We only used the hotel as a place to sleep as we were visiting friends on the island and it delivered everything we wanted. It was clean, comfortable and great value for money for a budget hotel. Staff were also very very friendly and we enjoyed daily chats with the evening staff (very funny guy).

Only problem I had was in the twin room one of the beds was very old and loud, I was often woken up through my movements during sleep, but luckily was able to fall straight back to sleep.

The Paradise Hotel is in a fantastic location near to the harbour, Clean room and shower and the air con was very welcome as outside in Kos it was 43 degrees. We were staying at the other end of the Island for our holiday but wanted a day and night in Kos and chose Paradise Hotel as it looked to be a a good value budget Hotel for a one night stay and it certainly was! There are also some fabulous places to dine that are not over priced on the same street we called in at Mummy's Restaurant and were not disappointed wonderful home cooking. All in all a fantastic stay.

Do not go along the side streets opposite the Hotel. these streets are a little seedy we noticed this in the day so avoided them at night.

The staff were extremely helpful, with someone staying on duty until we were able to check in around 4:45am (pre arranged). They were very friendly, and made sure that we had all the necessary information to enjoy our stay The room was small, but it was scrupulously clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable few hours sleep before we had to catch our ferry in the morning. The balcony was nice too. Not a sea view or amazing cityscape, but it gave you a definite feel for the town. We would happily stay there again.

There was nothing that we didn't like!

The hotel is very simple and nice, it is in the city center so you can easly reach every part of Kos Town by walk. The breakfast is very rich, from sweet to salted food. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful also to rent car, to tell which beach visit, and all the things a tourist could ask for. It was a very nice stay!

The location is very central. Close to the port and also walking distance to taverns. There is a small market right across the street. The reception staff were very friendly and kind. Great value for money. I will come back again for short stays.

Our room had no balcony and we also didn't have a drying rack in the room to hang our wet bikinis & towels. A laundry drying rack in the room would be a good idea so that guests would not try to find (or invent) ways to hang their wet stuff. We didn't mind it though as we had a pleasant stay.

Location , very close to the main street of restaurants and harbour. There were some issues with the room that needs attention and improvement but the staff were polite and courteous to help as best as they could. But still a good value for money.

Not exactly did not like , but could be improved - the toilet was outdated and the sound proofing of rooms

The staff is so very lovely, making the place extremely welcoming. The location is very central and the AC worked well. The breakfast isn't amazing but is very convenient to have it included. The balcony was a cute touch.

It's a very basic accommodation and showering is a bit uncomfortable because of how small the actual shower is. But the price in our case was very good so it was a small inconvenience.

We can't recommend Paradise Hotel highly enough. The location is a stone's throw from the harbour, the price was amazing value plus Nick and Hope on reception went above and beyond. N and H made the room available in the morning so we could check in early, they provided a map and gave recommendations and printed out bus timetables and answered our endless questions, looked after our bags and could not help us enough. The hotel is also a 5 min walk from a Special gelateria..

Facilities were basic but everything you need and the price combined with the service more than makes up for that.

I chose the property because it was near the port. It was closer than I expected and also easy to walk to the sites and the old town. Very comfortable bed, good wifi, good shower pressure in room 112. Reception staff were welcoming, accommodating and unbelievably helpful. Yiannis was amazing! Perfect place for a stopover. I would definitely stay there again.

Others have commented on the shower curtains, loo paper, tired decor, etc. They aren’t deal breakers. It’s all perfectly adequate for the price.

The kindness of the staff is excellent. They are speaking many language. They are helpful and smiling. They let us leave our baggage before check in and out. We can use the bathroom of the hotel. The location of the hotel was excellent. You can walk anywhere.

The lids of the AC in the room were broken and strapped. It was blowing only at one direction. The converter of the shower was not working properly. One bed was making noise.
