The hotel has a super beautiful location, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff.Beach and water beautifully cleaned and comfortable. Special attention to Zeynep GRO ,she made our stay more comfortable and pleasant,as well as gentlemens on reception . Waiters in the restaurant and beach are super fast and attentive. Room service-every day!Room and beds are always fresh! Buffets for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are huge but repetitive . Very recommending Indonesian lady in SPA - she has "magic "hands ,massage and hamam she is doing are more then excellent 👌.

5 days stay almost every day with problems of power cut off and Internet connection. In the evening, it was very boring. No intertaiment at all,except Turkish songs with not always best singers .Yoga activity is very poor organised with judgmental by nationality lady on head .Greece and Italian restaurant has no idea how to cook cousins they named of . Super hard to book SPA ,always nobody there ,out of 5 days, managed to get one chance to experience it thanks to Zeynep considering its paid service, seems like hotel not interested in extra money. 😀

The food was really good, the view was breathtaking!

They don’t welcome you right, when we were doing check-in the staff didn’t even give us time to explain anything (example: breakfast time, restaurants available etc) Secondly, the wifi is terrible feels like you are in country side that is abandoned. Lastly, when we checked in the room was not too clean, and when they come everyday to clean they don’t change the towels and I had to complain every time!! (Which is something I should not do when I’m in a 5 stars hotel 😄)

We stayed for 6 nights and it was wonderful. Everything from the moment we drove in to the moment we drove out. We arrived late at night and were greeted with warm friendly smiles by the porter and reception staff. Our room was bigger than expected and much nicer than the pictures on their website. We had a terrace with a sea veiw overlooking the private sandy beach. I had never stayed in an all inclusive resort before so it took me a day or 2 to grasp the concept of not having to pay for anything but I can honestly say it was great not having to think about bringing your wallet every time you left your room. As it’s all inclusive the breakfast lunch and dinner is a buffet but it’s truly next level. The variety of options was vast and they also changed it up everyday with different dishes and it was delicious. they also had the 24hr lobby bar/lounge which had a dessert cabinet to die for. You will definitely not go hungry😀 there are bars everywhere you turn from the beach bar, pool bar, lobby bar, Sunset Bar, Arena bar as well as the VIP Bars. All of the above is great but the best thing about the hotel for us was the staff. they made you feel so welcome and a bit special and these are the things that stay in your memory.

I can’t say there was anything that bothered me

Fantastic views and amenities. The food was excellent and the vibe was very relaxing.

There was a language barrier and because of that we were somewhat neglected slightly. For example, no information was given to us about the hours for food, how to book a restaurant and what events are on.

The location, the view, the room (i had the deluxe and grand deluxe suite) it was incredible. The hotel is new, well designed the pool area, the beach area are perfect. Many places to have a soft drinks cold water all day long thanks to the hard workers there. My family enjoyed every single day. There a little supermarket 10min walking from te hotel for anything you might be missing (baby stuffs etc..) For 9 days i had no issues and my family loved every single moment spent there. Perfect place for couples and family to rest and or party. A special thanks to Nour at the front desk who was going extra miles before i arrived and during my stay. I will make this trip an annual one now! Thanks Mirada

Nothing really.

Staff without any exception they were very polite and friendly. Bed. Beach. Sea. Cleanliness. Room & view. Vale. Parking. Bars. Security.

Wifi limitation, and it kept disconnecting. No variety of food. Tv. There was nothing to eat at the lobby's bar only drinks. Gym needs maintenance and more machines.

Almost everything was good other than time management.

Only Norana I didn't like because the following. - Bad time Management - I arrived at the hotel at 12:00 my check in was supposed to be at 14:00. So I waited for two hours, then I asked norana to give me the keys for the room she told me the room is not ready yet, just wait 10-15 Mins maximum and it will deserve the wait. I waited until 14:45 and the room wasn't ready, I had no other option than calling the manager, the manager told me to wait another 50 Mins or we could get you a double bed room and join them together right now. I had no other choice just to accept. -Many times I ask norana to get me taxi and she ignores me.

The location was good and the beach

I didn’t get the room I booked and it showed in the pictures I had to pay extra for the better room and it was expensive then the booking.com no upgrades nothing since it was their fault they show u the pictures are not real.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay

There was a noticeable lack of variety in the food, which made the dining experience quite repetitive. There were no beach activities or entertainment, not even music or dancing. Additionally, the location is a bit far from the marina, which made getting around less convenient. I hope the hotel improves in these areas

What can I say. This has to be one of the best hotels we have stayed in in terms of service, facilities and the overall all-inclusive holiday/hotel experience. The hotel itself is beautifully located on the outskirts of bodrum on the hillside. It has a private beach, extremely well managed and maintained with beachside facilities, drinks, food etc. The pool is above this overlooking the bay and again is exceptionally maintained with poolside service. The all inclusive drinks list is endless and includes all cocktails. The service everywher, in every location of the hotel is exceptional, from housekeeping (Arfan who looked after us for 7 days) to the valet services parking our car to the buffet restaurant - a big thank you to the exceptional service from Kadir, Dogan, Mehmet and Busra and to Eyup in the beach bar who was always so welcoming and warm. A great thank you also to the wonderful service from the restaurant manager Can (Jan), who was exceptional and ensured that we always had everything we needed and that our stay would be memorable. He managed both the Greek and Italian restaurants and his team were always so warm and welcoming, greeting us as old friends. We are so sad now to be returning home as we will truly miss these wonderful people and the memories of our holiday will last forever. We can't wait to return. Thank you everyone at Mirada.
