We spent three nights at the Blue Lagoon City Hotel, and we could not fault it. The room was exceptionally spacious and well designed, with two wash basins and a separate shower recess and toilet. The bed was big and very comfortable. We had a balcony with a pleasant view, and the room was spotlessly clean.The staff on the front desk were exceptionally helpful.The location was excellent and we just walked a short distance to the harbour. It is in a very quiet area. We loved our stay and highly recommend the Blue Lagoon!

Good breakfast, great staff, everything was perfect, really enjoyed our stay. The Hotel was modern and clean and perfectly placed for a short walk into town. you would be hard pressed to find a member of staff that didn't have a smile on their face going about their duties. Made to feel very welcome.

my only complaint is that pool etiquette wasn't adhered to, it took us until the fifth day of our stay to get a sunbed around the pool and that was a case of if you cant beat them join them. so if you don't mind getting down to the pool before 7am to claim a bed its for you. its a joke in England about our Teutonic friends always getting all the sunbeds but I can assure you that in this case its true

Fantastic Stay at Blue Lagoon City Hotel! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Blue Lagoon City Hotel in Kos, and I can honestly say everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by all the staff, which truly made the experience exceptional. The hotel’s location is central, with all the archaeological sites, the city center, the pier, and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away. It’s ideal for exploring the local area without needing any transport. While Lambi Beach is about a 20-minute walk, the stroll is pleasant, with many shops and restaurants along the way, so it didn’t bother me. A special thank you to Pepi, a wonderful Bulgarian lady who works at breakfast. Her bright smile and dedication to her job were the perfect start to every morning. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels welcome and is happy with the service—she truly embodies the hotel's high standards. I highly recommend the Blue Lagoon City Hotel for anyone visiting Kos. You’ll be in good hands with the wonderful staff and enjoy a perfect stay!

All of the staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous! We want to make special mention of Gergana & Natasha in the evening bar & Michael during the day - such amazing people who made our stay so extra special. Our room was really spacious, comfortable & was kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very good & the bar food excellent. We loved everything about this hotel, the location, staff, food, comfort & cleanliness were all perfect. Nothing could be improved upon!

There was nothing we didn’t like about this property

The breakfast had so much choice I didn't try all on offer in two weeks! The staff were really friendly and helpful. When a lift broke down near the end of our stay it was working as usual the next day. The room was huge and had a balcony that we were not expecting. The pool facilities were comfy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is convenient for the town, the harbour and the long distance bus station.

The main lifts were small for disabled people. The bigger lift at the other end of the hotel was only slightly larger.

This is a high spec hotel with excellent staff there to help. Very clean all round. Breakfast well worth it. It is slightly in the the back streets from the beach but this was fine and away from the main street noise. You can get a good night sleep.

Luggage storage area does not have a security camera so you need to make sure your bag is safe. I had a small Nike bag which i left with my bags. But on returning someone folded it and placed it near their bags. I took it from their area and decided to keep it with me. On mentioning this to staff the very nice girl at reception said our room was ready and we could tge luggage to the room. That solved the issue. Also i think they need a porter for a four star hotel.

Breakfast was great, good gluten free options. The location of the hotel was amazing, slightly away from old town, about a 6 minute walk, which was good as it was in a quiet street. The pool was beautiful, though I wish it was open a bit later in the day. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was a good size, separate shower and toilet. The room and hotel were incredibly clean, the floors were mopped daily. We loved this hotel! Gym was good.

The TV channels were all in German and it did not have any SMART features such as Netflix etc which would have been nice for during the day. More pool chairs would be ideal, and stricter on the "No reserving" beds, as I noticed many people leave their towels, get fully dressed to leave and come back hours later.

The room was spacious. The location was superb . The breakfast was very good . Staff were helpful. The location was close to the ild town and the pier, but away from the noise. Which made it a perfect location.

There was a going on noise from i think laundry machine in staff room that was close to my room which would wake me up in the middle of the night. That was the only reason that i did not give a perfect score to this hotel.

We stayed at Blue Lagoon City Hotel for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room and bed were very clean and comfortable, and the entire facility maintained a high standard of hygiene. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kos Town!

The location is absolutely perfect, close enough to the centre of Kos to make everything accessible, not that near to be bothered by the downtown noises of the nightlife. The breakfast was so full of choices that made it impressive. The staff at the pool bar and the breakfast lounge were polite, energetic and eager to help any way possible, no matter how early in the morning or late in the afternoon it was. The rooms were clean and spacious. I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Some of the tables of the breakfast lounge are not visible from the entrance of the room which created a little chaos on our 1st attempt of having breakfast. The hotel must have been totally packed with people or close to that so the people trying to get breakfast, not being able to see the available tables, created a queue of around 20 people in the hotel lobby. There was a member of the staff welcoming the people but maybe a breakfast usher on the fully booked days could be the solution. Different subject maybe the fridge in the room could be a little cooler.
