The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely central and within walking distance from the old town. You could see the harbour from our room. It was exceptionally clean, and our room was tided each day with fresh towels provided. A short 400m walk brought you right to the bus station which meant the island and airport were extremely accessible.

Single room on 3rd floor had a nice view of the harbour. Shower was just a part of mall bathroom divided with a curtain from the rest. AC was working good. Elevator was small, but efficient. Location was perfect for evening stroll, 30 m from the boat harbour, close to restaurants and some 600 m from ferry dock . All staff/owners were rather aged, but kind and helpful.

Shabby interior of entrance hall and reception shall not turn you away, rooms are quite decent and clean.

Brilliant location for the bustling harbour of kos town. If with teens it’s 4/5 min walk to bar street. Air con was included and really powerful. Beds comfortable.

Shower wasn’t great. My son is 6 foot 5 and the small space wasn’t useable for him. Wasn’t major issue as it was just a 1 night stay. Any longer and it wouldn’t have worked.

Very accommodating. I wasn't arriving until around 01.30 at which time reception is inmanned but arrangements were made and communicated to me and all was perfect.The location of the hotel is perfect. I have stayed in this area before and you have everything within 5 10 minutes. The ferry port is about 10 15 min walk. Thanks to all staff.

The owners, the breakfasts and location were excellent

The bathrooms need refurbishing as the some showers have no lip to contain the water and you end up with a swamped bathroom. No hot water in room 112, other rooms did have. Overall hotel is freshly painted, but rooms need to be decorated.

Excellent value for money hotel. The location was perfect for the arbour and nightlife. Balcony had a view of the arbour with its sailing boats. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were changed daily. I was able to check in early and on checkout they looked after my bag for the day until a late departure. Location is convenient for walking to the ferry terminal. Enjoyed my stay and would book this hotel again if I was returning to Kos Town.

If you wanted an early night the nightlife is quite close so you can hear music till quite late. But if you like nightlife it’s not a problem.

You can see the port from the balcony. It is walking distance from all the major attractions and only 15min dragging heavy suitcases to the ferry port. Its a grand old dame of a place. Generous breakfast can be booked.

Mattress in room 312 was too soft. Hubby preferred to sleep on the floor.

Great location, easy walk from ferry. The accommodation was comfortable and easy walking distance to everything!!, historic sights, port for boat cruises, cafes bars and also the beach. This is a great town to visit, has nice relaxing vibe to it and people are friendly. The host were great to deal with making us feel welcome and at home.

Great location by the port. Very friendly and helpful staff. View of the port from my balcony. I asked for a kettle in my room so I could make tea and one was provided.

Ocassional noise at night from other guests as they returned home in the early hours.

The location is perfect, we just needed somewhere near the port for 1 night and it was perfect, in the heart of town but pretty quiet. My husband unfortunately need to go to the hospital and the hosts were extremely helpful with taxis, directions and information both Kate at night and early morning. We are very grateful for their help. The rooms are basic but the quality of the beds, pillows, sheets etc were 1st class. After a stressful journey from Tilos island we had a great nights sleep.
