The location was a five minute walk to the ferry terminal, about seven to the heart of the old town and two minutes to a beach. I had one of the two rooms on the top floor and it was perfect - airy, big, bright and clean — incredible value for the money. It was next to a lovely roof deck that looked over the roofs of the buildings across the road to the sea. The rooms were owned and managed by two sisters who were delightful and very easy to deal with despite some language barriers.

On one of the nights of my stay (Sunday, maybe?) a restaurant on the street below blasted music from about 9 PM til after midnight. With earplugs, I tuned them out but some guests might find this unpleasant.

Very good price for 2 nights before, and two more nights after, catching a ferry to other islands. Our flight was to Kos so we arrived and left from there. About 20 minutes walk to the ferry port, but we knew that, and there is not a lot of accommodation very close to the port because the castle is in the way! The street was quiet but no idea if that is so in high season. Owners friendly.

A slight mixup meant nobody was there to meet us - towards the end of the normal check in period. But we phoned the number on a notice by the door and someone cam very quickly.

For the price it was really great experience to stay here. Staff was really nice and kind, there was daily cleaning and the bathroom look very nice too. Balcony where you can sit and enjoy the holiday atmosphere of one of the busy street with restaurants and market nearby and with the view of the sea is perfect location for young people like us. If we ever will return to Kos town we would like to stay here as well.

Beds was a little uncomfortable for us but its all about the preference and someone other can like it.

I recently spent a night at this hotel and found it to be a place that meets basic expectations. The exceptional staff and prime location were definite highlights, but improvements in cleanliness and decor would enhance the overall experience. The presence of an old, unused kitchen area was puzzling; repurposing it for comfort could be beneficial. The owners' kindness in storing our bags after checkout was appreciated. In summary, while there's room for improvement, I'd still recommend this hotel to others!

The hotel is located in a great location, almost in the heart of the city. There is a bus stop nearby that will take you directly to other cities of Kos. The accommodation was clean and pleasant. The rooms are very spacious. There was a beautiful Greek atmosphere here and we will definitely always be happy to come back.

Popi was clean well kept popi was so nice let me stay all day till my taxi came at 8.30 that night no extra charge she even booked the taxi for me would stay here again nxt Time I go to kos can't wait to go back.

Nothing. It is basic no frills place to stay but great service nice and friendly close to everything your out all day all you need is a place to sleep and hob there if you wanna cook for yourself, kettle and fridge there also but food is so cheap to buy what more can u ask for.

Our room had a great sea view and a huge terras to start with. Beds were very clean and comfortable. You have all the basics in the room and a little kitchenette even! The lady who was there for the checkin was incredibly nice and she even helped us with our baggages.

Only bad thing was the bathroom sink pipe was leaking. I didn’t have the chance to report it at thr checkout

Close to the ferry port, one block from the beach, studio nr. 15 on top floor with access to large common sea view terrace , recently refurbished kitchenette/bathroom, decent cleanliness, free ac. Good value for money

no elevator, wifi didn't work ( issuee caused by provider), quiet loud live music from street tabernas until late at night

The property is literally across the road from the beach with lots of the beach front properties offering beach beds / loungers etc. Its very clean and comfortable and lots of food and shop options near by! The hosts are lovely and really helpful. We arrived on a late flight and they accommodated a late check in and kept our bags for us when we checked out as we were leaving on a late boat. Excellent value for money. Have booked to stay again

Great location close to the beach and restaurants, very kind, friendly and helpful owners...One of the ladies helped me carry my two very heavy suitcases down two floors. Thank you again 🙏 The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It's close to everything and in a quiet neighbourhood.
