The location was secure and walking distance from the port The apartment was very clean and very big Not Aircondition at the master bedroom but only at the kitchen/ dining room where was one single bed I slept at this bed to have a nice breeze

When I walked in, after many hours traveling there was not even one bottle of cold water at the refrigerator The owner said that there is a mini market and to go to buy Of course no coffee no sugar no salt NOTHING inside the cabinet Not even a snack for welcome The price was like a hotel that includes breakfast 100 euros per night I asked a near by hotel (very nice with pool) and the price was from 70 to 90 euros OVERPRICED ! good for families but not for a single traveler

Great location, reception staff lovely, the balcony was good to have with a sunset at night, clean and big room with everything you need. Shop next door. Lift for luggage.

No sea view, breakfast or swimming pool and decor a bit tired but I didn’t mind this and understood what I was going in for. Reception wasn’t there to hand key back or a box to put key in. Deceptively big step going into bathroom where me and my husband kept stubbing our toes on!

It had a great location, it was regularly cleaned and the check in process was smooth. Right next door there is a rental and mini market. Around the corner there is a great gyros place (Break) and a bakery nearby (Zamagias).

Very noisy (for the first time ever we had to get ear plugs). The air conditioning goes off when you go outside.

Simply a great value-for-money apartment. We took an apartment with kitchen option (which we didn’t use but the fridge and the space were great). Every other day the room was cleaned nicely and we got new towels and bedsheets. Very comfortable if you spend every day at the beach. Centre and everything in it is walking distance. Amazing! Our favorite beach spot and breakfast spot (Ali Baba Beach club and Vitamin Bar) were super close and right outside the apartment there is a bakery with everything you want (don’t go without trying the baklava) and a supermarket. Airconditioning works amazing. Also when our flight got cancelled, it was no problem to stay an extra night for a great price. Owner is friendly and even gives away a small souvenir when you go. I would definitely go back here!

The mattress needs an upgrade, at least in our room. We slept totally fine, but it was a hard lay and very squeaky. WIFI was good and free but did not reach our room very good. Doable however! We let the owner know about this when we left, so there might be positive changes.

Very clean, very friendly staff, good value for money, market and car rental right below the apartments.

The room was sooo hot i could not get a proper sleep at night. If you leave the windows open there is a mosquito problem and it is not possible to sleep with a/c on since it makes so much noise.

We stayed at Manías on our 2 nights stopover in Kos. It was a fair value for the price solution. The room was very clean and had a private balcony with hanger for drying towels. The host waited for our arrival at night, though our ferry was a bit late and was very helpful and provided us with all the infos on the whereabouts. A very convenient minimarket is located on the ground floor and opposite there's a parking lot for those with a car. The beaches and the town center can be reached in 10/15 mins walking, or by bycicle, the most popular way to get around in Kos Town.

Aside there is an apartment block whose residents can be very loud during the day, so if you are sensitive to noise, you may ask to be placed in an apartment on the opposite side of the reception.

It is a clean and nice apartment next to the port. We had a one-night stay. The manager of the hotel met us personally, although we arrived very late at night due to a lack of taxi at the airport of Kos. By the way, make sure you book a transfer from the airport in advance, otherwise you can spent more than 2 hours waiting for a taxi at the airport, cause there is a huge problem with taxi there.

We liked everything. However, if it is more than a one-night stay, one may be bothered by the sounds of the road at night, if the balcony door is not closed. We slept with the balcony door closed and AC on, so there was not any noise.

The studio is well-arranged. It was clean and had working, silent air-conditioner. The kitchenette was practical. The manager was kind to let us check-in earlier. The balcony has a really nice view, although on the street side.

There was a dog barking constantly at night. It seemed that it belongs to one of the neighbours.

Great value for money. The room was clean, the location is close to the city center, and the staff was kind.

It would be even better if there were a few more utensils and equipment for preparing breakfast and sometimes the Wi-Fi connection was not very stable.

Good location, a few minutes walk to the centre. It has a comfortable bed and a kitchen so you can cook something minor. It has a balcony where there is a shadow most of the day, which is great so you can eat and hang outside and not get sunburnt.

The kitchen has very limited kitchenware, we had to borrow a pan from the owner. It is also very small so more meant for a quick breakfast than cooking the whole lunch. Also bathroom needs an upgrade.
