Location is great. Apartment was very spacious and outside space was excellent. Host Nitsa was gracious, friendly and helpful, sorting us out with requests for a hair dryer and a cheese grater.

There was no stove top or microwave so we had no way of warming food. As we were only there for two nights this did not matter to us and I'm sure if we had a asked we would have been given a stove top. Also there was a limited amount of cutlery but as there were only two of us we were able to manage.

Super friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. I have always stayed at a much smarter, more expensive place in Kos Town before, conveniently right by the port, so ideal as I overnight on my way to Patmos. I was therefore very skeptical about booking in at Nitsa Rooms, but I will be booking again from now on.

Carrying my very heavy suitcase up the stairs, but that is my fault for packing a library of books for my friends in Patmos, not that of Nitsa Rooms.

My best friend and I recently stayed at Nitsa Rooms. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room itself was lovely and clean. Amazing location — just a minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for morning walks and sunrise views. Additionally, it's only a 10-minute walk from the city center, allowing us to easily explore shops, restaurants, and local attractions without the need for transportation. Overall, highly recommend :)

In summary, while we were just looking for an economical place to sleep, we suddenly found ourselves in a very comfortable room. Very close to the beach, nice terrace. The view is wonderful. The location is also very good. What more? Moreover, the friendly welcome made us feel at home.

I would have been happy to have breakfast, but it's not a big deal, we had a very nice breakfast with the cheese, olive oil and bread we bought from the market. They were extremely delicious.

Friendly and helpful family . Perfect location and we asked for a sea view if possible and it was marvelous. Great value for money especially for the short 3 night break we wanted in Kos town while we were staying in kefalos. Thank you to Kostas and his wonderful and charming mother who looked after us so well .

No real issues . We knew the room would be small , but it was clean comfortable and with great air con .

I have stayed here a few times now and the accommodation is great (some rooms have an amazing sea view) and the host is very nice and always welcoming. Has the feeling of a homestay while having your own very private space with amazing balcony :) . Highly recommended hotel to stay on Kos island .

The location is very convenient. The facilities are a good match for the price. The owners are welcoming. We like this place a lot and recommend it.

Beware that the 28th of October is a national holiday in Greece, so almost all shops are closed. Otherwise, Kos is a great place so is Nitsa Hotel.

Lovely friendly family run business, always somebody there to help you. They have a shop downstairs, perfect to sit and have a beer or two after the beach. We had a nice big balcony too.

A beautiful room in one of the main streets in Kos town , organized by a friendly lady that speaks perfectly English and knows the island if you have any questions anytime of the day. I had a nice clean bed and shower. Just a few steps walking from the beach front. Downstairs at small reception is a very convenient little shop if you need to buy some fruit or water or other little things, open until late evening . Very handy. I felt much at home here and enjoyed it a lot to stay. A great choice !

Due to flight delays and missing connecting ferry managed to book this accommodation last minute on the day for one night. Really good price, very clean and a good location. Air con worked great and water was hot. There is a shop attached which has everything you could need, with restaurants and bars very close by or alternatively you can walk to the main port (10mins max). The host was very friendly and helpful even though we didn’t arrive until 11pm. As it was only an overnight visit we didn’t use the kitchen facilities but they seemed functional.

No issue for my stay, but it is by a road with attractions so might not be suitable for a light sleeper before midnight.
