It was our first time in Kos. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming,advising us of the best places to go on the island. The location simply couldn't be better. After a varied breakfast we would walk out of the hotel straight onto the charming harbour. The balcony overlooking the harbour was lovely, watching the boats and people come and go. The pool was a bonus and was a good size. We loved our stay and would return.

I come to Kos yearly or every 2nd year for a 7 night stay.This is my place of stay here. This time my second year straight. As per my previous reviews, the position here is outstanding. But special mention to the trio reception staff Adam, Alexandratos, Alan-the AAA team that have been there years. There assistance and charm needs to be commended.

I had to leave-people to visit in other parts of Greece.

Location is perfect. Very good. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was basic but ok for the price. The bedroom was a twin which had an extra single bed added, so sadly was a little cramped.

More choice for breakfast required and bedroom was small for 3 persons. But not a lot to complain about really for the price. Staff were super friendly which made the experience enjoyable.

I have been to kos 5 times now and this has without doubt has been the most pleasant. Staff excellent,polite and nothing was a problem. Breakfast perfect for us bits,bacon.mushrooms.fried or scrabled eggs, plus continental, swi.ming pool very clean and pool bar excellently ran by Jenny.

Nothing bad to say excellent all round, I would say on par with mitis hotels without the 5 star price.

Only one minor quarm, the pool was very cold, it is sheltered from the sun most of the day and doesn't seem to be heated in any way. But this is only a minor, the rest of the facilities were first class

Hotel is located central to Kos Town with easy walking to harbor, shops, beach, restaurants and transport options. View from balcony was captivating/sensational. Room was well equipped (including excellent wifi) and serviced daily. Breakfast was very good and the pool was lovely. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Room a little tired and could be refreshed.

It was my Birthday and they made such a nice decoration at the room 🤩 it made me soooo happy ☺️ Hotel location & room views were just perfect. The receptionist (William Alexander) was so nice and welcoming. Thank you so much! ❤️❤️❤️

Just to say something to improve, I would add a toast machine at the breakfast saloon. I love toast bread/warm and I miss it at the breakfast. I didn’t like the bread so much 🙁

Tidy hotel with clean rooms and good value. Nice pool area, and decent breakfast and good location. Only there one night in transit so really no time to evaluate further. Staff super helpful!

Like most of the hotels in this range, you have to hunt around for electrical outlets for charging.

Always welcoming staff team, easy access to rooms via lift, would balcony room overlooking harbour. Well located for town and boats. Hotel has a good swimming pool. Good simple breakfasts, easy access to town

Decor getting a bit tired.

Fantastic... It looks old outside but very clean and warm inside. Rooms are very clean and the view ❤️❤️ the rooms which stayed on the poolside are very breeze. You don't have to turn the air conditioner on when you were sleeping. Housekeepers are very kind. Very warm place. Location is also legendary. Highly recommended 👌
