 5 star hotel). There was a nearby beach that we walked to. There was also a horse riding activity that we found nearby on google maps and made a reservation for. Overall, it was good!

The rooms were smaller than anticipated but it was no problem.

Its location is very nice 500 meters to Bitez beach and one can find food, entertainment, water sports everything there. Secondly, it’s pool … Very nice. It’s really good for families or couples to stay. One can have a real good experience, sitting in the room’s terrace and the couples can have drinks or whatever they want with a beautiful view of pool. Staff tried their best to accommodate. It’s a real value for money. As it was in pictures in reality it was like that.

Their policy of cleaning. One has to pay extra to get their apartments clean. We thought that they are full service apartment. Secondly, front desk is only available till 10:00 PM. Third if you do not have the car with you it will be difficult for you to roam around Bodrum. So in any case you need to call a cab.

Helis Suites was a luxury getaway for those looking for more space and privacy than a hotel. The decor is done to a high standard, the suites are attended to by the cleaning team daily and the staff are super helpful. As a family with a small child this was perfect for us. We had the privacy and the facilities, plus breakfast was delicious. It was very very quiet so we were often the only ones at the pool, so we felt like it was a real treat. Would absolutely recommend to those looking for a relaxing holiday.

Sadly the kitchen wasn’t open past breakfast due to the limited people staying in the complex. The food looked delicious, but breakfast was good all the same. The pancakes especially were deliciously fluffy.

This hotel is in an excellent location, just steps away from the bus stop and a short 5-minute walk to Bitez Beach. The apartment facilities were fantastic, featuring a washing machine and a well-designed built-in kitchen, allowing us to prepare meals easily. They also provided all necessary utensils. The pool is spacious, and during our 5-night stay, it was quiet and very enjoyable, especially at night when the surroundings were filled with lush vegetation. Overall, a peaceful and relaxing experience! Thank you so much !

The only inconvenience is the number of stairs you need to go down, which was particularly challenging for us with a stroller for our toddler. It can also be a bit tricky when carrying full bags. However, the staff is very helpful.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment, 2 adults and 2 kids. It was really comfortable and the balcony was great. The staff were so friendly and accomodating The hotel dog was a cute addition. The pool was perfect & having a pool bar was good. The beds were incredibly comfortable . The amenities were really helpful. My family and I loved this place.

Can’t fault the property or the staff. The location was a little out of town. However we had a car so was never a problem.

I stayed for 7 nights at the Helis Suites, and had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The room I stayed in was beautiful, cozy and clean. The hotel all through is decorated with style and well-maintained. Staff were polite, helpful and friendly, especially the waiter at the restaurant (I don’t know his name, but he has a beard) was very caring and attentive - give him a bonus! :) In general, my experience was amazing, I highly recommended this place.

I would improve breakfasts. For 7 days in a row I had the same meal, and at times I felt guilty for leaving on a plate a bunch of cheese, olives, or bread. I think, giving guests a choice to pick from the menu would be way more pleasing, and you’ll avoid wasted food that guests don’t eat.

The staff is really pleasant! Perfect service. Also the price of accomodation is great. You won't get better value for this price in any other hotel in Bodrum. Also the hotel agreed to upgrade our room for free. Now we got a room far from a construction and can sleep even during daytime :)

Food was too oily. Please don't use so much oil, it's not healthy! There is a construction close to the hotel. You should notify guests that some rooms are not really comfortable. One morning there was no hot water.

I loved the apartment, it was spacious and modern. The staff was so help and friendly - we did not like our first apartment as it was so far from the pool/reception. We were kindly given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool was big and right next to the restaurant. The restaurant had lovely food and drinks. We also were able to order food to our room which was great! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Excellent welcome to the hotel by the staff at the main gate and reception. The staff carried the bags to the room and stored inside and brought me my key well taken a nice cold drink at the pool bar. Staff at the bar very friendly and welcoming food and drinks overall 4.8 from 5. Short walk to the beach from the hotel the main marina short 10 minute taxi ride away less than 200 local (less than 10$). Overall a wondaful stay and would love to head back all be it next time for a vacation and not for work but was till very relaxing. Also staff speak several langue's so very easy to communicate.

Very hard to stay that I did not like something when the stay overall was very good actually was presently surprised overall with the amount of travelling I do and places i have stayed this has to be on point with some of the best when you take the hole package in to consideration location value food drinks comfort extra.

The atmosphere is ousting and seems very westernized

First day we arrived the pool was closed. The room bed sheets were a bit dirty and required to be changed. The toilet hand wash mixer is broken. The room floor was dusty. The second day we’ve requested something at the breakfast (Minaman) and they told us it’s not available.
