We had a good stay at Bristol Apartments: staff was friendly and kind and helped us whenever they could; the apartment was clean and functional although humble; we had a cute balcony where we had breakfast and dinner everyday and could store our food and cook easily in the kitchen. The position was great, 1 minute away from the port and the principal restaurants and bars, markets and car rentals.

It was difficult for us to keep sleeping after sunrise because there were no roller shutters and the apartment was especially bright.

This hotel is a little old but my room was partly renovated and clean (- would be great still update or paint some furniture other than bathroom but still), the balcony was great, inner yard was silent, location great and the staff very helpfull always replaying fast. I think it was good value for the money.

Great location near the city center. New AC is very strong clean and quiet. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Full size fridge and kitchenette, ideal for longer stays. A lot of restaurants and supermarkets are less than a few minutes away. City beach is 5-10 min walk away. The staff is very easy to communicate with and very welcoming.

It could use a little renovation especially the bathroom and shower. There is no sound insulation. The doors are paper thin. You can hear everything outside especially in the hallway.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. It is a quiet apartment in a quiet street very close to the town and the beach. Some sound from the other rooms very audible but it was at a low level and rather quiet. There were no party people in this apartment. There was hot water for the shower every day (and we had sunny weather every day.)

Everything was perfect! Tidy rooms that are cleaned daily and the bed linen smells great! The best location in town, quiet street, friendly staff (kudos to the reception staff for their kindness and recommendations), easy check-in, everything is close to the hotel; bars, restaurants, rent a cars... If I come to Kos town next time, I will choose this place again. :)

For the money, wow. It extended all of my expectations. The staff was 5 even six star service. So kind and became like a family to me. Cleaning every day, new bedsheets, new towels, u name it. The ordered cabs for me, got me painkillers when I had a cold, the little extra! I was travelling between islands in Greece alone for two months. And this is by far, for the money (even tho I would pay 3 times more for this) the best I’ve experienced. Located 1 min from the city, but on a back street so no loud noises. 7 min walk from the beach. Omg. I’m in love. Thank u again for this lovely stay! / Klara

Everything was perfect

I highly recommend it. İt's very close to old city, it has balcony and very quiet street for sleeping. Check-in was very quick and room was absolutely clean. Rooms were big enough and have clean kitchen stuffs. Beds are amazing comfortable and air conditioner worked well. Staffs were kind and even let our baggage to stay some hour in otel. We thanks a lot check-in staff too much. We will turn back.

Good location, just steps away from Dolphin Square and shopping and day cruise port 15 minutes to ferry port.

Had 2 different rooms because of extended stay. One single bedroom was bit small with very small balcony. But the suite I stayed on the last day was very spacious with separate bedroom. Balcony was spacious but not clean.

Property was close to Kos town on a side walk away from street traffic. Bedroom was clean, comfortable with fresh and comfortable bed linen. There was a mini fridge, hot stove, TV with a small terraced balcony. There was also a lift to various floors. Katherina the Manager was excellent, welcoming and helpful.

The room was cleaned every other day, location is just perfect for night life, boat trips and all the facilities are max 10 minutes walk. Renting a car was possible and cheaper than a big rent-a-car company. Ask Malik. He has been on top on every requests and made us feeling safe. He is also really good chat!thank you, see you soon

The bathroom smell is not OK - a little work on the sewage system would be good.
