The room was good, enough space and well furnished. The staff is kind and helpful! Breakfast is good: Different types of cheese, fruit and vegetables, coffee, hot tea, and juice. The swimming pool is clean and has a section for children! The location is great, as the beach, supermarkets, and pharmacy are near.

Would like the hotel to provide bottles of water and renew the tea set every day, it was not really comfortable buying it from the store! And you have to walk through the large waste bins of another hotel to get to the beach, which is not great.

The location is absolutely perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle, but in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. A boutique hotel with all amenities, and lazing at the pool overlooking the ocean a bonus. The staff were exceptional and helped whenever they could even with a language barrier. The breakfast is also adequate with a good selection of items

There was absolutely nothing that i didn't like about tis accomodation. In fact We were sad to leave.

the room was very nice, we stayed on the 1st floor and had a good enough view of the ocean but the top floor has a better view. the pool area is really great, with some drinks available to purchase and comfortable Loungers. the breakfast is tasty with many options like breads, cheeses, fresh fruits, cereal, yogurt, coffee and more. we were so happy to eat outside and enough the view and sunshine. the staff are very friendly but have VERY limited english, so be prepared to use Google translate to talk to them. room had an aircon which is great for the hot days. It is within walking distance to shops, the beach and the dolmus bus stops.

bathroom was fine, toilet was leaking but that didn't cause us any issues. the bedding provided is just a thin small blanket, not warm enough

Very welcoming reception, good size of the rooms and it was first time around. We stayed one day and we would come back again.

Just the water pipes make noise when people shower on top. But didn’t bother us much. Attention to management

very close to beach (just few steps down from the hill) sea view from our room - 117 very friendly staff, we was celebrating birthday and they spit it in passport and make a surprise for us in the room also hotel is good value for money, very worth it to visit! away from all night life that will give you good night of sleeping but if you want to enjoy night life then less then in 10min walk you can be in any of the night clubs, pubs, karaoke, market etc

we like it all only that I wouldn’t recommend it for elderly people as it’s stairs (I don’t think there is an elevator)

Everything was perfect at this hotel, very clean and the pool is very nice. Location is great, far from the noise and hustle in the area but still very few minutes short walk distance to the beach, to restaurants, clubs... The staff is very friendly too They had a buffet breakfast which was good

We had an early flight in our last day and asked if they could give us a takeaway breakfast as it was already paid but they said they couldn't do much about it. Other than that, all was perfect !

Good location and helpful staff, with nice views and pool area. Close to beach and public transport. Good value compared to other hotels in the area.

Bathroom was dated, bed was too hard for our taste and room door was difficult to open (loose lock). Breakfast didn’t offer much choice. No own beach area, therefore if you want to relax at the beach, you need to rent expensive beach chairs from one of the beach front hotels.

This is a lovely, family run hotel. The people that work there and also run it are really helpful and generally make sure that their guests are happy. Our flight out there didn't get in until very late but they were flexible and had no issue with us checking in late. Our flight home was cancelled at the last minute by Easyjet, leaving us with very little options for to get back. They did everything they could to help us - We can't thank them enough. The location is perfect - right by the beach and also just a short walk (5/10mins) from Bar Street and the surrounding bars and restaurants. Yet still far enough away that you don't hear all the noise and music. Our room was cleaned daily to a very good standard. We absolutely loved the breakfast. It was continental and may not be to every British person's taste but with the weather being hot, it suited us perfectly. There was usually a range of breads and cheeses as well as ham. Also, salad type options... They also had a number of different fresh fruits (the watermelon was a favourite). Teas, coffee juice and water were the drinks options. The pool was perfect and they have the most comfortable sun loungers. If you want to go into Bodrum, there is a Dolmus (bus) that collects you at the top of the road. It doesn't take too long and stops right outside the bus station in Bodrum, where you'll find the market. Overall this hotel is a gem of a find and absolutely great value for money!

We would have liked the pool bar to have been open but perhaps this is only something they do during peak season.

We had a lovely stay at Gun-Ay Hotel. Staff were lovely and we appreciated all that they did for us - from organising taxi’s and transfers, to arranging laundry. The pool area was lovely and clean. Turkish breakfasts were good.

The music from the neighbouring beach clubs at nights did at times keep us awake. Take good earplugs.

The staff were fabulous and extremely helpful. Organised for washing to get collected & returned. Fantastic location, everything was great. Would definitely stay again
