It was super easy to get to via taxi and we were able to check in at 12pm. The room was super spacious and had everything we needed, apart from proper cooking facilities (which didn’t bother us). The rooms were serviced each day with fresh towels, bins changed, floors cleaned & AC water emptied. Staff were so helpful and always friendly :)

We weren’t aware there was a daily service, we were concerned the first day as we’d left some bits out. There was no bath mat given on the first night and we struggled with the shower curtain as it doesn’t give you much space but the bathroom/wet room dried itself pretty well if there was water everywhere :)

First of all, the interior of the house is modern, clean and adequately equipped. The kitchen utensils are handy, the bed and armchair are very comfortable. The balcony is spacious and the sea view from all the rooms is fantastic. The sea is closer than it looks in the photos. As for the location of the house, it is great especially for those who have a car and is very suitable for accommodation to visit the Puglia region. There are also great restaurants, cafes and bars in the marina of the area where the house is nearby. Our host is very caring, friendly and generous, gave all the necessary information when he first greeted us and when he came to receive the key, he gave a little Italian delicacy as a gift.

The location was a five minute walk to the ferry terminal, about seven to the heart of the old town and two minutes to a beach. I had one of the two rooms on the top floor and it was perfect - airy, big, bright and clean — incredible value for the money. It was next to a lovely roof deck that looked over the roofs of the buildings across the road to the sea. The rooms were owned and managed by two sisters who were delightful and very easy to deal with despite some language barriers.

On one of the nights of my stay (Sunday, maybe?) a restaurant on the street below blasted music from about 9 PM til after midnight. With earplugs, I tuned them out but some guests might find this unpleasant.

The location was perfect, close to the beach and the port with many good restaurants and easy going eateries nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, with a balcony with open views to the sea and harbour. The AC worked very well and it was quiet at night. We only stayed one night, so we didn't use the kitchen. The sfaff was kind and nice. We'll go back next time in Kos.

Very good price for 2 nights before, and two more nights after, catching a ferry to other islands. Our flight was to Kos so we arrived and left from there. About 20 minutes walk to the ferry port, but we knew that, and there is not a lot of accommodation very close to the port because the castle is in the way! The street was quiet but no idea if that is so in high season. Owners friendly.

A slight mixup meant nobody was there to meet us - towards the end of the normal check in period. But we phoned the number on a notice by the door and someone cam very quickly.

The ladies were very very nice! We had an accident and they were helping us very kindly. The location is really great. Next to the beach and a nice little walk to the city center. It is very clean. It is an apartment but they do clean every day.

For the price it was really great experience to stay here. Staff was really nice and kind, there was daily cleaning and the bathroom look very nice too. Balcony where you can sit and enjoy the holiday atmosphere of one of the busy street with restaurants and market nearby and with the view of the sea is perfect location for young people like us. If we ever will return to Kos town we would like to stay here as well.

Beds was a little uncomfortable for us but its all about the preference and someone other can like it.

I recently spent a night at this hotel and found it to be a place that meets basic expectations. The exceptional staff and prime location were definite highlights, but improvements in cleanliness and decor would enhance the overall experience. The presence of an old, unused kitchen area was puzzling; repurposing it for comfort could be beneficial. The owners' kindness in storing our bags after checkout was appreciated. In summary, while there's room for improvement, I'd still recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel is located in a great location, almost in the heart of the city. There is a bus stop nearby that will take you directly to other cities of Kos. The accommodation was clean and pleasant. The rooms are very spacious. There was a beautiful Greek atmosphere here and we will definitely always be happy to come back.

Our room had a great sea view and a huge terras to start with. Beds were very clean and comfortable. You have all the basics in the room and a little kitchenette even! The lady who was there for the checkin was incredibly nice and she even helped us with our baggages.

Only bad thing was the bathroom sink pipe was leaking. I didn’t have the chance to report it at thr checkout
