The location was perfect overlooking the harbour. The room was a very good size for a twin bedded room. Balcony views was exactly what we wanted. Lots of sun beds available. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best we’ve had in Greece. The bar and terrace was a lovely area to have an evening drink. Bar very reasonably priced

I think the Hotel is missing a trick when it comes to the rooftop Bar. Beautiful views across the town, it’s a shame that it shuts at 6pm. The Hotel could make this a cocktail bar of a night time. Cocktail menu a bit limited.

Very good hotel, 4stars but we stayed in self catering apartment for 4 people. Enjoyed the spacious area on top of the hotel with swimming pool and a bar and very nice view. Location is hard to beat. Quiet, 5min from the beach (stony beach) with comfortable beach bars and sun-beds. And 5-10 min entertaining walk along the marina to the centre with restaurants and bars, small fascinating streets.

The apartment could be more comfortable for 4star hotel, especially lounge room. But it did not bother us as most of the day we were out.

Excellent location on the harbour. Some rooms have a view of the port but I didn't, however, the roof top pool looks out over the port. The rooms are well-appointed and clean. Staff were professional, freindly and helpful.

Although the hotel is well-kept, it was obviously built before everyone started traveling with multiple electronic devices that need to be charged. It was necesary to juggle the fridge and kettle plugs to charge my phone, i-pad and other devices. I know some rooms have been renovated so perhaps that's something they are improving.

Our room was a good size, very clean and in a quiet location. The views of the harbour were outstanding, and the town just a few minutes stroll away. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, both hot and cold options. The rooftop pool and pool bar were nice, although it opened at 10am there were only a few regulars queuing for the door to open. There was no need to queue as beds were available most of the day. The staff make the hotel that bit more special - they are such lovely people and couldn't do enough to please. The room could do with more storage i.e. drawers or shelves, and the bathroom is a little dated but I'm being picky. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The location is amazing, right across the port and very close to the beach and local restaurants. The room was very clean! The reception guy was polite and accomodated our requests.

The check-in receptionist advised me my booking was entitled for breakfast. We went downstairs the next morning and we were asked 45€. The second receptionist claimed we were not entitled for breakfast. I am pretty sure that I booked breakfast but nevertheless the staff in front of the restaurant could be nicer. I am level 3 in Booking and I usually get better treatment.

Lovely rooms. Ours had a port view which was beautiful. Beds were so comfy and air con was nice! Perfect location in the middle of everything. Pool was amazing. Never over busy. Great views from the top floor. Staff are so helpful and kind. Beds made and towels changed everyday was very nice. Hotel left a happy birthday note and gift for my daughter which was so kind and thoughtful. We have had the best time here.

The location was the main stand out feature but we also loved the view from the roof top pool and from our balcony. The staff were so helpful and friendly and always went out of their way to help. We spent many relaxing hours up at the pool but when we wanted to go down to the beach or go shopping, we only had to walk a few minutes.

The rooms were a little dated and would have liked a few more facilities in the kitchen but everything worked and was clean. It would also have been good to have a better selection of drinks in the bar and extend the opening time until 7pm.

A warm welcome and excellent location overlooking the harbour, the other side from the ferry port and not far from the central bus station. Our favourite beer bar (Cafe Zero) is also nearby. Our room with harbour view was a good size with a very comfortable bed and good shower, albeit over the bath. We didn’t bother buying breakfast although another in our party did and thought it worthwhile.

Sleeping with the balcony door open meant it was very noisy from the busy road and boats in the harbour. It was also quite noisy from the restaurant downstairs. Oddly, we had an exercise bike and printer in our room.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Kos Town. The staff were excellent they provided good service and were friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean with comfortable public areas.

Car parking is impossible. It would be pure luck to find an available space anyway near the hotel. Just the little niggles you find in Greece - a leaky kettle in the room which was not replaced despite my request. Bathroom fittings that fall off.

We stayed for two nights with our twin boys and really enjoyed our stay. While the location isn’t the most central, it’s very close to the harbor and only a 10–15 minute walk to the main tourist squares, which was convenient. Above all the facilities, I would like to highlight the two ladies at the reception. They were incredibly calm, friendly, and interacted so kindly with our children—it truly made a difference. Thank you both! I’m sorry I didn’t catch your names, but your warm attitude did not go unnoticed.
