The property offers an expansive sea view from every room and lovely all day dining area on the waters edge. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious with Greek savoury, and sweet treats. An easy and short 5 min walk into the harbour area and shopping.

Our second stay at this hotel (between 5 years) and now we noticed how the room is looking rather tired. A splash of paint to freshen it up and upgrade the bathrooms with walk in showers would be ideal.

It would be hard to beat staying at this hotel in Kos. It is a beautiful peaceful location. The big advantage is that all rooms have balconies that look out over the water. It is also lovely to have breakfast sitting outside near the water. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious, with good air conditioning, a fridge and everything else that you may need. The breakfast was a good selection and restaurant staff were nice. The hotel is not in the exact centre of Kos Town but it is only a few minutes away walking. Also make sure you visit the delicious gelato shop downstairs.

The gym was very small and didn’t have much equipment, not really worth advertising. Otherwise a great hotel.

The staff were wonderful, really helpful and friendly - great suggestions for pool access in the sister hotel and to get to the sandy beaches (local beach is pebbles). Location was spot on, outside of the noisy part of town but a very short walk into the centre. The deck over the beach and direct access to the sea were wonderful. 10 minute walk to the bus station to access the lovely beaches in Tingaki and Marmari. Breakfast was fabulous with many options

The bed could have been a little more comfortable and had a noisy spring.

The rooms are very large, very comfortable beds. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Good book swap area.The choice of breakfast is vast dried fruit, fresh fruit, cheese meats, breads, pastry, salad, yogurt, nuts, smoothie, fresh juice. However limited on the hot food front scrambled egg with meat, fried eggs, potatoes , bacon.I am not vegan but very impressed with the vegan selection I thought I would mention almond and oat milk so a good place for a vegan to have breakfast. However I can't comment on the vegan options for lunch and dinner and I don't take note on that front. I did eat one night at the hotel -burger which was delicious. Lovely to eat Infront of the sea. Part is open for the public to dine and it's a keen spot for the locals too. Very clean hotel.I wouldn't hesitate to return and highly recommend this hotel the only thing I would say is it doesn't have a proper swimming pool which would put off those who prefer a pool over the sea.

I appreciate travelling out of season that some facilities like the pool would not be in use however I was disappointed to find out the sister spa facilities were not available which was not noted in the description this was the reason I paid more to stay here. Please update the description to when facilities are closed. I would not be able to use the pool to swim more like a water feature. I would appreciate some more hot breakfast choice like eggs, mushrooms, beans, tomatoes ect. Would be nice to have netflix just for an added bonus to relax out of season.

Breakfast is by the sea, which is probably the best way to start the day :)

The all inclusive breakfast, has elements(Cold coffee is free, but Frappuccino isn’t) that are not inclusive. The staff is polite enough to inform you beforehand what would cost money though. Never had to face this at an all inclusive breakfast before, so was a bit unusual.

All the rooms have a balcony and a nice view. We've stayed here 3 or 4 times and opt for a junior suite. Don't get too excited, but they are a little bigger. The breakfast is good, plus you can eat in a light "verandah" room which also has nice views. The hotel is very well located and is about a 10-15 minute walk from the two ferry piers.

Maintenance could be improved. The electric blind on one side of our room didn't work and the container for the toilet brush was falling off the wall. It didn't bother us, but there is no swimming pool. The hotel is however right on the sea.

The hotel is ideally located between Kos port and Kos marina just a few minutes walk in either direction. This provides easy access to a multitude of food and beverage outlets, the town's castle and boat trips, etc. We had a lovely room, well furnished and fantastic sea view. Good WiFi, TV, and bathroom amenities. Breakfast was an extensive buffet with a wide selection of hot and cold options that could be enjoyed on the restaurant's decked area at the sea's edge. Food was excellent. Hotel staff excellent. I am happy to recommend and hope to return here.

Nothing to dislike, happy with all aspects.

The views, the food in the restaurant especially at lunchtime or in the evening. One of the waitresses in the evening was particularly friendly.

The staff at breakfast are a bit surly. They could smile more. Also the quality of tea and coffee is poor. Lipton teabags are budget teabags and do not taste good. The coffee is also not good even when you pay for a cappuccino or other specialty coffee. This detracts quite a lot from what is otherwise a good quality breakfast.

Breakfast was really rich and restaurant is very spacious. Balconies and view was fantastic, also the cleanliness of the hotel general and daily cleaning in the room was also good. The location is very convenient and walking distance to main facilities.

I didn't like the sun deck. very limited sunbeds obviously not enough for guests. and due to the location of the hotel, sun deck gets shadow after 4-4:30pm (beginning of June at least when I visited)

Excellent location. We loved the view and balcony of our room. The breakfast selection was excellent and varied.

I would have expected a coffee machine in such a premium hotel room. You can swim in the sea right in front of the hotel. However, unfortunately, the sun loungers were not up to the quality one would expect from a premium hotel.
