The double room was adequately sized for two people. As mentioned in all the reviews, the bathroom is small and has some ventilation issues, but I do not consider it a significant problem, as nearly all hotels on the island have similar bathroom conditions. The mini-fridge in the room was quite sufficient and cooled well, and we did not experience any issues with the air conditioning. Our room was cleaned daily, and towels were replaced regularly. However, the hotel's breakfast is not varied enough for a week-long stay; we had breakfast at the hotel for two days, but for longer stays, you might not want to eat the same things every morning. The hotel staff were very helpful in all matters and treated us with great friendliness.

Awesome as usual: Great value for money, really friendly and helpful staff, super clean rooms, very central location! Approx. 10 min both to the old town and to the Lambi beach, many nice restaurants in the vicinity. It is one of the two hotels which I always stay at whenever I am in Kos. It is a family-run business and they make you feel like you are at home with people which you already know from before :)

Bathroom is really small and there is no shower cabin (rather the old-style curtain). If you are not careful while showering, you may flood the bathroom. Breakfast is sufficient with basics but you should not expect a big buffet. There is surely some room for improvement here.

This is one of the few places where the host literally handles the "keys" of the property to the guest as soon as the latter checks in making them feeling like home. The place Couldn't be more cozy, welcoming, friendly and relaxing. This welcoming feeling is what usually sets the grounds for enjoying your staying . The hotel is located in the heart of kos allowing walking distances to everything (beach, shops,pubs, restaurants and more importantly the port). Rooms are clean comfortable and if anything not there all you need is just ask. Decent breakfast just to get your day started. Rooms are Quiet during the night and cool during the day. Literally everything you need is just there. If not just ask Nikos he will get it to you, no many questions asked Highly recommended!

The staff was really helpful, especially the receptionist who tried his best to find the most convenient solution for me to travel to the airport with my broken suitcase. The room was spotless clean and spacious enough. The location is extremely central, in 5 steps you are directly at the main shopping street. It takes less than 10 min on foot to reach the old town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider staying there next time!

Bathroom was too small and one cannot pass from one side to the other if the door is open. Breakfast could also be improved with a bit of more variety. They could also think about putting a small laundry hanger in the balcony to dry the wet clothes and towels after a day at the beach.

THE HOTEL HAS A GOOD LOCATION: JUST § MINUTE WALK FROM BEACH: MINIMARKET NEXT TO HOTEL:BIGGER SUPERMARKET 5 MIN WALK. FROM BUS STATION IS IT 15 MIN WALK AND TO THE MARINA PORT IS JUST 5 MIN WALK. THE BREAKFAST IS NOTHING SPACIAL BUT FOR EVERYONE IS SOMETHING THERE WHAT YOU CAN EAT. ROOM WAS CLEAN WITH BALCONY NOTHING NEGATIVE TO SAY FOR LOW BUDGET IS IT REALLY GOOD PLACE TO STAY

Lokacija vrlo dobra. Osoblje usluzno. Dorucak skroman izbor, svaki dan isto, ali necete ostati gladni. Gospodin na recepciji jako usluzan i dobit cete sve informacije. Puno HVALA! Preporucam hotel.

Jako skup taksi, 40€. Bolja opcija je bus 3,5€, ali rijetko vozi. Bus se nalazi jako blizu aerodroma. Kada izadete iz zgrade aerodroma, na lijevu stranu cca 100m.

Location was good for town centre(shortish walk) and Port,shops sights etc.Being on a residential street it was quiet. Hotel Manager was very helpful and arranged laundry for me and general info.Hotel was nice and clean with spacious room and balcony.

I made two reservations first 3 nights and for 2 more nights as the hotel was fully booked.Now i can understand why the property was full.It was such a great stay with friendly staff, good breakfast and the best location. Very clean rooms, nice and friendly hotel.I felt like home, was not like staying at a hotel.Thank you so much for the owner and the staff he trained.Well organized! I was to sad today to leave will definately come back! Thank you all for making my holiday great!

When i came on first day the owner of the hotel greeted me smiling, we had a nice conversation till the room is ready.Everyone is friendly, best location and very clean rooms, and nice breakfast.Today i lost my luggage lock key and the owner helped to open it.Thank you for such a great stay and friendly environment.You should definately come and stay at this hotel.Such a lovely place! Great location to the centre, restaurants, and the beach. Having the option of breakfast was also good. Amazing service when I needed laundry done and received it back in one day - thank you for offering this wonderful service. The pillows were so comfortable. The family was friendly and always willing to help. Thank you for a lovely stay!
